Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnradpumpe mit einer fördermengenverändernden Verschiebeeinheit (20), die zwischen einer ersten Steuerkammer (22) und einer zweiten Steuerkammer(24) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei in der ersten Steuerkammer (22) eine Rückstellfeder (26) derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass diese eine Kraft in Richtung der zweiten Steuerkammer (24) auf die Verschiebeeinheit (20) ausübt, wobei die Verschiebeeinheit (20) einen ersten Steuerkolben (32), welcher der ersten Steuerkammer (22) zugewandt ist, und einen zweiten Steuerkolben (34), welcher der zweiten Steuerkammer (24) zugewandt ist, aufweist. Hierbei weist der zweite Steuerkolben (34) an seinem Umfang eine über wenigstens einen Teil des Umfangs in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Ringnut (42) auf, wobei am zweiten Steuerkolben (34) zusätzlich ein fluidleitender Kanal (44) derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass dieser Kanal (44) die Ringnut (42) fluidleitend mit einer Saugseite (40) der Zahnradpumpe verbindet.

The invention relates to a gear pump with a displacement-changing displacement unit (20) which is slidably disposed between a first control chamber (22) and a second control chamber (24), wherein in the first control chamber (22) a return spring (26) is arranged and formed in that it exerts a force in the direction of the second control chamber (24) on the displacement unit (20), wherein the displacement unit (20) has a first control piston (32) facing the first control chamber (22) and a second control piston (34) ) facing the second control chamber (24). Here, the second control piston (34) at its periphery on at least a portion of the circumference in the circumferential direction extending annular groove (42), wherein on the second control piston (34) additionally a fluid-conducting channel (44) is arranged and formed such that this channel (44) fluidly connects the annular groove (42) with a suction side (40) of the gear pump.
