Abstract
Eine Hochdruckplungerpumpe, mit mindestens einer Plungeranordnung (1), die einen an eine Ventilsitzsaugleitung (6) und eine Ventilsitzdruckleitung (15) angeschlossenen Arbeitsraum (16) aufweist, in dem ein Plunger (2) axial hin und her bewegbar angeordnet ist, wobei die Ventilsitzdruckleitung (15) durch ein Druckventil (4) und die Ventilsitzsaugleitung (6) durch ein Saugventil (5) verschließbar sind und das Saugventil (5) mittels einer Gegendruckeinrichtung (7) bedarfsweise gesteuert in einer Offenstellung haltbar ist, ist so ausgebildet, dass die Gegendruckeinrichtung (7) eine Zuführleitung (9) aufweist, über die zur Offenhaltung des Saugventils (5) ein Steuerfluid auf das Saugventil (5) führbar ist, wobei an die Zuführleitung (9) zur Druckerzeugung des Steuerfluids eine Niederdruckpumpe (20) angeschlossen ist. A high pressure plunger pump having at least one plunger assembly (1) having a working space (16) connected to a valve seat suction line (6) and a valve seat pressure line (15) in which a plunger (2) is axially reciprocable, the valve seat pressure line (15) by a pressure valve (4) and the valve seat suction line (6) by a suction valve (5) are closable and the suction valve (5) by means of a counter-pressure device (7) as required controlled in an open position, is formed so that the counter-pressure device (7) has a supply line (9) through which a control fluid on the suction valve (5) can be guided for keeping open the suction valve (5), wherein to the supply line (9) for generating pressure of the control fluid, a low-pressure pump (20) is connected.
