Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de production de lots déclassés ou de petites séries d'une feuille en plastique imprimée où l'impression en termes de résolution et couleurs est identique à l'impression obtenue par héliogravure, la feuille (1) étant imprimée avec une encre au moyen d'un réseau de têtes d'impression fixes (2a, 2b) selon un procédé par jet d'encre, caractérisé en ce que l'encre contient les mêmes colorants et/ou les mêmes pigments, la viscosité et les propriétés de l'encre étant adaptées au procédé d'impression par jet d'encre, et une commande (3) règle l'application de l'encre localement et quantitativement, de sorte que l'application est simulée en héliogravure.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la viscosité de l'encre se situe dans la plage <15mPa·s.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on adapte la finesse des pigments au procédé d'impression par jet d'encre, et l'on compense des divergences de couleurs qui en résultent par des modifications de la quantité.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on imprime entre 1 m et 3000 m de feuille.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise un colorimètre pour surveiller la constance des couleurs et de l'impression.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on obtient un modèle pour l'impression par jet d'encre en scannant une feuille imprimée existante, des feuilles de placage et toute autre surface.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise un cylindre d'héliogravure selon les données de l'impression par jet d'encre.
