Claims (9)
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs mit einer Dekorbeschichtung (40), die Folgendes umfasst:- eine Dekorbeklebung (30), die aufeinanderfolgend aus einer unteren Klebstoffschicht (32), einer mechanischen Trägerschicht (33) für die Beklebung und einer mit einer Abbildung versehenen Schicht (34) besteht, die mindestens ein aufgedrucktes Motiv umfasst, wobei die Beklebung (30) auf die Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs aufgebracht ist;- eine farbige Farbschicht (42), die außerhalb der mit der Beklebung (30) beschichteten Fläche auf die Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs aufgebracht ist, wobei die Außenflächen der Farbschicht (42) und der Beklebung (30) durchgehend sind, und- eine Schutzschicht (43), die auf die durchgehenden Außenflächen der Farbschicht (42) und der Beklebung (30) aufgebracht ist.
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Beklebung eine Dicke zwischen 20 und 40 Mikrometern besitzt.
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Schutzschicht eine Lackschicht (43) ist.
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei eine Farbunterschicht (4) zwischen der Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs einerseits und der Dekorbeklebung (30) und der Farbschicht (42) andererseits aufgebracht ist.
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die mechanische Trägerschicht (33) für die Beklebung eine dünne Farbschicht im Trockenzustand umfasst.
- Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs nach Anspruch 5, wobei die dünne Farbschicht im Trockenzustand aus einer Farbe hergestellt ist, welche dieselben Eigenschaften besitzt wie die Farbe der farbigen Farbschicht (42).
- Dekorverfahren für eine Außenfläche (1) eines Transportfahrzeugs, wobei:- eine farbige Farbschicht (42) auf die Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs aufgebracht wird und Aussparungen in der Farbschicht zur Aufnahme einer Dekorbeklebung (30) freigelassen werden,- eine Dekorbeklebung auf die Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs in den in der Farbschicht freigelassenen Aussparungen aufgebracht wird, wobei die Beklebung (30) aufeinanderfolgend aus einer unteren Klebstoffschicht (32), einer mechanischen Trägerschicht (33) für die Beklebung und einer mit einer Abbildung versehenen Schicht (34) besteht, die mindestens ein aufgedrucktes Motiv umfasst; wobei die Außenflächen der Farbschicht (42) und der Beklebung (30) durchgehend sind;- eine Schutzschicht (43) auf die durchgehenden Außenflächen der Farbschicht (42) und der Beklebung (30) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei vor dem Aufbringen der Farbschicht (42) und der Beklebung (30) eine Farbunterschicht (41) auf die Außenfläche (1) des Fahrzeugs aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, wobei, um eine alte Beschichtung durch eine neue Beschichtung zu ersetzen,- die Schutzschicht der alten Beschichtung teilweise oder ganz entfernt wird, wobei die Dicke der alten Beschichtung nach dem Entfernen konstant ist,- eine neue Dekorbeklebung auf die Außenfläche der alten Beschichtung aufgebracht wird, wobei die Beklebung aufeinanderfolgend aus einer unteren Klebstoffschicht, einer mechanischen Trägerschicht für die Beklebung und einer mit einer Abbildung versehenen Schicht besteht, die mindestens ein neues aufgedrucktes Motiv umfasst;- eine neue farbige Farbschicht auf die Außenfläche der alten Beschichtung außerhalb der mit der neuen Beklebung beschichteten Fläche aufgebracht wird, wobei die Außenflächen der neuen Farbschicht und der neuen Beklebung durchgehend sind, und- eine neue Schutzschicht auf die durchgehenden Außenflächen der neuen Farbschicht und der neuen Beklebung aufgebracht wird.
