Claims (15)

  1. Befestigungssatz (1) zum Befestigen eines Ausbauabschnitts (3) in einem Winkel an einem Wandabschnitt (2) oder einer Wand, umfassend:
    - einen Wandabschnitt (2) zum Befestigen an einer Wand oder eine Wand,
    - einen Ausbauabschnitt (3),
    - Halterungen (4), die an dem Wandabschnitt (2) oder der Wand befestigt werden können und an denen der Ausbauabschnitt (3) befestigt werden kann, um den Ausbauabschnitt (3) an dem Wandabschnitt (2) oder der Wand zu befestigen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungssatz (1) mindestens ein Positionierungselement (5) umfasst, das an einer Halterung (4) derart befestigt werden kann, dass nach dem Befestigen des Positionierungselements (5) an der Halterung (4) das Positionierungselement (5) anfangs in eine Richtung verlagerbar ist, die, nach dem Befestigen der Halterung (4) an dem Wandabschnitt (2) betrachtet, nahezu in dem Winkel in Bezug auf die Ebene verläuft, in der der Wandabschnitt (2) oder die Wand im Wesentlichen verläuft, dass der Befestigungssatz (1) Befestigungsmittel (7, 8) zum Befestigen des Ausbauabschnitts (3) an dem Positionierungselement (5) umfasst, dass der Ausbauabschnitt (3) oder das Positionierungselement (5) mindestens einen Positionierungssatz umfasst, der aus zwei aufrechten Positionsfestlegungselementen (6) besteht, die zumindest an ihrem Ende in Bezug auf die Ebene, in der das Positionierungselement (5) im Wesentlichen verläuft, weiter auseinanderlaufen, und dass das Positionierungselement (5) beziehungsweise der Ausbauabschnitt (3) eine Positionierungsrippe (7) umfasst, die derart zwischen die Positionsfestlegungselemente (6) des Positionierungssatzes (6) gesteckt werden kann, dass nach dem Befestigen des Positionierungselements (5) an der Halterung (4) beim Befestigen des Ausbauabschnitts (3) an dem Positionierungselement (5) nach dem Einstecken der Positionierungsrippe (7) zwischen die Positionsfestlegungselemente (6) eine Position des Positionierungselements (5) in Bezug auf die Halterung (4) bestimmt wird, in der der Ausbauabschnitt (3) am Wandabschnitt (2) oder der Wand befestigt ist oder befestigt werden kann.
  2. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) erste Rastverbindungselemente (8) umfasst und dass der Ausbauabschnitt (3) zweite Rastverbindungselemente (7) umfasst, wobei die ersten Rastverbindungselemente (8) und die zweiten Rastverbindungselemente (7) derart angeordnet sind, dass, wenn die Positionierungsrippe (7) zwischen die Positionsfestlegungselemente (6) gesteckt ist, die ersten Rastverbindungselemente (8) und die zweiten Rastverbindungselemente (7) eine Rastverbindung bilden.
  3. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsrippe (7) eine Verdickung umfasst, die einen Teil der ersten beziehungsweise der zweiten Rastverbindungselemente (7) bildet, und dass das Positionierungselement (5) beziehungsweise der Ausbauabschnitt (3) einen Steckhohlraum umfasst, der mittels mindestens eines elastisch verformbaren Schenkels (8) begrenzt wird, der einen Teil der zweiten beziehungsweise der ersten Rastverbindungselemente (8) bildet, wobei die Verdickung der Positionierungsrippe (7) in den Steckhohlraum gesteckt werden kann, indem dieser elastisch verformbare Schenkel (8) verformt wird, wobei der elastisch verformbare Schenkel (8) sich zumindest teilweise in seine ursprüngliche Position zurückbewegt, nachdem die Verdickung der Positionierungsrippe (7) in den Steckhohlraum gesteckt wurde.
  4. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckhohlraum mittels eines Satzes aus zwei elastisch verformbaren Schenkeln (8) begrenzt wird, die einen Teil der ersten beziehungsweise der zweiten Rastverbindungselemente (8) bilden, wobei die Verdickung der Positionierungsrippe (7) in den Steckholraum gesteckt werden kann, indem die elastisch verformbaren Schenkel (8) verformt werden, wobei die elastisch verformbaren Schenkel (8) sich zumindest teilweise in ihre ursprüngliche Position zurückbewegen, nachdem die Verdickung der Positionierungsrippe (7) in den Steckhohlraum gesteckt wurde.
  5. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) zwei Positionierungssätze aus zwei aufrechten Positionsfestlegungselementen (6) umfasst und dass die ersten Rastverbindungselemente (8) oder die zweiten Rastverbindungselemente (7) des Positionierungselements (5) zwischen den Positionierungssätzen (6) angeordnet sind.
  6. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, einen Wandabschnitt (2) umfassend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandabschnitt (2) eine Rille umfasst, die teilweise durch einen Flansch (9) begrenzt wird, und dass der Ausbauabschnitt (3) eine gekrümmte Rippe (10) umfasst, die hinter den Flansch (9) gehakt in die Rille gesteckt werden kann.
  7. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille, der Flansch (9) und die gekrümmte Rippe (10) derart gestaltet sind, dass nach dem Einhaken der gekrümmten Rippe (10) in der Rille hinter den Flansch (9) der Ausbauabschnitt (3) in Bezug auf den Wandabschnitt (2) gelenkig bewegt werden kann, und dass der Ausbauabschnitt (3) in eine Richtung nahezu in diesem Winkel in Bezug auf den Wandabschnitt (2) verlagerbar ist.
  8. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (4) eine Rille (14) umfasst, die auf beiden Seiten teilweise durch Flansche (15) begrenzt wird, und dass das Positionierungselement (5) derart in die Rille (14) gesteckt werden kann, dass das Positionierungselement (5) in eine Richtung nahezu quer zu der Richtung verlagerbar ist, in die die Flansche (15) im Wesentlichen verlaufen, und derart, dass das Positionierungselement (5) während des Gleitens stets teilweise hinter den Flanschen (15) liegt.
  9. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Platte umfasst und dass die Positionierungsrippe (7) oder die Positionsfestlegungselemente (6) und etwaige optionale Rastverbindungselemente (8) aufrechte Elemente in Bezug auf die rechteckige Platte sind.
  10. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Wesentlichen rechteckige Platte in die Rille (14) gesteckt werden kann, um das Positionierungselement (5) in der Rille (14) anzuordnen, wobei die rechteckige Platte teilweise hinter den Flanschen (15) liegt.
  11. Befestigungssatz (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) eine Kante (13) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die rechteckige Platte aufrecht ist und die neben der Halterung (4) verläuft, nachdem die rechteckige Platte in die Rille (14) gesteckt wurde.
  12. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) einen Schlitz (11) umfasst und dass das Positionierungselement (5) mittels einer Schraube (12) in dem Schlitz (11) an der Halterung (4) angebracht werden kann, und zwar derart, dass das Positionierungselement (5) aufgrund dessen, dass die Schraube (12) in dem Schlitz (11) verlagerbar ist, anfangs in Bezug auf die Halterung (4) verlagerbar ist.
  13. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der optionale Wandabschnitt (2) und/oder der Ausbauabschnitt (3) als extrudierter Aluminiumabschnitt gestaltet sind.
  14. Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungselement (5) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  15. Abschirmvorrichtung, umfassend ein Abschirmungsgehäuse, in das eine Abschirmungsrolle gesteckt sein kann, auf die eine Abschirmung aufgerollt und von der eine Abschirmung abgerollt werden kann, umfassend einen Befestigungssatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Wandabschnitt (2) und der optionale Ausbauabschnitt (3) einen Teil des Abschirmungsgehäuses bilden.
