Description
The invention relates to a textile fabric of aramid fibers and its use.
- 1) Einbau des in Rollenform angelieferten textilen Flächengebildes, in der Regel eines Gewebes in eine Waschmaschine (Jigger);
- 2) Füllen des Jiggers mit Frischwasser;
- 3) Aufheizen des Frischwassers auf 80 °C;
- 4) Zugabe eines zum Abwaschen der Ausrüstung geeigneten Tensides;
- 6) Ablassen des Waschwassers aus dem Jigger;
- 7) Füllen des Jiggers mit Frischwasser;
- 8) Aufheizen des Frischwassers auf 80 °C;
- 9) Zugabe eines zum Abwaschen der Ausrüstung geeigneten Tensides;
- 11) Ablassen des Waschwassers aus dem Jigger;
- 12) Füllen des Jiggers mit Frischwasser;
- 13) Aufheizen des Frischwassers auf 80 °C;
- 14) Spülen in 3 Passagen, wobei jede Passage aus den den o.g. Schritten 51 bis 56 entsprechenden Schritten besteht;
- 15) Ablassen des Spülwassers;
- 16) Füllen des Jiggers mit Frischwasser;
- 17) Aufheizen des Frischwassers auf 80 °C;
- 18) Zugabe eines Mittels zur Maskierung der auf dem Gewebe verbliebenen Reste der Ausrüstung;
- 19) 10 Maskierungspassagen, wobei jede Maskierungspassage aus den den o.g. Schritten 51 bis 56 entsprechenden Schritten besteht;
- 20) Ablassen des maskierungsmittelhaltigen Wassers aus dem Jigger;
- 21) Füllen des Jiggers mit Frischwasser;
- 22) Aufheizen des Frischwassers auf 80 °C;
- 23) Spülen in 4 Passagen, wobei jede Passage aus den den o.g. Schritten 51 bis 56 entsprechenden Schritten besteht;
- 24) Ausbau der Rolle mit dem Gewebe aus dem Jigger;
- 25) Durchlaufenlassen des Gewebes bei 170 °C durch einem Trockenofen mit einer Verweilzeit des Gewebes im Ofen von ca. 60 Sekunden;
- 1) installation of the supplied in roll form textile fabric, usually a fabric in a washing machine (jigger);
- 2) filling the jigger with fresh water;

- 21) filling the jigger with fresh water;
- 22) heating the fresh water to 80 ° C;
- 23) rinsing in 4 passages, each passage consisting of the steps 5 1 to 5 6 above;
- 24) removal of the roll with the fabric from the jigger;
- 25) passing the tissue through a drying oven at 170 ° C with a tissue dwell time of about 60 seconds;
- abzuquetschen,
- zu trocknen und
- wärmezubehandeln.
- through a bath of water and a water-repellent agent,
- pinch off,
- to dry and
- heat treat.
The o.g. Washing and masking process is not only very expensive in terms of the time, energy and water required, but also requires a considerable amount of quality control. If the quality control after step 15) indicates that the residual content of the equipment is> 0.1% by weight, at least some of the steps 1) to 15) must be repeated until the permitted residual content of equipment of ≤ 0.1% by weight .-% is achieved.
Consequently, there is a need to provide the above-described washing and masking method for providing a water repellent application By means of suitable textile fabrics made of aramid fibers either completely redundant or at least significantly reduce the process cost.
Therefore, the present invention has the object, either the washing and masking process described above to provide a suitable for the application of a water repellent agent textile fabric of aramid fibers either completely redundant or at least significantly reduce the process cost.
This object is achieved by a textile fabric made of aramid fibers, which are equipped with a lubricant, wherein the lubricant comprises a carbonic acid polyester.
Surprisingly, the textile fabric according to the invention can be rendered water-repellent directly, ie omitting the above-described 25-stage washing and masking process, and yet shows similarly good v 50 values as in the dry and wet condition in the case of ball and blade bombardment Aramid fibers with a polyglycol ester of oleic acid, which at the outset have yet to undergo the previously described washing and masking steps before its water-repellent finish.
In the case of fragmentation, the textile fabric according to the invention, which is washed as described in the initially described process with steps 1) to 15), but in step 10) only 6 passages are carried out and in step 14) the fabric is sprayed with water only and not is omitted, and the masking steps 16) to 24) are omitted, even a v 50 value, which is higher than the v 50 value of a textile fabric with aramid fibers with a polyglycol ester of oleic acid comprising equipment, the before its water-repellent finish, all of the above-described 25 wash and mask steps must be completed.
- Either completely abandoning the hitherto necessary washing and masking process to produce a water-repellent treated textile fabric having similar good v 50 values as the textile fabric with aramid fibers described above with a polyglycol ester of oleic acid comprehensive equipment, but in front of its water-repellent finish first has to go through the 25 washing and masking steps described above,
- or, with partial abandonment of the hitherto necessary washing process with complete abandonment of the previously required masking process produce a water-repellent treated fabric which even higher v 50 values than the textile fabric described above with aramid fibers with a polyglycol ester of oleic acid comprehensive equipment, the but before his water repellent equipment has yet to undergo the previously described 25 washing and masking steps.

The finishing agent used to finish the aramid fibers comprising the fabric of the present invention may consist of 100% of a carbonic acid polyester, which is preferably a carbonic acid polyester of structural formula (I).
However, it is also possible to use the carbonic acid polyester, preferably the carbonic acid polyester of the structural formula (I), as an aqueous solution or as a solution or emulsion in an organic solvent, e.g. in ethanol.
In a preferred embodiment of the textile fabric according to the invention, the finishing agent consists of a carbonic acid polyester of the formula (I), an alkylpolyglycol ether, a potassium alkyl phosphate and an ethyoxylated and / or propoxylated fatty alcohol, the substances mentioned being formulated in water. Such a finish is available from Bozetto (Italy) under the brand Estesol NC 91. In a further preferred embodiment of the textile fabric according to the invention, the finishing agent consists of a carbonic acid polyester of the formula (I), an alkylpolyglycol ether, a potassium alkyl phosphate, an ethyoxylated alcohol and a polyglycol ester, the substances mentioned being formulated in water. Such a finish is also available from Bozetto (Italy) under the brand Estesol CB 95.
In a further preferred embodiment of the textile fabric according to the invention, the aramid fibers finished with the finishing agent have from 0.1 to 1.5% by weight, particularly preferably from 0.2 to 1.0% by weight, of avivage solids, based on their weight is meant by the sum of the solids of the carbonic acid polyester, preferably the carbonic acid polyester of the structural formula (I), and optionally the Alkylpolyglykolethers, the potassium alkyl phosphate, the ethoxylated and / or propoxylated fatty alcohol, the ethoxylated Alcohol and the polyglycol ester yields. For application of the carbonic acid polyester, preferably the carbonic acid polyester of the structural formula (I), comprehensive finishing on the aramid fibers, each method is suitable, whereby the desired amount of finishing agent can be applied to the aramid fibers.
For example, the finish comprising the carbonic acid polyester, preferably the carbonic acid polyester of structural formula (I), may be applied during the manufacturing process of the aramid fibers after washing and before drying with a nozzle or with an applicator or with a kiss roll, after which the aramid fibers are dried and be wound up. On the part of the roll protruding from the bath, a film is formed from the finishing agent comprising the carbonic acid polyester. The aramid fibers are brought into contact with the film and thereby scavenged.
Furthermore, it is also possible to carry out the finishing comprising the carbonic acid polyester, preferably the carbonic acid polyester of the structural formula (I), in a process downstream of the aramid fiber production. This can be done e.g. unwind the fiber from the roll and bring it into contact with the lubricant, the finish being free of water and / or organic solvent and present as an oil or melt.
It is also possible to carry out the application in two or more consecutive steps, e.g. a first step in the production process of the aramid fibers after washing and before drying and a second step in a process downstream of the Aramidfaserherstellung process is carried out.
