Abstract

The invention relates to a hanging ring for hanging bottles, flasks, or other containers by the neck thereof on the hooks of display shelves. This one-piece injected part, closing by means of a set of lugs and openings, consists of two half-shells. The latter extend through a reinforced flat space having notches that enable the easy, secure hanging thereof. Until now, the bottles were either placed on shelves or packaged in plastic or semi-plastic blister packs (transparent in the front and having cardboard backings). This system makes it possible to display the object and logically arrange it in the shelves.

Description

SUSPENSION BODY FOR BOTTLE

The present invention relates to a hanger for display intended to expose bottles, suspended by their neck directly on the hooks, whether single or multiple, in shelves, gondola head or any other place of exhibition, especially in the store or for industrial use.

These hooks are supports in the form of support rods which protrude horizontally, arranged generally perpendicularly from the radius and on which can be threaded the bottle support rings in question.

There are known in the shops, displays with hooks, on which are threaded prepackaged objects provided with either a notch in the packaging or provided with a self-adhesive support having a notch in the upper part and attached to the products so as to be able to hang them at such a rod. This notch support allows to hang objects of various weights but the more the object is heavy, the more it tends to let go, risking to break the radius and break if the object is fragile.

At present, there is known a German-type patent of the invention with the number DE 20 2008 003 641 Ul 2008.06.26. This patent, an illustration of which is attached, consists of a round, flat washer bearing the number (1), perforated at its center by a round opening (2) of a certain diameter which makes it possible to encircle the neck of a bottle characterized by the number (3) neck of the bottle - (4) upper part of the neck of the bottle and (5) closing of a bottle. This washer (1) also carries a perforation (6) into which may be inserted a suspension rod (7) which can be connected to a plate (9) perforated with a hole (10). The rod 7 is fixed at its top in the plate (10) by a nut or screw (8) thereby suspending bottles by their neck. This invention differs from our suspension member, in that with our suspension member, the necks of the bottles are trapped in the shells which themselves are closed with closure clips which ensure the maintenance, safety and stability of the containers arranged in the shelves. In addition, the notches made in the upper part of our suspension member can arrange the bottles or containers directly on the existing suspension bars in supermarkets or other exhibition spaces, without having to resort to a rod or a plate of additional suspension.

In the storage of the bottles in the shelves, they are either deposited on shelves that can be of various widths. They can also be enclosed, either by means of a cardboard and a plastic film, or in shells made entirely of plastic (generally called blister). Some blisters have a cardboard back and a clear plastic front covering the bottle.

These different blisters have the disadvantage of occupying more space in the rays than necessary to the bottle alone, since they coat it.

In the case of bottles, which by definition are heavier in material and content, the fixing notch may be cut in case the support means is not sufficiently strong or adapted to the weight of the object. .

At the environmental level, these blisters or other forms of packaging use quite good plastic and / or cardboard, since they completely coat the bottle. Once the blister opened, it can not be reused because it must be destroyed to access the bottle.

The present invention aims to directly suspend the bottle by the neck in the rays or other places of exposure, industries or others. The suspension ring, the realization of which is perfected, traps only the neck of the bottle.

This is the main novelty of this invention, different from anything currently available on the packaging market. This system can be used wherever bottles, flasks or containers can be hung instead of being placed in the shelves or storage spaces. The neck of the bottle, even trapped in the suspension ring remains mobile, in that the bottle can be rotated without being dependent. The user can therefore at any time take cognizance of the dressing of the 2 sides of the bottle in necessarily having to move it.

The invention, in this case the suspension ring consists of a single injected rigid piece which is:

- in two half shells connected in their center by a hinge. Each half-shell is provided with an opening in its center to read a possible batch code that is usually written on the capsule and informs the consumer on the validity of the article or its date of production.

- Laterally on both sides, these two half-shells are provided with a flat part comprising on the one hand closing clips or tenons and on the other hand crenal holes to accommodate the clips when the half-shells hulls are closed, trapping the neck of the corked container.

- The upper part of the two half-shells is extended by a flat surface in which two notches are made. These notches will allow the bottle to hang on the shelf hooks once the half-shells closed. The way to put on the bottles equipped with the suspension ring allows a stable grip avoiding any twisting. The materials in which this ring is produced are among others Polypropylene, polycabornate. Terms of use of this invention:

By the term bottle as frequently used in this document later, it should be understood any container that may contain a liquid or other product whatever its capacity.

The neck of the bottle is trapped inside in the lower part of one of the two half-shells and then the second half-shell is closed on the neck, matching the shape of the closure system of the bottle .

Maintaining the closure of the two half-shells is by means of lateral clips or tenons that secure the closed shells on the neck of the bottle. The tenons fit into the crenal holes of adequate size.

Knowing that each half-shell is provided with a flat surface with notch, when the shell is closed, the flat part is double, which reinforces the strength of this bottle suspension member. The reliability of this suspension member lies in the fact that it is manufactured in one piece and that the place by which it is suspended is double and that the material in which it is manufactured is solid.

This suspension system makes it possible to rationalize the storage of bottles in the shelves or display spaces, both in commercial (shops) and industrial (laboratories and other) spaces.

So far, the bottles are either deposited side by side in rays or packed in blisters that exceed the surface of the bottles. This body now allows them to hang, rationally and without loss of space. The suspension rings are fitted to the bottles that do not increase the space required for their storage. This results in a gain of exposure space of the beam itself. At the labor level, the suspension of the bottles on the different hooks of the shelf is very easy and can be done very quickly, certainly faster than when you have to slide bottles on shelves sometimes forty or fifty centimeters deep. .

The application of this ring on the bottles does not require special equipment type welder or other.

At the environmental level, this suspension member has the advantage of reducing the amount of waste given the size of this ring. It is conceivable to recover this ring for other uses, since it is made of a sufficiently strong material to allow multi-use.

In summary, here are various advantages of this invention: small, handy, recoverable, reliable, solid, compact, simple, lightweight, transparent or colored.

Other details and features of the invention will become apparent from the description given below, without limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The novelty of this invention lies in the fact that the bottle is suspended by the neck.

Figure 1 shows a rack as seen in for example the stores with a type of suspension hook on which is threaded the suspension ring. A typical hook anchored in the typical radius is slid into the notches 8 and 9) juxtaposed following the closure of the suspension device. The neck of the bottle is placed in the first half-shell. When the second half-shell is closed on the first, the tenons (4) are clipped into the orifices provided with crenals (5), trapping the neck of the bottle. The two flat surfaces located on the upper part of the half-shells come to juxtapose, offering more strength to the ring. Therefore, the notches (8) and (9) are superimposed to form a solid double hook to attach the suspension ring with the bottle hooks or stirrups placed in the spokes.

It should be understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims.

One can for example consider other suspension elements depending on the location of the radius where the suspension member must be fixed.

Claims

Hanging device for display in the form of a suspension ring for a bottle

1. Chain suspension gear (Fig. 1) as shown is for exposing, suspended by the neck of the bottles, flasks or other ^r écipent the shelves, particularly magazine comprising two half-shells of sufficient size to encompass the capsule, the stopper or any other means of closing a bottle, bottle or any container that may contain a liquid product or not and characterized in that (FIG.

Suspension member according to one or both of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the suspension ring is provided with pins arranged (Fig 2.4 and Fig 2.5) on the flat outer portion of the one of the half-shells illustrated and bearing the number (4). The tenons are here two in number but can be single or multiple. Their function is to connect or close the two half-shells. The shape of the tenons here is cylindrical at the ends and flat at the base, but they could have any other form. In the example cited, the tenons are clipped and unclipable at will but it could be conceived that they are disposable in the case where Is contain an anti-theft or other system to secure the article suspended in the radius.

4. A suspension member according to claims 1 - 2 and 3 characterized in that the suspension ring is provided with orifices arranged on the outer portion of the second half-shell illustrated in Figure 2 and bearing the number (5) . 5. A suspension member according to claims 1 - 2 - 3 and 4 characterized in that the suspension ring is provided with a flat portion (7) adjacent and adjacent to the upper part of the first half-shell (1). It could be of another form.

The two flat surfaces on the top of the half-shells are juxtaposed, providing more strength and support to the ring. Consequently, the notches are superimposed to form a solid grip for fixing the suspension ring with the bottle to hooks or brackets or any other type of attachment means placed in the spokes.
