Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein modulares Möbelverbindungsstecksystem. The present invention relates to a modular furniture connector system.

Known furniture or shelving system, for example, in the DE 20 2006 000 921 U1 or in the DE 20 2005 013 265 U1 described. In the DE 20 2006 000 921 U1 are used a plurality of plate-shaped components and a plurality of connectors for connecting the plate-shaped components, wherein each component has a plurality of fasteners and the connectors are optionally attachable to different fasteners on each plate-shaped component, so that the components in a spatial configuration to each other can be fixed. Specifically, each component has a plurality of grooves, are inserted into the angle sheets. About the angle plates several components can be attached to each other and at right angles to each other until about a cube as a furniture or shelf part is created. In addition to the actual furniture parts, the components, so the angle sheets or angle clips are used. The handling of the angle plates is difficult and these must be driven in large numbers in the grooves on the components to keep safe there. Even when assembling the components alignment and insertion of the angle clips in the grooves on the next component is difficult and time consuming.

From the DE 20 2005 013 265 U1 It is known, two furniture parts by means of a toothing, which is provided to the two furniture parts complementary to each other in the form to connect positively. To fix this connection, a longitudinal groove is provided on the two furniture parts in the region of the toothing, in which a thin and long rod is inserted, which secures the connection and fixes the two furniture parts together. In addition to the problem of precise alignment of the gearing and the longitudinal groove that must be milled on both furniture parts, the introduction of the long thin rod is a practical problem to assemble the furniture. If the furniture consists of several furniture parts, such a rod must be mounted between all furniture parts. This solution is time-consuming and difficult to carry out by the structurally necessary exact fit of the rod in the longitudinal groove.

Finally, out of the DE 20 2006 018 300 U1 a corner joint for furniture known. This corner joint works without any other means of connection, but leaves due to the so-called wood node construction only very few degrees of freedom in the assembly of the furniture corners. Partitions or shelves can not be fixed with the corner joint. If rear walls, shelves or the like are to be installed, then after the DE 20 2006 018 300 U1 (Paragraph [0002]) holes are drilled and so-called floor beams are used.

In contrast, it is the object of the present invention to provide a furniture connection plug-in system, which manages entirely without additional connecting means. For the assembly, no tools should be necessary.

To solve this problem, the invention has the features specified in patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments thereof are specified in the further claims 2 to 12.

The modular furniture connection plug-in system according to the invention having at least three interacting planar and substantially planar furniture parts functions such that the first furniture part, which is arranged in the XY plane, has at least one first opening which is cross-shaped or has at least one first opening, which extends in the Y direction and is elongate and has two further openings which are formed in the X direction spaced apart left and right of the first opening; that the second furniture part, which is in the YZ-plane is arranged, at least one L-shaped projection has, which is insertable into a vertically extending part of the first opening of the first furniture part, such that a nose as a portion of the L-shaped extension upon displacement of the second furniture part relative to the first furniture part in the Y direction, the first furniture part engages behind through the first opening, so that the two furniture parts in the X and Z directions fixed to one another and are no longer mutually displaceable; that the second furniture part at the opposite end to the extension has a first U-shaped elongated groove extending in the Z direction; and that the third furniture part, which is arranged in the XZ plane, has at least one second groove, which is complementary to the first groove in the mold, so that upon displacement of the third furniture part relative to the already fixed to each other first and second furniture parts in the Z direction, the two grooves intermesh, and that the third furniture part at the open end of the groove spaced on both sides of the groove each having a recess, so that projections which are formed between the groove and the recesses respectively, in the first opening engage on both sides of the second furniture part when the third furniture part is displaced in the Z direction relative to the first furniture part out to fix the connection.

Preferably, the modular furniture connector system according to claim 2 comprises on both sides of the first openings each have a second and third opening in the X direction at a distance from the first opening, wherein the second and third openings are aligned with the first opening on a center line in the Y direction. Through these additional openings, the stability of the connector can be increased.

Accordingly, in each case according to claim 3, a projection on the third furniture part in the X direction outside the recesses lying on both sides must be provided, which then engage in the second and third openings on the first furniture part.

Particularly preferred in the modular furniture connector system according to the present invention and according to claim 4, the width of the openings in the X and / or Y direction of the material thickness of the furniture parts are formed accordingly. Due to the precise matching of material thickness of the furniture parts and width of the openings, the stability of a piece of furniture, assembled from the furniture parts according to the invention, can be significantly increased.

Advantageously, the material thickness of the different furniture parts is identical. However, the different molded furniture parts may also have different thicknesses, for example, to save material and / or weight. As an example, it should be mentioned here that the rear wall of a shelf about 8 mm thick, the side, vertically standing furniture parts about 8 mm thick and shelves or shelves can have about 19 mm thickness. The floors are made stronger to allow a higher bending load.

Preferably, magnets are provided either on the first or the third furniture part, which cooperate with screws on the third or the first furniture part such that the magnetic attraction is utilized to fix the two furniture parts together.

Besonders bevorzugt sind die Magneten oberflächenbündig angeordnet.Particularly preferably, the magnets are arranged flush with the surface.

To save material and / or weight, the furniture parts according to the invention are each provided with recesses.

A shelf (or cabinet) can be particularly easily realized by the modular furniture connection plug-in system, if the first furniture part or the first furniture parts a rear wall of the shelf (or the cabinet), the second furniture part at least one vertically extending side or partition and the third Furniture part at least form a shelf of the shelf (or the cabinet).

The easiest to build for the layman is a piece of furniture in which the most similar pieces of furniture are used, e.g. a plurality of identical first furniture parts for a rear wall of a shelf, a plurality of identical second furniture parts for a plurality of vertically extending partitions, and a plurality of identical third furniture parts for the plurality of shelves of the shelf.

Preferably, in the modular furniture connection plug-in system according to the invention, the furniture parts made of MDF boards, ie made of medium density wood fiber boards. In addition to these proven MDF boards, the furniture parts can also consist of sheet metal, Plexiglas, HDF (high-density fiberboard), OSB (chipboard) or multiplex (including layered plywood boards), for reasons of design Different furniture parts can also consist of different materials.

The above object, features and advantages of the present invention may be better understood by considering the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The modular furniture connection plug-in system according to the invention preferably consists of a plurality of respectively identical first, second and third furniture parts 1, 2, and 3, it being clear to the skilled person that the present invention is not limited to these three different furniture parts 1, 2 and 3, This will also be apparent from the several embodiments described below. More than three different furniture parts can be connected to the plug-in system according to the invention at any time as long as the shaping features - for example the openings, projections and grooves - are used.

In the FIG. 1 a first representation of the furniture parts according to the invention is shown in a perspective, wherein a first furniture part 1, which serves as a rear wall element, for example, a shelf, has openings 4 (in the Fig. 1 If only one opening 4 is shown), and a second furniture part 2 has an extension 7, which is formed substantially hook-shaped and a nose 8 includes. If the furniture part 2 is moved in the Z direction toward the first furniture part 1, the extension 7 can be inserted through the vertically extending part of the opening 4. This condition is in the FIG. 3 shown.

To save material and / or weight, each furniture part 1, 2 or 3 may be provided with recesses 17. Is exemplary in the FIG. 1 the second furniture part 2 is provided with at least one recess 17.

In the FIG. 2 is a plan view of the first furniture part 1, wherein it can be seen that a plurality of openings 4 are superimposed, spaced apart in the Y direction, are provided. Each second furniture part 2 may have a plurality of projections 7, which are also spaced apart in the Y direction, so that when nesting of the second furniture part 2 in the first furniture part 1 all extensions 7 engage in the corresponding openings 4.

In der Figur 4 und 5 ist der Zustand dargestellt, wenn das zweite Möbelteil 2 relativ zum ersten Möbelteil 1 in Y-Richtung nach unten verlagert worden ist, so dass dieIn the FIG. 4 and 5 the state is shown when the second furniture part 2 has been moved relative to the first furniture part 1 in the Y direction down, so that the

Nose 8 of the extension 7 engages behind the back of the first furniture part 1 through the opening 4. In this position, the two furniture parts 1 and 2 can be in the Z direction or in the X direction to each other - the two furniture parts 1 and 2 are fixed relative to each other, only a movement in the Y direction upwards would still be possible - this direction of displacement However, is blocked by a third furniture part 3, which will be described below, to effect a final fixation of the three furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 to each other.

In the FIG. 6 is shown how the third furniture part 3 is displaced relative to the other two furniture parts 1 and 2 in the Z direction and how a projection 14 engages the third furniture part 3 in the first opening 4 of the first furniture part 1, and a projection 15 in a further opening 6 engages in the first furniture part 1.

The second furniture part 2 has at least one first groove 9, which is designed to extend and elongate in the Z direction. A plurality of such first grooves 9 may be provided spaced from each other in the Y direction on the second furniture part 2, as in the FIG. 10 is shown. The groove 9 is provided at the opposite end to the extension 7 on the second furniture part 2.

The third furniture part 3 has a corresponding second groove 10 which engages in the displacement of the third furniture part 3 relative to the second furniture part 2 in the first groove 9. For this purpose, the two grooves 9 and 10 are formed complementary to each other in shape. The groove 10 in the furniture part 3 is in the FIG. 8 shown.

Preferably, at least one magnet 18 may be provided on the third furniture part 3, which is fastened in each case in the recesses 11 and 12 in the present embodiment, wherein these two magnets 18 shown are sunk in the material of the third furniture part 3, so that these magnets 18th not or hardly survive over the surface of the third furniture part 3.

In cooperation with the magnets 18, screws 19 are preferably provided on the first furniture part 1, so that when nesting the furniture parts 3 and 1, the magnets 18 adhere to the screws 19 and the magnetic force fixes the two furniture parts 1 and 3 together in the Z direction.

In the FIG. 9 is a shelf, constructed from the furniture parts according to the invention 1, 2 and 3, shown, with three identical first furniture parts 1 serve as rear wall elements, and serve three identical second furniture parts 2 as vertically extending partitions, while three identical third furniture parts 3 serve as horizontal shelves. Neither the present invention is limited to this number "three", nor the furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 must be provided multiple and identical to each other.

For a consumer, of course, a piece of furniture, which consists of several mutually identical furniture parts 1, 2 and 3, the easiest way to build. However, it is clear to the person skilled in the art that, for example, the second furniture parts 2 can have different recesses 17 or design elements or colors. Also, identical furniture parts 2 made of different materials or woods are conceivable. All of these variations are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.

In the FIG. 7 the back of the first furniture part 1 is shown, wherein the second furniture part 2 and the third furniture part 3 are inserted into the furniture part 1. The projections 13 and 14 of the third furniture part 3 engage in the opening 4, while the projections 15 and 16 of the third furniture part 3 engage in the openings 5 and 6 in the first furniture part 1.

In the Figures 10 and 11 the structure of the shelf is partially shown. Without any tools and tools, such as Laim or screws, the furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 are inserted by displacement relative to each other and into each other. The structure of the furniture is as simple as a plug-in system as a children's toys with the present invention.

The rear wall elements, consisting of the first furniture parts 1 are arranged in the XY plane, for example, ajar perpendicular to a wall. Then, the furniture parts 2, which extend substantially in the YZ plane, are inserted into the first furniture parts 1. Is exemplary in the FIG. 10 in the right furniture part 1, a second furniture part 2 inserted while the two left furniture parts 1 are still without further furniture parts. When all the second furniture parts 2 are plugged into the first furniture parts 1, as shown in the FIG. 11 is shown, then the third furniture parts 3 can be inserted. In the FIG. 11 is a first third furniture part 3 in the lowest position, ie inserted into the bottom grooves 9 in the Y direction of the second furniture parts 2.

The third furniture parts 3 can slightly protrude over the second furniture parts 2 at the front, as in the FIG. 11 represented, or the two furniture parts 2 and 3 may be aligned with each other, so that no projection is present.

In the FIG. 12 a further second embodiment according to the present invention is shown. The rear wall elements, ie the first furniture parts 1 are formed significantly smaller in size than the first furniture parts 1 of the first embodiment according to the FIGS. 1 to 11 , While in the first embodiment, the first furniture parts 1 have an elongated basic shape and over the entire height of a shelf in the Y direction, as in the FIG. 11 shown, extend, according to the second embodiment, the first furniture part 1, for example, to save material or design reasons, be made significantly smaller. The first furniture part 1 is formed square or rectangular in the XY plane. In this first furniture part 1 second furniture parts 2 are inserted, wherein the openings 4, 5 and 6 are formed similar to the first embodiment. These openings in the first furniture part 1 according to the second embodiment are in the FIG. 16 shown. The second furniture parts 2 according to the second embodiment are designed to save material and in the Figures 12 and 13 shown. In principle, for a shelf either the first furniture part 1 or the second furniture part 2 may be formed throughout in the vertical or Y direction over the entire height of the shelf, while the other furniture part 2 or 1 then material-saving dimensions - as in the Figures 12 and 13 shown - and is not continuously formed in the Y direction over the entire height of the shelf.

The plug-in principle is identical to the first embodiment in the second embodiment, so that reference is made to the description there. These two embodiments described so far can be easily combined.

In the FIG. 14 A third embodiment of the present invention is shown. The openings 4 are each formed cross-shaped in the first and second embodiments. However, other shapes of the opening 4 may be provided in the first furniture part 1. An example of this is in the third embodiment intended. The openings 4 'and 4 "serve on the one hand the insertion of the extension 7 of the second furniture part 2 and on the other the insertion of the projections 13 and 14 of the third furniture part. 3

Also, the second and third openings 5 and 6 in the first furniture part 1 can optionally be omitted, in which case the contour of the third furniture part 3 in the contact area to the first furniture part 1 must be designed accordingly. This variant is the fourth embodiment in the FIG. 15 shown. The recesses 12 and 11 are formed so wide that they extend over the lateral edge of the first furniture part 1 in the X direction and embrace the edge of the first furniture part 1 and not in the openings 5 or 6 (dashed in the FIG. 14 shown) intervene. An embodiment with the openings 5 and 6 in the first furniture part 1, however, provides a higher stability of the plug-in system according to the invention.

It should also be noted that the material thickness of the furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 is adapted to the opening width of the openings 4, 4 ', 4 ", 5 or 6. On the one hand, the fits must be selected such that the furniture parts are easily nestable while On the other hand, the tolerances must be made so low that no large displacements are possible as soon as the furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 are inserted into each other.

Preferably, the furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 are made of MDF boards.

Das Gleiche gilt für die Möbelteile 2 und 3.The furniture parts 1, 2 and 3 shown in the embodiments are each provided multiple and identical - this is only one possibility. Of course, a plurality of furniture parts 1 can be provided to build a furniture that are not identical to each other. The same applies to the furniture parts 2 and 3.

Described is a modular furniture connection plug-in system with preferably a plurality of respectively identical first, second and third furniture parts 1, 2, 3, which have a flat and planar shape with a certain thickness, wherein by appropriate shaping of the furniture parts 1, 2, 3, ie Provision of projections 15, 16 and recesses / recesses 11, 12 and openings 4, 4 ', 4 ", they are nestable in such a way that a spatial furniture is created, which without the further use of glue, screws, fasteners, or the like . is constructed stably.

With regard to the features of the invention which are not explained in greater detail above, reference is expressly made to the claims and the drawings.
