Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsmikrowellengerät, aufweisend einen mikrowellenbeaufschlagbären Garraum und mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung zum mikrowellendichten Abdichten des Garraums. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Einsatzgerät zum Einsatz in einem mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum, der mit mindestens einer Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung mikrowellenabdichtbar ist, wobei das Einsatzgerät einen fernabfragbaren Transponder aufweist und der Transponder mit mindestens einem Sensor gekoppelt ist und mindestens eine Antenne aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Auslesen von Daten mindestens eines innerhalb eines mikrowellendichten Garraums angeordneten Sensors, wobei der Garraum mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung aufweist.
- Für Backöfen sind Kerntemperaturfühler oder Bratenthermometer bekannt, welche über ein hitzebeständiges Kabel mit einem außerhalb eines Garraums anzuordnenden Sender verbunden sind. Der Sender kann über Funk mit einer tragbaren Anzeigeeinheit (Empfänger) kommunizieren, insbesondere für eine Übertragung der durch das Bratenthermometer abgefühlten Kerntemperatur. Es ist bekannt, dass der Sender und die tragbare Anzeigeeinheit auf eine Funkfrequenz von 433 MHz und einer Funkreichweite von bis zu 30 Meter kommunizieren können. Der Sender und die tragbare Anzeigeeinheit sind jeweils batteriebetrieben.
- Es sind ferner Backöfen mit einer in dem Garraum fest installierten Antenne bekannt, um Funksignale eines mit einem passenden Sender ausgerüsteten Bratenthermometers zu empfangen. Die Antenne ist über ein durch eine Backofenmuffel geführtes Kabel mit einer Auswerte-und/oder Anzeigeeinheit verbunden.
- Für Mikrowellengeräte sind solche Methoden jedoch nicht nutzbar, da durch die Kabel und zugehörigen Kabelöffnungen Mikrowellen aus dem Garräum auskoppeln können und so eine Mikrowellendichtigkeit des Garraums im Betrieb beeinträchtigen würden. Eine Gargerätemuffel und eine die Gargerätemuffel frontseitig verschließbare Gargerätetür sind typischerweise elektrisch leitend und für Strahlung breitbandig nicht durchlässig.

US 4,518,839 offenbart eine Hochfrequenzheizvorrichtung zum Detektieren einer Innen-temperatur eines Objektes, das sich in einer Heizkammer befindet, als auch zum Steuern einer Erwärmung davon, wobei die Temperaturänderung des Objektes als eine Änderung des Widerstandswerts eines Thermistors abgefühlt wird. Die Widerstandsänderung wird in eine Änderung einer Oszillationsfrequenz eines Oszillators umgewandelt und mit Ultraschall als Medium übertragen. Die Stromversorgung für die Senderschaltung wird dadurch bereitgestellt, dass die Hochfrequenz, mit welcher die Heizkammer zum Erhitzen des Objektes erfüllt ist, durch eine Antenne empfangen und durch eine Diode gleichgerichtet wird. Auf der Empfangsseite, werden die Ultraschallwellen wird als ein Temperatursignal des Objektes aufgenommen und durch einen Mikrocomputer verarbeitet, so dass die Temperatur des Objektes zur Heizungssteuerung detektiert wird. - Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine verbesserte Möglichkeit zum Auslesen von Daten aus einem mikrowellendichten Garraum bereitzustellen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß den Merkmalen der unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind insbesondere den abhängigen Ansprüchen entnehmbar.
- Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Haushaltsmikrowellengerät, aufweisend einen mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum, und mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtungin Form einer Lambda/4-Türfalle (λ/4-Falle) zum mikrowellendichten Abdichten des Garraums. Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtungen sind als Mikrowellendichtungen zur Abdichtung eines Spalts zwischen einer Gargerätemuffel und einer die Gargerätemuffel frontseitig verschließbaren Gargerätetür bekannt. Das Haushaltsmikrowellengerät weist ferner ein außerhalb des Garraums angeordnetes Lesegerät zur funkbasierten Kommunikation durch die mindestens eine Lambda/4-Türfalle hindurch in den Garraum hinein auf. Dabei wird ausgenutzt, dass die Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung für die in den Garraum eingebrachte Mikrowellenstrahlung eine hochwirksame Abschirmung darstellt, für Strahlung außerhalb der in den Garraum eingebrachten Mikrowellenstrahlung jedoch eine weit geringere Abschirmung zeigt. So ist es möglich, auf einer Frequenz, die einen ausreichenden Frequenzabstand von der Mikrowellenfrequenz aufweist, durch die Mikro-wellen-Resonanzdichtung hindurch per Funkstrahlung zu kommunizieren. Das Lesegerät ist außerhalb des Garraums so angeordnet, dass aus dem Garraum austretende Funkstrahlung empfangbar ist. Dadurch wird eine drahtlose Abfrage von innerhalb des mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraums befindlichen Sensoren unter Beibehaltung einer Mikrowellendichtigkeit des Mikrowellengeräts ermöglicht. Ferner ist eine Antenne des Lesegeräts außerhalb des Garraums hinter der Lambda/4-Türfalle angeordnet ist. Dies weist den Vorteil auf, dass eine Gargerätemuffel nicht modifiziert zu werden braucht.
- Es ist eine Ausgestaltung, dass das Lesegerät ein Transponder-Lesegerät ist. Das Lesegerät ist somit zur Aussendung eines Auslesesignals in den Garraum eingerichtet und angeordnet, wo das Auslesesignal von einem Transponder empfangen und mit Information verknüpft (z.B: moduliert) wieder ausgesendet wird. Das von dem Transponder ausgesandte Signal wird von dem Transponder-Lesegerät wieder empfangen und ggf. zum Auslesen der Information verarbeitet. Das Transponder-Lesegerät kann dazu insbesondere mit einer kombinierten Sende/Empfangsantenne ausgerüstet sein. Das Transponder-Lesegerät kann insbesondere einen frequenzmodulierten Dauerstrichsender (FMCW) aufweisen.
- Der Transponder kann beispielsweise eine temperaturfeste RFID-Einheit sein, welche mit mindestens einem Sensor gekoppelt ist, z.B. einem Temperatursensor. Der Transponder verknüpft das von dem Transponder-Lesegerät empfangene Auslesesignal mit Messsignalen oder Messdaten des mindestens einen Sensors. Der Transponder kann fest in dem Garraum verbaut sein oder einen Teil eines wahlweise in den Garraum einbringbaren und daraus herausnehmbaren Einsatzgeräts darstellen.
- Alternativ kann das Lesegerät ein reiner Empfänger sein, welcher Funksignale aus dem Garraum empfängt. Der mit dem Lesegerät zusammenarbeitende mindestens eine Sender eines Einsatzgeräts ist dann insbesondere ein autonom oder kabellos arbeitender Sender, z.B. ein batteriebetriebener Sender oder ein "Energy Harvesting"-Sender.
- Es ist noch eine Ausgestaltung, dass mindestens eine Antenne des Lesegeräts außerhalb des Garraums hinter einer Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung in Form eines Fensters, insbesondere Lambda/4-Fensters, angeordnet ist, wobei das Fenster in einer den Garraum begrenzenden, üblicherweise mikrowellendichten Gargerätemuffel eingebracht ist, insbesondere in einer Rückwand der Gargerätemuffel. Dadurch ist die Antenne für einen Benutzer nicht einsehbar. Ferner kann eine Position der mindestens einen Antenne und der Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung einfach an einer gewünschten, insbesondere auf eine Signalübertragung hin optimierten, Position platziert werden, was eine verbesserte Kommunikation und/oder Ausnutzung eines Bauraums ermöglicht.
- Es ist auch eine Ausgestaltung, dass das Lesegerät auf einer Frequenz in einem Bereich von 433 MHz arbeitet (sendet oder sendet und empfängt). Diese Frequenz weist einen ausreichenden Frequenzabstand zu den häufig verwendeten Mikrowellenfrequenzen von 2,4555 GHz und 915 MHz auf und liegt in einem nutzbaren ISM-Band (ISM-A von 433,05 MHz bis 434,79 MHz). Jedoch kann das Lesegerät auch auf einer Frequenz empfangen und ggf. senden, welche oberhalb der verwendeten Mikrowellenfrequenz liegt.
- Es ist ferner eine Ausgestaltung, dass das Haushaltsmikrowellengerät ein Backofen/Mikrowellen-Kombinationsgerät ist.
- Die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch ein Einsatzgerät zum Einsatz in einem mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum, wobei der Garraum mit mindestens einer Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung mikrowellenabdichtbar ist, das Einsatzgerät einen fernabfragbaren Transponder aufweist und der Transponder mit mindestens einem Sensor gekoppelt ist und mindestens eine Antenne aufweist. Der Antenne ist ein Mikrowellen filterndes (und die Funksignale durchlassendes) Filter nachgeschaltet, um eine Beschädigung des Transponders durch die Mikrowellenstrahlung zu verhindern. Das Filter kann insbesondere ein Tiefpassfilter sein, dessen Grenzfrequenz unterhalb der Frequenz der Mikrowellenstrahlung liegt. Wird die Kommunikation des Transponders auf einer Frequenz durchgeführt, welche oberhalb der Mikrowellenfrequenz liegt, kann insbesondere ein Hochpassfilter als das Filter eingesetzt werden. Das Filter kann auch ein für die Funkfrequenz(en) durchlässiges, aber für die Mikrowellen sperrendes Bandpassfilter sein.
- Alternativ kann das Einsatzgerät anstelle des fernabfragbaren Transponders einen energieautonomen Sender aufweisen, welcher z.B. batteriebetrieben ist oder ein Energy Harvesting-Sender ist.
- Es ist eine Ausgestaltung, dass der mindestens eine Sensor einen Temperatursensor, einen Feuchtesensor und/oder einen Drucksensor aufweist. Der Transponder (oder jegliche andere Sensoren) kann dann eine Temperaturinformation, Feuchteinformation bzw. Druckinformation aus dem mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum aussenden.
- Es ist eine spezielle Ausgestaltung, dass der mindestens eine Sensor einen Temperatur-sensor aufweist und das Einsatzgerät ein Kerntemperaturfühler ist. Andere Einsatzgeräte können beispielsweise Dampfgareinsätze (mit einem Feuchtesensor und ggf. einem Temperatursensor) und/oder Druckgareinsätze (mit einem Drucksensor und ggf. einem Temperatursensor) umfassen.
- Die Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch ein Verfahren zum Auslesen von Daten mindestens eines innerhalb eines mikrowellendichten Garraums angeordneten Sensors, wobei der Garraum mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung in Form einer Lambda/4-Türfalle aufweist. Die Daten werden mittels Funksignalen übertragen, welche durch die mindestens eine in Form einer Lambda/4-Türfalle hindurchlaufen.
- Das Verfahren kann insbesondere ein Fernauslesen eines in dem Garraum befindlichen Funksender, insbesondere Transponders, umfassen.
- Das Verfahren kann allgemein analog zu den oben beschriebenen Vorrichtungen ausgebildet werden.
- In den folgenden Figuren wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen schematisch genauer beschrieben. Dabei können zur Übersichtlichkeit gleiche oder gleichwirkende Elemente mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sein.

Fig.1 zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht ein Haushaltsmikrowellengerät 1 in Form eines kombinierten Back-/Mikrowellen-Ofens, welcher einen mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum 2 aufweist. Der Garraum 2 wird durch eine elektrisch leitfähige Gargerätemuffel 3 aus Edelstahl und eine die Gargerätemuffel 3 frontseitig verschließende, mikrowellendichte Gargerätetür 4 begrenzt. Das Haushaltsmikrowellengerät 1 weist zur Behandlung von in dem Garraum 2 befindlichen Speisen S eine außerhalb des Garraums 2 angeordnete Oberhitze 5 und Unterhitze 6 auf. Zur Erzeugung von Mikrowellen der Frequenz 2,455 GHz ist im Bereich einer Decke der Gargerätemuffel 3 ein Magnetron 7 vorhanden. Der im geschlossenen Zustand der Gargerätetür 4 zur der Gargerätemuffel 3 auftretende Spalt 8 wird mittels einer Resonanztürdichtung in Form einer Lambda/4-Falle 9 mikrowellendicht abgedichtet. - Das Haushaltsmikrowellengerät 1 weist ferner ein außerhalb des Garraums 2 angeordnetes Lesegerät 10 in Form eines Transponder-Lesegeräts zur funkbasierten Kommunikation durch die Lambda/4-Falle 9 hindurch in den Garraum 2 hinein auf. Eine Antenne 11 des Lesegeräts 10 ist dazu außerhalb des Garraums 2 unmittelbar hinter der Lambda/4-Falle 9 angeordnet. Das Lesegerät 10 sendet über die Antenne 11 in regelmäßigen Abständen oder kontinuierlich Funksignale aus, insbesondere auf oder im Bereich von 433 MHz. Die Verwendung des Bereichs von 433 MHz ermöglicht die Durchdringung der Lambda/4-Falle 9, da die Lambda/4-Falle 9 auf eine Abschirmung der Mikrowellenstrahlung im Bereich von 2,455 GHz hin optimiert ist, aber Funksignale bei ca. 433 MHz, ggf. gedämpft, hindurchlässt.
- Die Funksignale können insbesondere frequenzmoduliert sein. Die Antenne 11 ist auch zum Empfang von Funksignalen aus dem Garraum 2 auf der gleichen Frequenz oder Frequenzbereich vorgesehen.
- In dem Garraum 2 ist eine Speise S untergebracht, welche mittels Mikrowellen behandelt werden kann. In der Speise S, z.B. Geflügel oder Braten, steckt ein Einsatzgerät in Form eines Kerntemperaturfühlers 12. Der Kerntemperaturfühler 12 weist einen Temperatur-sensor oder -fühler 13 an einem in die Speise S eingesteckten Dorn 14 auf. Der Kemtemperaturfühler 12 weist ferner einen fernabfragbaren Transponder 15 auf, welcher mit dem Temperatursensor 13 gekoppelt ist. Der Transponder 15 kann von dem Lesegerät 10 ausgesandte Funksignale empfangen, mit von dem Temperatursensor 13 erzeugter Information (z.B. einer abgefühlten Temperatur oder einen damit zusammenhängenden Wert) verknüpfen, z.B. modulieren, und dann wieder abstrahlen. Das von dem Transponder 15 abgestrahlte, die Temperaturinformation(en) enthaltende, Funksignal läuft durch die Lambda/4-Falle 9 hindurch zu der Antenne 11 des Lesegeräts 10 zurück. In dem Lesegerät 10 kann die Temperaturinformation(en) aus dem zurückgesandten Funksignal extrahiert werden und an eine zentrale Steuereinheit 16 des Haushaltsmikrowellengeräts 1 weitergeleitet werden, beispielsweise für eine Steuerung einer Heizleistung und/oder Heizdauer, wie durch die strichgepunkteten Pfeile angedeutet..
- Damit der Transponder 15 während eines Mikrowellenbetriebs nicht gestört oder zerstört wird, ist einer Antenne 17 des Transponders 15 ein Mikrowellen filterndes Filter 18, insbesondere Tiefpassfilter, nachgeschaltet, welches die Mikrowellen blockiert.

Fig.2 zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht ein Haushaltsmikrowellengerät 19 gemäß einer zweiten Ausführungsform. Bei dem Haushaltsmikrowellengerät 19 ist die Antenne 11 des Lesegeräts 10 außerhalb des Garraums 2 hinter einer Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung in Form eines mikrowellendichten, aber für die Funkssignale durchlässigen Fensters 20 angeordnet. Das Fenster 20 ist hier in einer Rückwand 21 der ansonsten bis aus einen Bereich an dem Magnetron 7 strahlungsundurchlässigen Gargerätemuffel 3 eingebracht. - Diese Ausführungsform weist den Vorteil auf, dass das Fenster 20 an einer zur Kommunikation in den Garraum 2 hin optimierten Position angebracht werden kann, z.B. bezüglich einer Höhe und/oder zentralen Position, z.B auch in einer Seitenwand der Gargerätemuffel usw. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass für die Antenne 11 ein ausreichender Bauraum zur Verfügung steht und ggf. in unmittelbarer Nähe des restlichen Lesegeräts 10 angebracht sein kann. Auch ist die Antenne 11 nicht sichtbar.
- Selbstverständlich ist die vorliegende Erfindung nicht auf die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. So können Merkmale der verschiedenen Ausführungsbeispiele kombiniert werden.
- Beispielsweise kann das Lesegerät 10 mit mehreren Antennen gekoppelt sein.

Claims (6)
- Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (1; 19), aufweisend einen mikrowellenbeaufschlagbaren Garraum (2) und ein außerhalb des Garraums (2) angeordnetes Lesegerät (10) zur Kommunikation in den Garraum (2), wobei das Lesegerät (10) zur funkbasierten Kommunikation in den Garraum (2) eingerichtet ist, und aufweisend mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung (9; 20) in Form einer Lambda/4-Türfalle (9) zum mikrowellendichten Abdichten des Garraums (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Lesegerät (10) zur funkbasierten Kommunikation durch die mindestens eine Lambda/4-Türfalle (9) hindurch eingerichtet ist und dazu eine Antenne (11) des Lesegeräts (10) außerhalb des Garraums (2) hinter der Lambda/4-Türfalle (9) angeordnet ist. - Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (1; 19) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lesegerät (10) ein Transponder-Lesegerät ist.
- Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (19) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antenne (11) des Lesegeräts (10) außerhalb des Garraums (2) hinter einer Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung in Form eines Fensters (20) angeordnet ist, wobei das Fenster (20) in einer den Garraum (2) begrenzenden Gargerätemuffel (3) eingebracht ist, insbesondere in einer Rückwand (21) der Gargerätemuffel (3).
- Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (1; 19) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lesegerät (10) auf einer Frequenz in einem Bereich von 433 MHz arbeitet.
- Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (1; 19) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haushaltsmikrowellengerät (1; 19) ein Backofen/Mikrowellen-Kombinationsgerät ist.
- Verfahren zum Auslesen von Daten mindestens eines innerhalb eines mikrowellendichten Garraums (2) angeordneten Sensors, wobei der Garraum (2) mindestens eine Mikrowellen-Resonanzdichtung (9) in Form einer Lambda/4-Türfalle (9) aufweist und die Daten mittels Funksignalen übertragen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funksignale durch die mindestens eine Lambda/4-Türfalle (9) hindurchlaufen.
