Claims (9)
- Dispositif (10) pour former, remplir et obturer des contenants d'emballage présentant respectivement un dispositif verseur (1), en particulier des poches (5), avec un premier dispositif d'application (15) pour ménager un orifice dans une bande de matière flexible (12) et pour appliquer au moins une partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) sur la bande de matière (12), un dispositif (23) pour former un tuyau flexible (25) à partir de la bande de matière (12), un dispositif de remplissage (28) pour remplir le tuyau flexible (25) et un dispositif de séparation et de scellement transversal (33) pour séparer une poche (5) respective du tuyau flexible (25), le dispositif (23) pour former le tuyau flexible (25) présentant un dispositif de formage (24), le premier dispositif d'application (15) étant disposé devant le dispositif de formage (24) et, à l'aide du premier dispositif d'application (15), la première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) étant fixée sur le côté (3) de la bande de matière (12) formant le côté intérieur des poches (5),
caractérisé en ce que
l'on prévoit un dispositif de stérilisation (20) pour la stérilisation de la bande de matière (12), en ce que le premier dispositif d'application (15) est disposé devant le dispositif de stérilisation (20), en ce que l'on prévoit un deuxième dispositif d'application (30) pour fixer une deuxième partie (4) du dispositif verseur (1), lequel est disposé devant le dispositif de séparation et de scellement transversal (33) dans la zone d'un tube de remplissage (27) et lequel relie la deuxième partie (4) du dispositif verseur (1) à partir du côté extérieur (6) du tuyau flexible (25) avec la première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) et en ce que le deuxième dispositif d'application (30) est en jonction avec le dispositif de stérilisation (20) et est disposé à l'extérieur de celui-ci. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stérilisation (20) présente un boîtier (38) qui entoure le dispositif de formage (24) et en ce que le deuxième dispositif d'application (30) est en jonction directe avec le boîtier (38).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de formage est réalisé en tant qu'épaulement de formage (24) et en ce que le tube de remplissage (27) du dispositif de remplissage (28) est disposé dans l'épaulement de formage (24), à travers lequel tube le tuyau flexible (25) est rempli avant la formation d'une fermeture de tête (8) sur la poche (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de scellement à joint longitudinal (36) avec des mâchoires de scellage (37, 58) est en jonction avec le dispositif (23) pour former le tuyau flexible (25) pour la formation de joints longitudinaux dans les zones de coin du tuyau flexible (25).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) comprend un élément en forme de plaque qui recouvre complètement l'orifice dans la bande de matière (12), et en ce que la deuxième partie (4) comprend un bec avec un élément de couvercle qui est relié à la première partie (2), en particulier par soudage par friction aux ultrasons.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif verseur (1) est disposé dans la zone de tête (8) de la poche (5).
- Dispositif de fabrication (100) se composant au moins de deux dispositifs (10) disposés parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
- Dispositif de fabrication selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, pour les dispositifs (10), un dispositif de stérilisation (20) commun ou un dispositif de commande commun.
- Procédé pour former, remplir et obturer des contenants d'emballage présentant respectivement un dispositif verseur (1), en particulier des poches (5), dans lequel on réalise, à l'aide d'un premier dispositif d'application (15), des orifices dans une bande de matière flexible (12) et au moins une première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) est appliquée sur la bande de matière (12) dans la zone des orifices, après quoi l'on forme ensuite un tuyau flexible (25) à l'aide d'un dispositif (23) pour former un tuyau flexible (25) à partir de la bande de matière (12), le tuyau flexible (25) étant rempli à l'aide d'un dispositif de remplissage (28), et une poche (5) respective étant séparée du tuyau flexible (25) à l'aide d'un dispositif de séparation et de scellement transversal (33), le premier dispositif d'application (15) étant disposé devant le dispositif de formage (24) et la première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1) étant fixée avant la formation du tuyau flexible (25) sur le côté (3) de la bande de matière (12) formant le côté intérieur des poches (5),
caractérisé en ce que
l'on stérilise la bande de matière (12) grâce à un dispositif de stérilisation (20), le premier dispositif d'application (15) étant disposé devant le dispositif de stérilisation (20), en ce qu'un deuxième dispositif d'application (30) fixe une deuxième partie (4) du dispositif verseur (1), lequel est disposé devant le dispositif de séparation et de scellement transversal (33) dans la zone d'un tube de remplissage (27) et lequel relie la deuxième partie (4) du dispositif verseur (1) à partir du côté extérieur (6) du tuyau flexible (25) avec la première partie (2) du dispositif verseur (1), et en ce que le deuxième dispositif d'application (30) est en jonction avec le dispositif de stérilisation (20) et est disposé à l'extérieur de celui-ci.
