Abstract

i The present invention relates to sales packaging

  In the field of sales packaging for various products, in particular for products in the field of small tools, it is known to use blister packs, for example "blister packs". These packages consist of a generally flat support, which is placed vertically in the shelves and which optionally serves as an information and / or advertising medium. Generally, this packaging means 10 consists of a thermoformed or injected plastic shell, preferably transparent, and containing the product for sale.   In the field of tooling, the products may include items sold individually, of relatively large volume, such as screwdrivers or pliers, but also products of studs or screws and bolts which are sold in bulk and are of small quantity. volume. Once sold, the

  consumers generally remove them from their respective packaging, the latter is thrown away, and the user must have storage suitable for the shape and use of each tool. Such a practice has the defect of requiring an additional investment, and of generating significant packaging waste.

  To remedy the above-mentioned defect, international patent application WO 80/00689 proposes a blister-type packaging system, comprising a base plate forming a support which includes lugs and grooves used to assemble various conjugated elements, and a housing provided with 30 hooks allowing its assembly on the bottom plate. After the purchase, the user can assemble several plates forming a support, to constitute a box in which he can insert by sliding several boxes

used as drawers.

  This system, although having certain advantages, nevertheless has significant shortcomings. Thus, it can only constitute a piece of furniture with drawers, that is to say a relatively bulky storage. In addition, it is absolutely necessary to constitute the storage, to have acquired several unit packages, because it takes several bottom plates to be able to assemble a box. Therefore, before having access to storage, the consumer is therefore forced to buy several products, even if he would only need one of them. Finally, this system only offers the storage of loose items in the drawers, and not suitable storage

to each form of tool.

  The objective of the present invention is to provide packaging of the blister packaging type with a low production cost, which may be suitable in particular for small tools, which allows presentation for sale in stores, and which may be suitable in itself. product storage

  purchased, by simple transformation into a storage adapted to said product.

  Also preferably, the fixing means are assembled to the support in storage configuration, in a removable manner. This allows the user, if necessary, to modify the configuration of the storage arrangements that he has created, according to the use he has of these arrangements, which may vary.

  As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the package 1 according to the present invention consists of unitary supports 2 which can be paired to form an extended support surface, and fixing means (3a, 3b, 3c) 25 which can be fixed according to two possible configurations on the surface of the unitary supports 2, and the shape of which varies according to the product 4 to be packaged

  The unitary support 2, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 or 2, is one-piece, generally flat and of parallelepiped shape. It has in its upper part at least one extension 5 upwards pierced by three

  orifices. A first orifice 6 in the form of a slot is disposed in the center of the extension 5 and has in its median part a notch 7. This first orifice 6 makes it possible to suspend the support 2 from horizontal rods (not shown in the drawing) used for hanging the packaging in store, one behind the other.

  Two other orifices 8 are arranged symmetrically on either side of the first, which participate in the mechanical connection between two supports

  adjacent, as will be described in more detail below.

  The central part 9 of the support 2 is generally flat, and 5 has a certain number of orifices arranged on its surface. These orifices are of two types.

  The orifices of the first type 10 are of rectangular shape.   Finally, the support 2 as shown for example in Figures 1 and 20 2, comprises on its rear surface, two pins 13 extending

  horizontally backwards, which are intended to be inserted in the two orifices 8 symmetrically arranged at the upper part of an adjacent support as described above, as illustrated by two dotted lines in Figure 1.   As shown in the figure in Figures 9 and 10, the surface of the supports 2 can vary, in particular in their width.   These fixing means (3a, 3b, 3c) comprise a body 14, at least part of which is capable of packaging - even partially - the product or products 4 for sale and / or to be stored. They also include first mounting means in the form of two breakable anti-theft tabs 15, of elongated and flat shape, terminated by a relief 16 which makes it possible to insert them into the corresponding rectangular holes 10 of the support 2 described above, so irreversible. These breakable anti-theft tongues 15 5 make it possible to assemble the packaging means to the support 2 in a

packaging configuration.

  The fixing means also comprise second mounting means in the form of a blocking stud 17, in the shape of a "T" as shown for example in FIG. 3, or in an "L" shape as shown in FIG. 8, that is to say with part of the stud forming a hook. This blocking pad 17 is intended to be inserted in a removable - or reversible - manner inside the orifices 12 in the shape of an "L" of the support 2. This blocking pad 17 makes it possible to assemble the fixing means 3 to the support 2 in one configuration

  As illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the fixing means can be constituted by an open ring 3a, adapted to contain for example a pipe wrench or the stem of a screwdriver. The ring 3a comprises breakable anti-theft tongues 15 situated at the two ends on either side of

  the opening 18 of said ring 3a, as shown in FIG. 3.

  Thus, in the packaging configuration, the ring 3a is assembled to the support 2 so that the opening 18 is on the side of the support 2, which thus closes the ring. Furthermore, once the breakable anti-theft tabs 15 are completely inserted into the corresponding rectangular holes 10 in the support 2, it is no longer possible to remove said ring 3a from the support 2 without destroying the anti-theft tabs 15 in a non-repairable manner, which is

  The ring 3a comprises a blocking pad 17 located opposite to

  the opening 18 of said ring, preferably as illustrated in FIG. 3, on a flattened part 19 of the ring which makes it possible to limit the movements 30 of the ring on the support 2.

  Thus, in the storage configuration, the ring 3a is assembled to the support 2 so that its opening 18 faces outwards - side opposite to the support 2 - and thus allows a user to place or remove

  freely a product 4 of said ring.

  A variant of the ring 3a described above is shown in Figures 1 and 2, which comprises on the inner surface of the ring two pins 20 extending one towards the other. Such a ring allows as is

  As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 8, the fixing means can be

  consisting of a tray 3b, for storing bulk products. Such a container 3b is shown more particularly in FIG. 8, and comprises a body 14, of parallelepiped shape, open on one of its faces.

  Similar to the ring described above, the container 3b has two breakable anti-theft tabs 15 for connecting said container to the support 2 in an irreversible manner in the packaging configuration. In this configuration, the opening of the container is situated against the support 2 and is closed by it,

  as illustrated in Figure 4 - in exploded view - and in Figure 6 - in sectional view -. The container 3b also has two blocking pads 17 for connecting said container to the support 2 in a removable manner, in the storage configuration, as illustrated in FIG. 5 - in exploded perspective view - and in FIG. 7 - in chopped off -.

  As illustrated in Figures 9 and 10, the fixing means can be constituted by a screwdriver pad 3c shaped for packaging and then the storage of screwdrivers. Such a stud 3c comprises a body, of parallelepiped shape, open on at least one of its faces, according to a cutout 20 22 which allows the handle of a screwdriver to be inserted therein. Of course different

  shapes and sizes of cutouts are possible in order to adapt to the tool that you want to sell and then store.   Each component of the storage packaging 1 according to the invention is preferably made in one piece produced by injecting plastic material into a mold, and what is more, the plastic material used is preferably chosen for its transparency, so that the consumer 5 can have visual access to the product when the latter is exposed in the shelves of a store, in particular when it is a product packaged using the tray 3c previously described. This material can in particular be polystyrene.

  While having tried, in the description above, to attract

  attention to the characteristics of the invention deemed to be of particular importance, it should be noted that the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, but on the contrary embraces all variants.

  Thus, in particular that the shape of the fixing means can be adapted to the shape and size of the objects to be packaged and then put away.

Claims (8)
