Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un changeur de chaleur (6) au moins deux passes comprenant N tubes (19) répartis en deux séries de tubes (19), dont une première série comportant N1 tubes (19) compris entre un premier collecteur (21) et un deuxième collecteur (22), et une deuxième série comportant N2 tubes (19) compris entre le deuxième collecteur (22) et un troisième collecteur (23). Un 10 rapport N1/N est compris entre 15% et 50%.
Description
Echangeur de chaleur à au moins deux passes et boucle de climatisation comprenant un tel echangeur de chaleur.
L'invention est du domaine des installations de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation équipant un véhicule automobile. Elle a pour objet un echangeur de chaleur intégré à une boucle de climatisation faisant partie intégrante d'une telle installation. Elle a aussi pour objet une telle boucle de climatisation.
Un véhicule automobile est couramment équipé d'une installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation pour modifier les paramètres aérothermiques d'un flux d'air diffusé à l'intérieur de l'habitacle du véhicule. L'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation est principalement constituée d'un boîtier qui canalise la circulation du flux d'air jusqu'à au moins une sortie d'air à travers laquelle le flux d'air est distribué hors du boîtier vers l'habitacle. Le boîtier est par exemple réalisé en matière plastique et est logé sous une planche de bord du véhicule.
Pour modifier la température du flux d'air préalablement à sa diffusion hors du boîtier, l'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation comprend également avec une boucle de climatisation à l'intérieur de laquelle circule un fluide réfrigérant. Le fluide réfrigérant est par exemple un hydrofluorocarbure, en particulier le fluide connu sous la dénomination R134a, ou un composé à base d'hydrofluoro-oléfine, notamment le fluide connu sous la dénomination HFO1234yf. La présente invention trouve également une application avec tous fluides réfrigérants analogues à ceux cités précédemment.
La boucle de climatisation comprend notamment un echangeur de chaleur extérieur placé à l'avant du véhicule pour échanger de la chaleur avec un flux d'air extérieur au véhicule. L'échangeur de chaleur extérieur est traversé par l'air extérieur mais n'est pas en contact avec le flux d'air destiné à être distribué dans l'habitacle du véhicule. En particulier, l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur peut être
un échangeur comportant au moins à deux passes, c'est-à-dire un échangeur comprenant au moins deux séries de tubes, le fluide réfrigérant circulant successivement dans un premier sens à l'intérieur d'une première série de tubes, puis dans un sens inverse au premier sens à l'intérieur d'une deuxième série de tubes. Plus précisément, à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur, le fluide réfrigérant circule successivement à l'intérieur d'un premier compartiment d'un premier collecteur, à travers la première série de tubes, d'un deuxième collecteur, à travers la deuxième série de tubes, d'un deuxième compartiment du premier collecteur pour être finalement évacué hors de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur. Le premier compartiment est juxtaposé au deuxième compartiment en étant étanche l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le premier collecteur et le deuxième collecteur sont chacun ménagés à une extrémité latérale respective de l'échangeur de chaleur et les tubes sont disposés entre les collecteurs parallèlement les uns aux autres. On pourra par exemple se reporter au document EP 1 980 81 1 qui décrit un échangeur de chaleur du genre susvisé.
Par ailleurs, la boucle de climatisation peut être agencée pour fonctionner soit en « mode chauffage », permettant un réchauffement du flux d'air par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur de chaleur que comporte la boucle de climatisation fonctionnant en tant que condenseur, soit en « mode refroidissement », permettant un refroidissement du flux d'air par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur de chaleur que comporte également la boucle de climatisation fonctionnant en tant que évaporateur. Dans le cas où la boucle de climatisation fonctionne en « mode chauffage », l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur se comporte comme un évaporateur. Autrement dit, à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur, le fluide réfrigérant se réchauffe en captant des calories véhiculées par le flux d'air extérieur. Dans le cas où la boucle de climatisation fonctionne en « mode refroidissement », l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur se comporte comme un condenseur. Autrement dit, à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur, le fluide réfrigérant se refroidit en cédant des calories à l'air extérieur.
Selon une première variante de réalisation, la boucle de climatisation comprend un conduit de contournement disposé en parallèle de l'évaporateur. Dans ce cas- là, le fluide réfrigérant circule toujours, en « mode chauffage » et en « mode refroidissement », dans le même sens à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation, et notamment à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur.
Selon une deuxième variante de réalisation, la boucle de climatisation comprend une vanne quatre voies apte à inverser le sens de circulation du fluide réfrigérant à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur. Il découle de ces dispositions que selon le sens de circulation du fluide réfrigérant à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur, le fluide réfrigérant circule soit à travers la première série de tubes puis à travers la deuxième série de tubes, soit à travers la deuxième série de tubes puis à travers la première série de tubes. Les concepteurs de tels échangeurs de chaleur souhaitent disposer d'un échangeur de chaleur optimisé permettant des échanges de chaleur satisfaisants, quel que soit le mode de fonctionnement de la boucle de climatisation et quelque soit le sens de circulation du fluide réfrigérant à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur. Il en ressort qu'un problème général consiste à déterminer un agencement optimal d'un tel échangeur de chaleur qui soit à même de permettre des échanges de chaleur les plus satisfaisants possible, que l'échangeur de chaleur se comporte comme un évaporateur ou un condenseur, quelque soit le sens de circulation du fluide réfrigérant à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur et quelque soit le fluide réfrigérant utilisé.
Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un échangeur de chaleur intégré à une boucle de climatisation d'une installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, l'échangeur de chaleur étant optimisé pour permettre des transferts thermiques satisfaisants entre un fluide réfrigérant circulant à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation et un flux d'air extérieur au véhicule en contact avec l'échangeur de chaleur, le fluide réfrigérant étant
notamment un hydrofluorocarbure, en particulier le fluide connu sous la dénomination R134a, ou un composé à base d'hydrofluoro-oléfine, notamment le fluide connu sous la dénomination HFO1234yf, la boucle de climatisation étant susceptible de fonctionner en « mode refroidissement » et en « mode chauffage », et le sens de circulation du fluide réfrigérant étant susceptible d'être inversé à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur selon le mode de fonctionnement de la boucle de climatisation. Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer une telle boucle de climatisation. L'échangeur de chaleur de la présente invention est un échangeur de chaleur à au moins deux passes, préférentiellement à deux passes, comprenant N tubes répartis en deux séries de tubes, dont une première série comportant N1 tubes compris entre un premier collecteur et un deuxième collecteur, et une deuxième série comportant N2 tubes compris entre le deuxième collecteur et un troisième collecteur. Un rapport N1/N est compris entre 15% et 50%.
Selon un premier mode de réalisation, le rapport N1/N est compris entre 35% et 50%, préférentiellement entre 40% et 50%. Le rapport N1/N est par exemple de l'ordre de ou égal à 35%, ou 40%, ou 45% ou 50%.
Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, le rapport N1/N est compris entre 15% et 35%, préférentiellement entre 15% et 25%. Le rapport N1/N est par exemple de l'ordre de ou égal à 15% ou 20%. Avantageusement, le premier collecteur comprend un premier compartiment et un deuxième compartiment, le troisième collecteur étant réalisé par le deuxième compartiment du premier collecteur.
Une boucle de climatisation de la présente invention comprend un échangeur de chaleur tel que défini précédemment.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres caractéristiques et avantages apparaîtront encore à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit comprenant des exemples de réalisation donnés à titre illustratif en référence avec les figures annexées, données à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, qui pourront servir à compléter la compréhension de la présente invention et l'exposé de sa réalisation sur lesquels :

Les figures 1 à 4 sont des illustrations schématiques respectives d'une première variante de réalisation et d'une deuxième variante de réalisation d'une boucle de climatisation selon la présente invention selon deux modes de fonctionnement respectifs.
Telle que présentée sur les figures 1 à 4, un véhicule automobile est équipé d'une installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation pour modifier les paramètres aérothermiques d'un flux d'air distribué à l'intérieur de l'habitacle du véhicule. L'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation est principalement constituée d'un boîtier 1 réalisé en matière plastique et logé sous une planche de bord du véhicule. L'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation est destinée à canaliser la circulation d'un flux d'air 2 depuis au moins une entrée d'air jusqu'à au moins une sortie d'air à travers laquelle le flux d'air 2 est diffusé hors du boîtier 1 de l'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation dans l'habitacle du véhicule.
Pour modifier les paramètre aérothermique du flux d'air 2, notamment la température du flux d'air 2, préalablement à sa diffusion dans l'habitacle, l'installation de chauffage, de ventilation et/ou de climatisation comprend également une boucle de climatisation 3 à l'intérieur de laquelle circule un fluide réfrigérant FR selon un sens de circulation 4. Le fluide réfrigérant FR est par exemple un hydrofluorocarbure, notamment le fluide connu sous la dénomination R134a, ou un composé à base d'hydrofluoro-oléfine, en particulier le fluide connu sous la dénomination HFO1234yf, ou tout autre fluide réfrigérant analogue.
La boucle de climatisation 3 comprend un compresseur 5 apte à comprimer le fluide réfrigérant FR, un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 apte à échanger des calories avec un flux d'air extérieur 7 au véhicule et un accumulateur 8.
Selon l'exemple de réalisation, l'accumulateur 8 est disposé directement en amont du compresseur 5 selon le sens de circulation 4 du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation 3 pour collecter le fluide réfrigérant FR à l'état liquide.
De façon préférentielle, l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 est disposé à l'avant du véhicule pour échanger de la chaleur avec le flux d'air extérieur 7 qui le traverse. Avantageusement, l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 n'est pas en contact avec le flux d'air 2 destiné à être diffusé dans l'habitacle du véhicule suite à sa circulation à l'intérieur du boîtier 1. Par contre, la boucle de climatisation 3 comprend un échangeur thermique intérieur 9 logé à l'intérieur du boîtier 1 et traversé par le flux d'air 2 pour modifier les paramètres aérothermiques de ce dernier, en particulier sa température. Une première variante de réalisation est illustrée sur les figures 1 et 2. Selon cette variante de réalisation, la boucle de climatisation 3 comprend un premier conduit de contournement 10. Le premier conduit de contournement 10 est apte à permettre ou interdire la circulation du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9.
La boucle de climatisation 3 comprend également un premier organe de détente 1 1 disposé entre l'échangeur thermique extérieur 6 et l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9 selon le sens de circulation 4 du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation 3. Selon la variante de réalisation des figures 1 et 2, le premier organe de détente 1 1 est plus particulièrement agencé entre le premier conduit de contournement 10 et l'échangeur thermique extérieur 6, en amont de l'échangeur thermique extérieur 6 selon le sens de circulation 4 du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation 3. La boucle de climatisation 3 comprend également un condenseur interne 12 logé à l'intérieur du boîtier 1 et disposé directement en aval du compresseur 5 selon le
sens de circulation 4 du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de la boucle de climatisation 3. Le condenseur interne 12 est destiné à refroidir le fluide réfrigérant FR. Le refroidissement du fluide réfrigérant FR dans le condenseur interne 12 entraîne un réchauffement du flux d'air 2 qui le traverse.
La boucle de climatisation 3 comprend également un deuxième organe de détente 13 interposé entre le condenseur interne 12 et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6. Le deuxième organe de détente 13 est associé à un deuxième conduit de contournement 14 permettant une circulation du fluide réfrigérant FR soit à travers le deuxième organe de détente 13 vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, soit directement depuis le condenseur interne 12 vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 en contournant le deuxième organe de détente 13.
Sur la figure 1 , la boucle de climatisation 3 fonctionne selon la première variante de réalisation en « mode refroidissement ». Dans cet agencement, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le compresseur 5 vers le condenseur interne 12, puis circule à travers le deuxième conduit de contournement 14 vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, qui se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un condenseur en réchauffant le flux d'air extérieur 7, puis vers le premier organe de détente 1 1 , dans lequel le fluide réfrigérant FR subit une détente, puis vers l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9, qui se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un évaporateur en refroidissant le flux d'air 2, puis vers l'accumulateur 8 pour retourner au compresseur 5. Dans cette configuration, il est recherché un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui soit configuré de manière à céder le plus de chaleur possible au flux d'air extérieur 7.
Sur la figure 2, la boucle de climatisation 3 fonctionne selon la première variante de réalisation en « mode chauffage ». Dans ce cas-là, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le compresseur 5 vers le condenseur interne 12, puis circule à travers le deuxième organe de détente 13, dans lequel le fluide réfrigérant FR subit une détente, puis vers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, qui se comporte,
selon cette configuration, comme un évaporateur en refroidissant le flux d'air extérieur 7, puis circule à travers le premier conduit de contournement 10, vers l'accumulateur 8 pour retourner au compresseur 5. Dans cette configuration, il est recherché un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui soit configuré de manière à capter le plus de chaleur possible au flux d'air extérieur 7.
Selon cette première variante de réalisation, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule dans le même sens à travers l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 quelque soit le mode de fonctionnement de la boucle de climatisation 3 (« mode chauffage » ou « mode refroidissement »), à savoir depuis un premier orifice 15 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, en relation avec le deuxième organe de détente 13 et le deuxième conduit de contournement 14, jusqu'à un deuxième orifice 16 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, en relation avec le premier organe de détente 1 1 et le premier conduit de contournement 10. Autrement dit, selon cette première variante de réalisation, le premier orifice 15 constitue un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 tandis que le deuxième orifice 16 constitue un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6. Le fait que l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 se comporte comme un condenseur ou comme un évaporateur se caractérise par des densités de fluide réfrigérant FR prises en entrée du premier orifice 15 et à la sortie du deuxième orifice 16 qui diffèrent l'une de l'autre. En effet, lorsque que l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 se comporte comme un condenseur, le fluide réfrigérant FR est, en tout ou partie, en phase gazeuse au niveau du premier orifice 15 et est, en tout ou partie, en phase liquide au niveau du deuxième orifice 16. Il en découle que la densité du fluide réfrigérant FR au niveau du premier orifice 15 est inférieure à la densité du fluide réfrigérant FR au niveau du deuxième orifice 16. Pour optimiser les échanges thermiques au niveau de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, il est donc souhaitable de maximaliser une section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en entrée de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6.
Par contre, lorsque l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 se comporte comme un évaporateur, le fluide réfrigérant FR est un mélange de phase gazeuse et de phase liquide au niveau du premier orifice 15 tandis que le fluide réfrigérant FR est, en tout ou partie, en phase gazeuse au niveau du deuxième orifice 16. Il en découle que la densité du fluide réfrigérant FR au niveau du premier orifice 15 est supérieure à la densité du fluide réfrigérant FR au niveau du deuxième orifice 16.
Pour optimiser les échanges thermiques au niveau de l'échangeur de chaleur 6, il est donc souhaitable de minimiser une section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en entrée de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6.
Il en ressort une adaptation particulière à trouver entre ces deux optimisations antagonistes. La présente invention offre une solution à partir d'une caractéristique principale et avantageuse de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui est développée plus loin.
Selon une deuxième variante de réalisation illustrée sur les figures 3 et 4, la boucle de climatisation 3 comprend une vanne quatre voies 17 apte à inverser le sens de circulation 4 du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6. Dans cette configuration, la boucle de climatisation 3 comprend un organe de détente 18 interposé entre l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 et l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9, en amont de l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9. La deuxième variante de réalisation comporte de nombreux éléments en commun avec la première variante de réalisation. En conséquence, sauf indication contraire, ces éléments comportent les mêmes caractéristiques et spécificités que ceux décrits précédemment. En conséquence, ils seront identifiés par la même que celle fournie en relation avec la description de la première variante de réalisation.
Sur la figure 3, la boucle de climatisation 3 fonctionne, selon la deuxième variante de réalisation, en « mode refroidissement ». Dans cet agencement, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le compresseur 5 jusqu'à la vanne quatre voies 17. La vanne quatre voies 17 est configurée de sorte à faire circuler le fluide réfrigérant FR, vers le premier orifice 15 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6. Le fluide réfrigérant FR traverse l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 jusqu'au deuxième orifice 16. L'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un condenseur à l'intérieur duquel le fluide réfrigérant FR se refroidit en cédant de la chaleur au flux d'air extérieur 7. En sortie de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule jusqu'à l'organe de détente 18, dans lequel il subit une détente, puis circule à travers l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9, qui se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un évaporateur en refroidissant le flux d'air 2 qui le traverse. Puis, le fluide réfrigérant rejoint la vanne quatre voies 17 configurée de sorte à faire circuler le fluide réfrigérant FR jusqu'à l'accumulateur 8 et retourner au compresseur 5. Dans cette configuration, il est recherché un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui soit configuré de manière à céder le plus de chaleur possible au flux d'air extérieur 7. Sur la figure 4, la boucle de climatisation 3 fonctionne, selon la deuxième variante de réalisation, en « mode chauffage ». Dans cet agencement, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le compresseur 5 jusqu'à la vanne 4-voies 17. La vanne quatre voies 17 est configurée de sorte à faire circuler le fluide réfrigérant FR vers l'échangeur thermique intérieur 9, qui se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un condenseur en réchauffant le flux d'air 2 qui le traverse. Puis, le fluide réfrigérant FR traverse l'organe de détente 18 pour pénétrer ensuite à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 par l'intermédiaire du deuxième orifice 16. Le fluide réfrigérant FR traverse l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6, qui se comporte, selon cette configuration, comme un évaporateur et est évacué hors de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 par l'intermédiaire du premier orifice 15 pour rejoindre la vanne quatre voies 17 configurée de sorte à faire circuler le fluide
réfrigérant FR vers l'accumulateur 8, puis le compresseur 5. Dans cette configuration, il est recherché un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui est configuré de manière à capter le plus de chaleur possible à l'air extérieur 7. Selon cette deuxième variante de réalisation, le fluide réfrigérant FR circule dans des sens inversés à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 selon le mode de fonctionnement de la boucle de climatisation 3. Plus précisément, en « mode refroidissement », le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le premier orifice 15, en relation avec la vanne quatre voies 17, jusqu'à un deuxième orifice 16, en relation avec l'organe de détente 18. Autrement dit, dans ce mode de fonctionnement, le premier orifice 15 constitue un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 tandis que le deuxième orifice 16 constitue un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur 6.
A l'inverse, en « mode chauffage », le fluide réfrigérant FR circule depuis le deuxième orifice 16, en relation avec l'organe de détente 18, jusqu'au premier orifice 15, en relation avec la vanne quatre voies 17. Autrement dit, dans ce mode de fonctionnement, le premier orifice 15 constitue un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 tandis que le deuxième orifice 16 constitue un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6.
Pour optimiser les échanges thermiques entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7, la différence entre la section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en entrée de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 et la section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en sortie de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 n'est pas un critère à prendre en compte puisque le premier orifice 15 et le deuxième orifice 16 sont soit un orifice d'entrée soit un orifice de sortie, selon les configurations.
La présente invention propose avantageusement un échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 qui permette d'atteindre les meilleures performances possibles entre, d'une part, un fonctionnement optimisé en « mode refroidissement » et en « mode chauffage » et, d'autre part, entre deux configurations opposées dans lesquelles le premier orifice 15 est soit un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6, soit un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur 6, et inversement pour le deuxième orifice 16.
Le résultat recherché est atteint en proposant un échangeur de chaleur 6 tel que celui illustré sur les figures 5 et 6 qui sont des illustrations schématiques d'un échangeur de chaleur selon la présente invention.
L'échangeur de chaleur 6 est un échangeur à au moins deux passes comprenant un nombre N de tubes 19 répartis en au moins deux séries de tubes 19. L'exemple des figures 5 et 6 comporte uniquement deux séries de tubes 19. Toutefois, la présente invention est également applicable aux échangeurs de chaleur comportant plus de deux séries de tubes 19.
Préférentiellement, l'échangeur de chaleur 6 est un échangeur à deux passes comprenant un nombre N de tubes 19 répartis en deux séries de tubes 19. Selon l'exemple des figures 5 et 6, une première série de tubes 19 comprend un nombre
N1 de tubes 19. Une deuxième série de tubes 19 comprend un nombre N2 de tubes 19. Ainsi, le nombre N de tubes 19 de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 est égal à la somme du nombre N1 de tubes 19 de la première série de tubes 19 et du nombre N2 de tubes 19 de la deuxième série de tubes 19.
La première série de tubes 19 est comprise entre un premier collecteur 21 et un deuxième collecteur 22. Préférentiellement, la première série de tubes 19 est comprise entre un premier compartiment 20 du premier collecteur 21 et le deuxième collecteur 22.
La deuxième série de tubes 19 est comprise entre le deuxième collecteur 22 et un troisième collecteur 23. Avantageusement, et tel que présenté sur les figures 5 et 6, le troisième collecteur est réalisé par un deuxième compartiment 23 du premier collecteur 21.
Les tubes 19 sont identiques les uns aux autres et présentent une section A égale de l'un à l'autre des tubes 19. Il en résulte que la section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en entrée de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 est proportionnelle au nombre N1 de tubes 19 de la première série. De même, la section de passage du fluide réfrigérant FR en sortie de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 est directement proportionnelle au nombre N2 de tubes 19 de la deuxième série.
Selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation le premier collecteur 21 et le deuxième collecteur 22 sont ménagés à des extrémités opposées respectives de l'échangeur de chaleur 6. Le premier collecteur 21 est constitué du premier compartiment 20 et du deuxième compartiment 23 qui sont agencées de façon étanche l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le premier compartiment 20 est juxtaposé au deuxième compartiment 23. Le premier compartiment 20 est pourvu du premier orifice 15 tandis que le deuxième compartiment 23 est doté du deuxième orifice 16. Un intercalaire 24 est interposé entre deux tubes 19 adjacents pour faciliter un échange de chaleur entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7.
Les tubes 19 sont disposés parallèlement les uns aux autres, les N1 tubes 19 de la première série étant parcouru par le fluide réfrigérant FR dans un premier sens S1 tandis que les N2 tubes 19 de la deuxième série sont parcourus par le fluide réfrigérant dans un deuxième sens S2 opposé au premier sens S1.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation non représenté, les N2 tubes 19 de la deuxième série peuvent être parcourus par le fluide réfrigérant, alternativement et/ou successivement, dans un deuxième sens S2, opposé au premier sens S1 ,
pour une partie des N2 tubes 19 de la deuxième série, et dans le premier sens S1 pour l'autre partie des N2 tubes 19 de la deuxième série.
Plus particulièrement sur la figure 5, le premier orifice 15 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 constitue un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 et le deuxième orifice 16 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 constitue un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur 6. L'échangeur de chaleur extérieur
6 selon la figure 5 est apte à être intégré dans la boucle de climatisation 3 selon les modes de fonctionnement illustrés sur les figures 1 à 3.
Plus particulièrement sur la figure 6, le premier orifice 15 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 constitue un orifice de sortie du fluide réfrigérant FR hors de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 et le deuxième orifice 16 de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 constitue un orifice d'entrée du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6. L'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 selon la figure 6 est apte à être intégré dans la boucle de climatisation 3 selon le mode de fonctionnement illustré sur la figure 4. Les performances thermiques d'un tel échangeur de chaleur 6 sont optimisées à partir de la caractéristique de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 qui réside en un rapport N1/N compris entre 10% et 50%. Ainsi selon la présente invention, moins de la moitié des N tubes de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 est comprise entre le premier compartiment 20 et le deuxième collecteur 22. Autrement dit, selon la présente invention, l'échangeur de chaleur 6 vérifie l'inéquation N1• N2.
Une telle distribution de la circulation du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 offre une performance optimale pour un fonctionnement optimisé en « mode refroidissement » et en « mode chauffage » mais aussi entre deux configurations opposées de circulation du fluide réfrigérant FR à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 respectivement illustrées sur les figures 5 et 6.
Ainsi, les concepteurs d'un tel échangeur de chaleur 6 sont à même d'offrir un unique échangeur de chaleur 6 apte à fonctionner de manière optimisée sur une boucle de climatisation 3 relativement quelconque à l'intérieur de laquelle circule un fluide réfrigérant FR, indifféremment constitué par un hydrofluorocarbure, en particulier le fluide connu sous la dénomination R134a, ou un composé à base d'hydrofluoro-oléfine, notamment le fluide connu sous la dénomination HFO1234yf. Sur les figures 7 à 12, le fluide réfrigérant FR est le R134a et l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 présente une surface frontale prise perpendiculairement à la direction d'écoulement de l'air extérieur 7, c'est-à-dire parallèlement aux plans des figures 5 et 6. Préférentiellement, la surface frontale varie de 20 dm2 à 31.8 dm2.
Les figures 7 et 8 représentent l'évolution de la puissance échangée P en « mode refroidissement » entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7 en fonction du rapport N1/N pour des vitesses d'écoulement du flux d'air extérieur 7 à travers l'échangeur de chaleur 6 respectivement de 1 ,5 m/s, 2 m/s et 3 m/s.
Plus particulièrement, la figure 7 présente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 ayant la surface frontale égale à 31 ,8 dm2 tandis que la figure 8 présente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 ayant la surface frontale égale à 20 dm2. Dans les deux cas, la puissance échangée P est maximale lorsque le rapport N1/N est le plus élevé possible.
Bien que les figures 7 et 8 présentent deux exemples d'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 pour deux valeurs spécifiques de la surface frontale, la présente invention n'est pas limitée à ces valeurs et s'applique également aux échangeurs de chaleur 6 ayant d'autre valeur de surface frontale.
Les figures 9 et 10 représentent l'évolution de la puissance échangée P en « mode chauffage » entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7 représentent rapport N1/N pour des températures du flux d'air extérieur 7 en amont de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 respectivement à 0°C, à -5°C et à - 1 O9C.
Plus particulièrement, la figure 9 présente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 ayant la surface frontale égale à 31 ,8 dm2 tandis que la figure 10 présente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 ayant la surface frontale égale à 20 dm2. Dans les deux cas, la puissance échangée P est maximale lorsque le rapport N1/N est le moins élevé possible. Bien que les figures 7 à 10 présentent deux exemples d'évolution de la puissance échangée P de l'échangeur de chaleur 6 pour deux valeurs spécifiques de la surface frontale, la présente invention n'est pas limitée à ces valeurs et s'applique également aux échangeurs de chaleur 6 ayant d'autre valeur de surface frontale. II est alors possible de déterminer un ratio R proportionnel au produit des puissances échangées P selon chacun des deux modes envisagées. L'évolution du ratio R est représentée sur la figure 1 1 pour une surface frontale de 20 dm2 et sur la figure 12 pour une surface frontale de 31 ,8 dm2. Sur les figures 1 1 et 12, le ratio R optimisé, c'est-à-dire le ratio R le plus grand, se trouve pour un rapport N1/N compris entre 30% et 50%. Plus particulièrement, le ratio R est optimisé pour un rapport N1/N compris entre 35% et 45%, préférentiellement de l'ordre de 40%.
Les figures 13 à 15 sont des représentations graphiques de l'évolution d'une puissance échangée entre un deuxième type de fluide réfrigérant circulant à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur représenté sur les figures 5 et 6 et un air
extérieur traversant l'échangeur de chaleur selon divers agencements de l'échangeur de chaleur.
Sur les figures 13 à 15, le fluide réfrigérant FR est le HFO1234yf et l'échangeur de chaleur 6 présente une surface frontale prise perpendiculairement à la direction d'écoulement du flux d'air extérieur 7 de l'ordre de 31 ,8 dm2.
La figure 13 représente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P en « mode refroidissement » entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7 en fonction du N1/N pour des vitesses d'écoulement de l'air extérieur 7 à travers l'échangeur de chaleur 6 respectivement de 1 ,5 m/s, 2 m/s et 3 m/s. La puissance échangée P est maximale lorsque le rapport N1/N est le plus élevé possible.
La figure 14 représente l'évolution de la puissance échangée P en « mode chauffage » entre le fluide réfrigérant FR et le flux d'air extérieur 7 en fonction du N1/N pour des températures du flux d'air extérieur 7 en entrée de l'échangeur de chaleur extérieur 6 respectivement à 0°C, à -5°C et à -10°C. La puissance échangée P est maximale lorsque le rapport N1/N est le moins élevé possible. II est alors possible de déterminer un ratio R proportionnel au produit des puissances échangées P selon chacun des deux modes envisagées. L'évolution du ratio R est représentée sur la figure 14. Le ratio R optimisé, c'est-à-dire le ratio R le plus grand, se trouve pour un rapport N1/N compris entre 35% et 50%. Plus particulièrement, le ratio R est optimisé pour un rapport N1/N compris entre 40% et 50%, préférentiellement de l'ordre de 45%.
Par ailleurs, pour un fluide réfrigérant FR, indifféremment un hydrofluorocarbure, notamment le fluide connu sous la dénomination R134a, ou un composé à base d'hydrofluoro-oléfine, en particulier le fluide connu sous la dénomination HFO1234yf, et dans le cas où la circulation du fluide réfrigérant FR change de sens à l'intérieur de l'échangeur de chaleur 6, le rapport N1/N optimisé est
compris entre 15% et 35%, Plus particulièrement, le ratio R est optimisé pour un rapport N1/N compris entre 15% et 25%, préférentiellement de l'ordre de 20%.
Il doit être bien entendu toutefois que ces exemples de fonctionnement sont donnés à titre d'illustration de l'objet de l'invention. Bien évidemment, l'invention n'est pas limitée à ces modes de réalisation décrits précédemment et fournis uniquement à titre d'exemple. Elle englobe diverses modifications, formes alternatives et autres variantes que pourra envisager l'homme du métier dans le cadre de la présente invention et notamment toutes combinaisons des différents modes de réalisation décrits précédemment.
Claims
1.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) à au moins deux passes comprenant N tubes (19) répartis en deux séries de tubes (19), dont une première série comportant N1 tubes (19) compris entre un premier collecteur (21 ) et un deuxième collecteur (22), et une deuxième série comportant N2 tubes (19) compris entre le deuxième collecteur (22) et un troisième collecteur (23), caractérisé en ce qu'un rapport N1/N est compris entre 15% et 50%.
2.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est compris entre 35% et 50%, préférentiellement entre 40% et 50%.
3.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 35%.
4.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 40%.
5.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 45%.
6.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 55%.
7.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est compris entre 15% et 35%, préférentiellement entre 15% et 25%.
8.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 15%.
9.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le rapport N1/N est égal à 20%.
10.- Echangeur de chaleur (6) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier collecteur (21 ) comprend un premier compartiment (20) et un deuxième compartiment (23), le troisième collecteur étant réalisé par le deuxième compartiment (23) du premier collecteur (21 ).
