Der Gewindedeckel 40 weist eine kreisförmig umlaufende Vertiefung 42 auf, die der Aufnahme eines mit 60 bezeichneten Ventildeckels dient. An dem Ventildeckel 60 ist an der Ventildecke 61 auf der Unterseite der Ventildecke das insgesamt mit 70 bezeichnete Einlassventil angeordnet, wobei das Einlassventil einen Ventilteller 71 umfasst, wobei der Ventilteller 71 einen in Richtung auf das Behältnis 50 zugerichteten Noppen 72 besitzt, der durch einen Federbügel 63 formschlüssig erfasst ist. Der Federbügel 63 sorgt durch die Verbindung mit dem Noppen 72 dafür, dass der Ventilteller 71 des Einlassventils 70 gegen den Ventilsitz 65 auf der Unterseite der Ventildecke 61 gepresst wird. Der Ventildeckel 60 weist des Weiteren eine Wand 66 auf, sowie einen umlaufenden Fuß 67, der auf dem Grund 41 des Gewindedeckels aufsteht. Das Behältnis 50 ist mit einer Flüssigkeit z. B. einer Seife gefüllt. Die Flüssigkeitssäule der im Behältnis befindlichen Seife drückt auf die Oberseite des Ventiltellers 71. Der Federbügel 63 ist derart bemessen, dass allein durch die auf dem Ventilteller aufstehende Flüssigkeitssäule der Ventilteller den Ventilsitz 65 nicht freigibt. Wird nun der Balg 10 zusammengedrückt, dann wird die in der Balgkammer 10a befindliche Seife durch die Auslasstülle 30 nach außen ausgeführt. Hierbei wird durch den Druck im Inneren der Balgkammer 10a der Ventilteller 26 gegen die Kraft des Federelementes 35 um den Steg 27 in Richtung der Auslasstülle 30 verschwenkt. Erfolgt dann wiederum die Streckung des Balges 10, dann wird aufgrund des in der Balgkammer 10a entstehenden Unterdruckes der Ventilteller 71 von dem Ventilsitz 65 abgehoben, mit der Folge, dass Flüssigkeit aus dem Behältnis 50 in die Balgkammer 10a einströmt. Hierbei liegt der Ventilteller 26 am Ventilsitz 28 an. Wesentlich hierbei ist, dass die wirksame Fläche des Ventiltellers 71 auf der Oberseite (Pfeil 71a) kleiner ist, als auf der Unterseite (Pfeil 71b). Denn dies hat zur Folge, dass beim Befüllen der Balgkammer 10a für den in der Balgkammer 10a entstehenden Unterdruck eine relativ große Fläche zur Verfügung steht, um den Ventilteller in Offenstellung zu bringen. Die Fläche des Ventiltellers 71 auf der Oberseite (Pfeil 71a) ist derart bemessen, dass bei anstehender Flüssigkeitssäule der Federbügel 63 in der Lage ist, den Ventilteller in Geschlossenstellung zu halten, sodass auf die in der Balgkammer befindliche Flüssigkeitssäule kein weiterer Druck ausgeübt wird, mit der Folge, dass das Auslassventil 25 sicher in Geschlossenstellung verbleibt, mit der weiteren Folge, dass keine Flüssigkeit nachtropft. Claims (19)
- A pump device (1) for a container (50) for liquid, paste-like or foamable skin cleansing and care preparations, for example, for liquid soaps, disinfectants, protective skin pastes or creams, wherein the pump device (1) comprises a tapered bellows chamber (10a), wherein the bellows (10) comprises several bellows elements (11) of a different diameter each, wherein at least one smaller bellows element (11) can be pressed into an adjacent larger bellows element,

that each bellows element (11) comprises a crown-shaped bottom element (14) as well as an annular wall element (12) associated with the crown-shaped bottom element by an annular integral hinge (13). - Pump device (1) according to claim 1,
