Abstract
Eine Wirbelschicht-Trockneranordnung zur Trocknung von Kohle bei Überdruck enthaltend einen langgestreckten Behälter (1); eine Heizungsanordnung (22) mit einer Vielzahl von parallelen Heizrohren; und einen Düsenboden (28) zur Erzeugung einer Wirbelschicht; ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse des langgestreckten Behälters parallel zur Längsachse der Heizrohre verläuft. Der Behälter (1) kann im Bereich der Heizungsanordnung (22) im Wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildet sein. Die Heizungsanordnung (22) kann eine quaderförmige äußere Form haben, deren lange Seite parallel zur Längsachse des langgestreckten Behälters (1) verläuft. Die Heizrohre können die gleiche Länge haben und beidseitig mit ihren Enden in den Löchern einer Lochplatte (27) münden. A fluidized bed dryer assembly for drying coal at overpressure comprising an elongate container (1); a heater assembly (22) having a plurality of parallel heating tubes; and a nozzle bottom (28) for producing a fluidized bed; is characterized in that the longitudinal axis of the elongate container is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the heating tubes. The container (1) may be formed substantially cylindrical in the region of the heating arrangement (22). The heater assembly (22) may have a cuboidal outer shape whose long side is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the elongate container (1). The heating tubes can have the same length and open on both sides with their ends in the holes of a perforated plate (27).
