Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of the external insulation of buildings, and more specifically to the methods of setting up an exterior insulation of a building by means of modules made of textile complex.
- the new standards in force reinforce the requirements in terms of insulation of buildings, in the interest of energy efficiency to reduce their environmental impact.
- external insulation elements are used for this purpose, arranged on the external facade of the building so as to improve the insulation without having to undertake heavy work affecting the structure of the building.
- insulators from the outside are commonly installed either under a coating or under a cladding.
- the installation of these cladding and plastering creates an additional cost and lengthens the duration of the site.
- This method entails significant costs in terms of manpower for fitting the panels to the targeted building, as well as heavy operations to be carried out during the construction that may increase the duration.
- the document WO 2009/132841 discloses a thermal insulator having an outer layer formed from textile fibers and adapted to be applied to the outer face of a building.
- the present invention aims to propose a module made of an insulating complex which does not have these disadvantages.
- the invention relates to a method of placing an outer insulation of a building by means of an insulating complex, said method being characterized in that it comprises the steps of making on measurement, away from the building site, a plurality of modules made in this insulating complex, these modules being of shape and dimensions adapted to the geometry of the building and comprising a sealed outer face, and, after transport to the site, to assembling these modules on the building so as to form an outer insulation forming the outer face of the building.
- the modules are associated with each other by means of flaps extending on at least one edge of the outer face of said modules, and provided with fastening means adapted to cooperate with complementary fastening means arranged on the outer face of an adjacent module.
- the making of the modules is carried out by superposition of a waterproof fabric, a layer of insulating material and a back fabric, the layer of insulating material being enveloped by the waterproof fabric and the back fabric.
- a computer program is also described characterized in that it comprises machine instructions for carrying out a method as presented above.
- the invention relates to a module made of an insulating complex suitable for implementing the method defined above, said module comprising a layer of insulating material wrapped by a waterproof fabric and a rear fabric, said back fabric covering a surface of said insulating material intended for be facing a wall of a building, and said waterproof fabric covering at least all the other faces of said layer of insulating material, said module being made entirely of textile material.
- the outer face of said module comprises fastening means disposed along edges of said outer face, the remaining edges being provided with flaps comprising complementary fastening means adapted to cooperate with the fastening means of the outer face of said an adjacent module.
- the figure 1 presents an example of a method of making and placing an external insulation on a building.
- This preliminary step consists of obtaining or carrying out a modeling of the building on which it is desired to put in place an external insulation.
- the modeling is typically processed by a computer, or more generally a computing unit, which comprises means for producing a 3D model of the building from geometrical data, or means for acquiring a 3D model previously produced.
- This 3D model is typically presented to the user on a display means such as a screen, which can thus control the validity of the model, or modify it to take into account, for example, changes in the structure of the building.
- the 3D model typically integrates specific building information, such as openings (doors, windows, etc.), anchors, balconies, expansion joints, or more generally any other singular point of the building.
- These user-defined areas can then be processed by the computing unit, which compares them with information about the locations of openings or other particular points of the building to identify possible overlaps, and where appropriate report them to the user.
- the figure 2 illustrates an example of identifying areas to isolate on a 3D building model.
- a 3D model 1 of building comprising external walls 2, a roof 3 and openings 4 such as doors and windows.
- the areas to be insulated 5 are defined, corresponding for the embodiment shown to the external walls 2 of the building, excluding the roof 3. According to other variants, the zones to be insulated may include the outer walls 2 and / or the roof 3 of the building.
- the figure 3 illustrates the treatment of the zones to be insulated so that they do not cover the openings 4 of the building.
- the zones to be isolated are thus modified, either by processing via the computing unit or by the user.
- the zones to isolate defined can cover all or part of the outer walls 2 of the building; for example, it is possible to define a strip not covered at the base of the building, which is advantageous in the case of public places so that the modules are not degraded by third parties.
- Step of cutting 30 zones to isolate in sectors :
- This step consists of cutting the zones to be isolated defined during the identification step 20 so as to define insulating modules, which are intended to be assembled subsequently to achieve the desired insulation.
- the sectors thus defined advantageously have simple shapes, so as to facilitate their manufacture and transport.
- This cutting 30 makes it possible not to have to handle or transport too bulky items, which would cause significant logistical and labor constraints.
- the sectors thus defined are typically identified by means of markings or references, in order to facilitate the subsequent assembly of the corresponding modules on site.
- the figure 4 illustrates an example of division into sectors on a 3D model 1 as presented previously on Figures 2 and 3 .
- the zones to be insulated from the outer walls are cut into geometric shapes, advantageously the simplest possible and the most regular possible.
- This step consists in making in the factory or workshop the various modules corresponding to the sectors defined during the cutting step 30, made of insulating complex.
- the insulating modules are made, for example, by cutting and assembling a waterproof fabric, a layer of insulating material and possibly a back fabric, thus forming a textile complex as shown in FIG. figure 5 .
- the waterproof fabric 12 is intended to be the outer face of the insulation. It is typically made to protect the insulating material from moisture and UV, while being breathable so that the water vapor does not condense in the insulation, and exhibiting resistance characteristics. fire and mechanical resistance guaranteeing their compatibility with the standards in force in the building, for example snow and wind rules, fire regulations, etc ...
- the waterproof fabric 12 may for example be formed of an assembly of several thicknesses of fabrics.
- the insulating material layer 13 is composed of an insulating material chosen so as to be thermally efficient, for example with a thermal conductivity ⁇ ⁇ 0.040 W ⁇ m -1 ⁇ K -1 , and may advantageously also contribute to the acoustic insulation of the building, for example by having acoustic properties such as Rw + Ctr> 30dB, where Rw is the sound reduction index and Ctr is the adaptation factor.
- the insulating material is typically packaged as a roll, plate or panel.
- the insulating material is advantageously a non-toxic material, and does not require precautions or special equipment such as gloves, masks or glasses to be manipulated to improve the comfort of the user.
- the back canvas 14 is intended to be the face of the insulation in contact with the exterior wall of the building. It typically has vapor barrier properties to prevent the vapor emitted by the building from entering the insulation.
- This back canvas advantageously serves as a support for a system for fixing modules on the building, which will be specified later.
- the waterproof fabric 12, the layer of insulating material 13 and possibly the back fabric 14 are cut to the desired dimensions and assembled to form an insulating module 11, for example by laminating, welding, foaming, sewing or any other method of suitable assembly.
- the insulating module 11 may have a structure similar to a mattress; the impervious fabric 12 and the vapor fabric 14 then completely envelop the layer of insulating material 13.
- connection between the different elements constituting this mattress can then be performed by sewing, by ultrasonic welding or by any other suitable assembly method.
- an insulating complex which may for example be entirely made of textile materials, or more generally an insulating flexible complex, being flexible and easily foldable without being degraded, thus giving new architectural perspectives such as forms, patterns, reliefs, upholstery unlike conventional insulating materials that are in the form of rigid panels or behind plaster or rigid cladding.
- the manufacture 40 of the modules also includes the arrangement of means for assembling the modules thus formed together, typically by arrangement of means such as eyelets, laces, zippers or self-gripping strips on all or part of the periphery of the modules, advantageously on the edges of the modules which were defined during the cutting step 30 as being contiguous to other modules.
- the modules are typically provided with self-gripping strips disposed on their face intended to form the outer facade of the building.
- the figure 6 shows an example of module 11 as described above, the outer face 12 is provided with flaps 15 on two consecutive sides. These flaps are provided with fastening means 16, typically self-gripping strips male or female below the flaps, that is to say oriented towards the inside of said module 11.
- the outer face 12 is also provided with securing means 17 complementary to the fastening means 16 arranged under the flaps 15, typically male or female self-gripping strips arranged substantially along the opposite sides to those provided with flaps 15.
- the figure 7 illustrates an example of a set obtained by associating several modules 11 similar to the one presented on the figure 6 .
- fastening means 16 arranged under the flaps of a module cooperate with the fastening means 17 disposed on the outer face 12 of the adjacent modules, thus ensuring the connection between the various modules 11.
- the configuration of the flaps may vary depending on the positioning of the modules; for example, for modules intended to be positioned at the edge following step 30 of defining the areas to be insulated described above, the modules can be made so that those intended to be arranged at the edge do not include flaps on their free edges.
- modules provided for example with flaps comprising fastening means 16 disposed under flaps 15 on 3 or 4 of their edges, with modules provided with fastening means 17 directly on the outer face 12 on the corresponding edges.
- the making 40 of the modules also advantageously includes the marking of the various modules so as to indicate their positioning on the building, and / or their relative positioning with respect to each other, and thus facilitate their subsequent installation.
- the modules are pre-assembled at the factory to obtain modules in 3D, for example by assembling several flat or parallelepiped modules.
- This embodiment finds, for example, a particular application for the prefabrication of modules intended to be positioned at the different angles of the building.
- This step is typically performed directly on site, and consists of assembling the various modules together and in their implementation on the building to be isolated after they have been routed from the manufacturing site to the site of the building to be isolated.
- Fixing means are typically arranged on the building, for example self-gripping elements such as strips or pellets, hooks or securing means, the modules then being provided with complementary fixing means.
- self-gripping elements such as strips or pellets, hooks or securing means
- the modules then being provided with complementary fixing means.
- self-gripping tablets can be placed on the wall, and complementary self-gripping strips on the inner face of the modules, which will cooperate with the pellets fixed on the wall in order to maintain the position of the modules on the wall. the wall.
- the figure 8 represents an example of module variant 11, provided with tabs 21 extending from edges of the face 14 of the module 11 to be placed facing the outer wall of the building.
- the figure 9 illustrates a particular embodiment, associating the fixing means as presented above on the figure 6 with the tabs 21 presented on the figure 8 , here extending from the edges of the internal face 14 of the module 11 opposite the edges provided with flaps 15 comprising the fixing means 16.
- the figure 10 shows an example of sectional view of such modules positioned on a wall M; it is noted that a first module 11a is fixed to the wall via attachment means 25, for example a peg which pierces the tongues 21 and thus ensures the retention in position of the module 11a on the wall M.
- a second module 11b is associated the first module 11a via fastening means 16 arranged under a flap 15 as described above.
- the figure 11 presents a variant of the example presented on the figure 10 .
- modules 11c and 11e which are fixed to the wall M via attachment means 25 perforating their tongues 21, these two modules 11c and 11e being assembled to an intermediate module 11d whose two lateral edges are provided with flaps 15 in which are arranged fastening means 16, cooperating with fastening means 17 disposed on the outer face 12 of the modules 11d and 11e
- the figure 12 presents another variant for realizing the positioning of modules 11f and 11g on a wall M.
- the wall M is equipped with a rail support 26 fixed on said wall M, this rail support 26 defining for example two rails 27 and 28 adapted to receive a complementary ring.
- the modules 11f and 11g are then provided with such complementary rods 29 fixed to their internal face 14, adapted to fit into said rails 27 and 28 of the rail support 26, and thus to position the modules 11f and 11g on the wall M.
- the positioning of the various modules relative to each other is advantageously achieved by means of markings that have been placed on the modules during their manufacture.
- the method thus described makes it possible to provide an external insulation of a building by means of insulating modules made to measure and having a high added value, the installation of which on the building is limited to simplified assembly operations, without retouching or cutting is necessary. Implementation is thus significantly reduced in terms of cost and duration.
- the insulating modules thus set up on the exterior facade of the building form the outer face, the modules having in fact an outer face 12 having properties adapted to directly form the outer face of a building, without requiring the addition of an additional layer.
- modules made for example of an insulating complex as defined above consisting in particular of custom-making, from a digital model of a building, away from the building site, a plurality modules made with this insulating complex and of shape and dimensions adapted to the geometry of the building and allowing them to be reported on all or part of the outside of the building.
- the method described above can be implemented by means of a computer program comprising machine instructions for this purpose.

Description
- on détermine des zones des parois externes à isoler ;
figure 5 .
- des références se retrouvant à l'identique sur plusieurs modules, de manière à indiquer les positionnements relatifs des modules entre eux par exemple en accolant les références identiques ;
- des références renvoyant à des indications apposées sur le modèle 3D, qui définit ainsi le placement des éléments directement sur la structure du bâtiment ;
- de plans de calpinage ;
- pré-assembler tout ou partie des modules, par exemple avec des moyens d'assemblage temporaires, ou en ne verrouillant pas les moyens d'assemblage, puis les mettre en place sur les parois extérieures du bâtiment, et une fois mis en place, terminer l'assemblage des modules;
- mettre en place les modules directement sur les parois externes du bâtiment, et réaliser l'assemblage des différents modules entre eux une fois cette mise en place effectuée ;
