Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen zusammenklappbaren Lager- und Transportbehälter aus Kunststoff gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Derartige zusammenklappbare Lager- und Transportbehälter, bei welchen die seitlichen Wände komplett nach innen oder aussen umlegbar sind, sind bekannt und werden auch als Klappboxen bezeichnet. Beim Zusammenklappen werden zunächst nacheinander die kürzeren Querseitenwände und anschliessend die Längsseitenwände nach innen geklappt. Sind nun die Seitenwände höher als die halbe Länge der angrenzenden Seite der Klappbox, so kommen nicht nur die benachbarten Seitenwände sondern auch die jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände aufeinander zu liegen. Das bedeutet, dass die Scharniere der einzelnen Seitenwände im Bodenteil in entsprechend unterschiedlichen Höhen angeordnet sein müssen, oder dass die Seitenwände unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen, damit die zusammengeklappten Seitenwände flach aufeinander aufliegen und mit dem Bodenteil einen kompakten Stapel bilden. Sowohl unterschiedlich hohe Seitenwände, insbesondere der gegenüber angeordneten Seitenwände, wie auch unterschiedlich hoch angeordnete Scharniere am Bodenteil wirken sich sowohl auf die Produktion wie auch auf die Herstellungskosten derartiger Klappboxen negativ aus. Um diese Nachteile zu vermeiden ist bekannt, dass die übereinander klappbaren Seitenwände durch Scharniere am Behälterboden angelenkt sind, deren Scharnierbolzen in Scharnierbolzenaufnahmen gelenkig gelagert sind, wobei die Scharnierbolzenaufnahmen Aussparungen aufweisen, derart, dass die Scharnierbolzen in den Scharnierbolzenaufnahmen aus einer unteren Endlage in eine obere Endlage bewegbar sind, dass ein planes Aufeinanderliegen zweier Seitenwände möglich ist. - A collapsible transport and storage container made of plastic, comprising a base part (1) which consists of a base frame (2) and a base plate (3), and comprising at least two sidewalls (4) which can be folded on top of each other, wherein the sidewalls (4) which can be folded on top of each other are linked by hinges to the base frame (2), and the hinges with the hinge bolts (19) or a hinge pin are mounted in an articulated manner in hinge-bolt receivers (15) or hinge-pin receivers, wherein the hinge-bolt or hinge-pin receivers (15) comprise recesses extending approximately perpendicularly to the plane of the base plate (3), such that the hinge bolts (19) or hinge pins are movable in the recesses from a bottom end position to an upper end position, and that the length of the recess corresponds at least to the thickness of a sidewall (4), so that one sidewall can be lifted vertically by at least the thickness of a sidewall, characterized in that at least two sidewall guide elements (11) are integrally attached to the side of the sidewall (4) resting on the base frame (2), which guide elements engage into associated recesses (5) of the base frame (3), and that a nose (6) is arranged in each base-frame recess (5), the upper edge (7) of which has a distance up to the upper edge (8) of the side frame which corresponds to the length of the sidewall guide element (11) from the bottom edge (12) of the sidewall (4) up to the bottom edge (13) of the sidewall guide element (11).
- A container according to claim 1, characterized in that each sidewall guide element (11) has a recess (9) which is used for receiving a protrusion (10) of the base frame (2) in the region of the upper edge (8), which protrusion protrudes into the recess (9).
- A container according to claim 2, characterized in that hinge bolts (19) are integrally attached at the bottom end (18) of the sidewall guide element (11), which hinge bolts engage into hinge-bolt receivers (15) of the base frame (2).
- A container according to claim 3, characterized in that the sidewall guide element (11) comprises two recesses (23), such that the sidewall guide element (11) is trisected, wherein the hinge bolts (19) are integrally attached to the two outer strip-like hinge arms (24, 25), and that a strip (26) shaped in the manner of a U-section forms the middle part of the sidewall guide element (11).
- A container according to claim 4, characterized in that separating webs (20) are arranged in the base-frame recesses (5) on either side of the nose (6), which webs are intended for the engagement in recesses (23) of the sidewall guide elements (11).
- A container according to one of the claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the hinge-bolt receivers (15) are formed by the inner surfaces of the front wall (21) and rear wall (22) of the base frame (2).
