Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cover plate or part of a cover plate for a spring element for supporting a sitting or lying surface with a lower support surface having base, a support surface having an upper support part and a arranged between the base and support member spring body, which cover plate or which part of a cover plate Has at least two interconnected support sections, which are integrally formed and viewed in the spring direction of the spring element arranged side by side.
- Such cover plates are used for spring elements which are used, for example, as part of a lower mattress with a plurality of distributed over at least a portion of the lower mattress, arranged independently of each other such spring elements for supporting a mattress top or as a spring core of a mattress top.
- spring elements which are used, for example, as part of a lower mattress with a plurality of distributed over at least a portion of the lower mattress, arranged independently of each other such spring elements for supporting a mattress top or as a spring core of a mattress top.
- sub-mattresses replace these spring elements in the corresponding areas of the conventional spring strips and have the advantage of a quasi point elastic support.
- Cover plates for such spring elements have in part a plurality of, for example, plate-shaped sections, which are connected to one another via one or more connecting portions. As a result, a correspondingly large support surface is created which has individual partial support surfaces. The support is thereby finer subdivided, in particular if the partial support surfaces can spring in each case for themselves. In addition, the visual impression of such a cover plate is advantageous.
- a cover plate or a part of a cover plate according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from WO 2005/041719 A2 known.
- the invention has for its object to improve a cover plate or a part of a cover plate of the type mentioned, in particular from the visual impression ago.
- a connecting portion is formed, which viewed in the spring direction has a depression in the direction of the base of the spring element.
- connection section By means of the connection section with countersinking, it is possible to produce the cover plate in a so-called mono-sandwich process in two colors, wherein the support sections are made in one color and the connection sections in a second color.
- the color transition is placed in the lowering, so that the transition line is practically not visible. It is therefore not necessary to exactly position the transition line between the two colors, which is expensive to produce. Rather, the transition line may be in any region of the subsidence. Nevertheless, there is a clear color separation between the support sections and the connecting section, as far as it is visible.
- the lowering can be formed in particular as a fold or shaft, which has been found to be advantageous for the lamination of the transition line. Furthermore, three or more, in particular four support sections may be present, which have a common connection section, each with a reduction. This results in a particularly suitable cover plate.
- the support sections are preferably dish-shaped and advantageously have openings. This ensures ventilation of a supported mattress or the like.
- the connecting portion may be arranged in a cross or star shape between the support sections. This results in an advantageous support of a mattress or the like.
- the cover plate may be integrally formed as a whole. This facilitates the production, since no assembly is required, except possibly the connection to the spring element.
- all parts of the cover plate are arranged side by side, viewed in the spring direction, so that they do not overlap each other. This allows a simple production, since there are no undercuts.
- the cover plate is preferably made of plastic. This makes them inexpensive to produce and lightweight.
- the invention relates to a spring element with a cover plate of the type described.
- the cover plate shown comprises four plate-shaped support sections 1 with circular openings 2.
- the support sections 1 are integrally connected to each other via a cross-shaped connecting portion 3.
- the connecting portion 3 is formed with four depressions 4, which are considered lowered in the direction of the spring I in the direction of the base of the associated spring element.
- the subsidence 4 are formed in the manner of a half-wave. Another possibility would be to form the lowering 4 as a fold. Also, the sink 4 could each include more than one fold or half wave.
- cover plate All parts of the illustrated cover plate are arranged side by side in the spring direction I considered. So they do not overlap and are undercut. They can therefore be easily manufactured by the cover plate in the direction of the spring axis I is removed from the mold.
- the cover plate is otherwise preferably made of plastic and can be used for a spring element, as for example in the European patent EP 1 335 148 B 1 shown and described.

Description
- Fig. 1
- eine perspektivische Ansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Deckplatte,
- Fig. 2
- eine Draufsicht auf die Deckplatte von
Fig. 1 , - Fig. 3
- eine Seitenansicht der Deckplatte von
Fig. 1 und - Fig. 4
Fig. 1 .
