Description

  • La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements aux bandeaux pour permettre l'utilisation de serrures électriques dénommées « ventouses électromagnétiques ».
  • Une ventouse comporte deux parties, la ventouse proprement dite constituée par un électroaimant, de forme prismatique, et une contreplaque métallique réalisée en fer doux.
  • Le bandeau, fixé sur la partie mobile de l'ouverture à obturer, la porte, sert de support à la contreplaque, dissimule la ventouse et comporte des moyens de préhension, une poignée, pour manoeuvrer ladite porte.
  • Le bandeau se présente sous la forme d'un profilé tubulaire dont la face recevant la contreplaque comporte deux ailes formant, avec ladite face, une rainure en U dans laquelle se loge la ventouse.
  • L'une des ailes précitées présente à son extrémité libre une aile auxiliaire s'étendant parallèlement à la face comportant la contreplaque. Cette aile auxiliaire est utilisée pour fixer le bandeau contre la porte.
  • La face du profilé tubulaire, opposée à celle recevant la contreplaque, s'étend au-delà du profilé et du même côté que l'aile auxiliaire précitée selon une seconde aile auxiliaire formant la poignée.
  • Lorsque le bandeau est posé, les vis de fixation sont dissimulées sous un « cache vis » se présentant sous la forme d'une baguette clipsée sur le bandeau.
  • A cet effet, l'extrémité de l'aile auxiliaire présente une rainure semi-circulaire, à ouverture rétreinte, dans laquelle on engage, par coulissement, l'un des bords longitudinaux du cache vis qui présente un bourrelet à section circulaire.
  • L'autre bord longitudinal du cache vis présente une rainure dont la section est judicieusement déterminée pour coopérer, par clipsage, avec un bourrelet de la face externe du profilé tubulaire formant le bandeau.
  • Le bandeau s'étend, en général, sur toute la hauteur de la porte, et de ce fait, la poignée s'étend sur la même hauteur. Cette disposition permet à plusieurs personnes de saisir la poignée et d'exercer sur la porte une force bien supérieure à celle développée par la ventouse.
  • Certains utilisateurs souhaitent disposer la ventouse à la partie supérieure de la porte. Dans ces conditions, le bandeau précité est disposé horizontalement, l'aile auxiliaire formant poignée est alors parfaitement inutile et sa présence nuit à l'effet esthétique.
  • Le bandeau de l'invention qui remédie à ces inconvénients est remarquable en ce que le bord libre de l'aile formant la poignée présente un bourrelet, analogue à celui connu, permettant le clipsage du cache vis.
  • Cette disposition permet, notamment, d'annihiler la présence de la poignée lorsque le bandeau est disposé horizontalement et le même bandeau peut donc être utilisé tant en position verticale qu'en position horizontale.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, les distances séparant les deux bourrelets et la rainure semi-circulaire rétreinte sont égales et les profils des deux bourrelets sont identiques.
  • Cette disposition permet d'utiliser le même cache vis pour deux utilisations différentes du bandeau.
  • D'autres caractéristiques ressortiront mieux de la description qui va suivre faite en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'exemple indicatif seulement sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale d'un bandeau conforme à l'invention ;
    • les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues analogues à la figure 1 montrant les deux positions possibles du cache vis ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue en coupe transversale du bandeau de l'invention montrant la possibilité d'utiliser une poignée à préhension réduite ;
    • la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de la poignée de la figure 5 ;
    • la figure 6 est une vue en perspective montrant un bandeau équipé avec une poignée à préhension réduite.
  • En se reportant aux dessins, on voit que, de la façon connue, le bandeau 1 est constitué par un profilé tubulaire 2 présentant des ailes 3 et 4 formant avec la face 5 du profilé une rainure dissimulant la ventouse (non représentée) lorsque la porte est fermée, cette disposition est décrite dans le brevet européen N° 1563151 .
  • L'extrémité libre de l'aile 4 présente une aile auxiliaire 6, s'étendant parallèlement à I face 5 et permettant de fixer le bandeau par des vis (non représentées).
  • De la façon connue, l'extrémité libre de l'aile 6 présente une rainure semi circulaire à ouverture rétreinte 7 dans laquelle on engage, par un coulissement longitudinal, un bourrelet à section circulaire 8 du cache vis usuel 9. Durant son coulissement , le cache vis est disposé comme montré en traits mixtes sur la figure 2.
  • Le bord du cache vis 9 opposé au bourrelet 8 présente une rainure 10 dont la section est judicieusement déterminée pour coopérer, par clipsage, avec un bourrelet 11 s'étendant extérieurement au profilé 2 et disposé, par exemple, sensiblement au niveau de la face 5.
  • La face 12 du profilé 2 située à l'opposé de la face 5 se prolonge en une seconde aile auxiliaire 13, s'étendant au-dessus de celle 6 et formant une poignée longitudinale.
  • Selon l'invention, l'extrémité libre de la poignée 13 comporte un bourrelet 14 analogue, sinon identique, à celui 11.
  • Cette disposition offre l'avantage d'annihiler la présence de la poignée 13 lorsque le bandeau est disposé en position horizontale (fig.3), mais aussi, sous certaines conditions en position verticale comme cela sera décrit plus loin.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention les distances D1 et D2 séparant, d'une part, le bourrelet 11 et la rainure 7 et, d'autre part, le bourrelet supérieur 14 et la rainure précitée 7 sont égales.
  • Cette disposition permet d'utiliser le même cache vis que le bandeau soit monté verticalement ou horizontalement.
  • On va maintenant décrire un moyen permettant d'empêcher la manoeuvre de la porte par plusieurs personnes. Pour atteindre ce résultat on utilise une poignée auxiliaire à préhension réduite 15.
  • La poignée 15 est constituée par un profilé sensiblement en forme d'U dont les extrémités sont obturées par des flancs 16. Cette poignée auxiliaire 15 est mise en place, de préférence, par un coulissement longitudinal, et est maintenue entre les ailes 6 et 13.
  • La branche supérieure 15a présente une rainure 17 dont la section reproduit le profil du bourrelet 14, tandis que celle inférieure 15b présente un bourrelet circulaire 18 identique à celui 8 du cache vis.
  • Comme montré sur la figure 6, la poignée 15 est immobilisée longitudinalement par deux portions 9a et 9b de cache vis.
  • Les deux tronçons 9a et 9b, en prise avec le bourrelet 14, empêchent les visiteurs d'accéder à la poignée 13 pour tenter une ouverture intempestive de la porte.
  • Il est à noter, que les moyens décrits ci-dessus n'empêchent pas l'utilisation du bandeau de la façon connue (fig.2).

Claims (5)

  1. Bandeau pour ventouses électromagnétiques comportant un profilé tubulaire (2) présentant deux ailes (3-4) dont l'une est pourvue d'une aile auxiliaire (6) de fixation s'étendant parallèlement à la face inférieure (5) du profilé dont la face opposée (12) présente une seconde aile auxiliaire (13), formant poignée et s'étendant au-dessus de l'aile de fixation (6) qui présente une rainure semi circulaire (7) à ouverture rétreinte dans laquelle on peut engager, par coulissement, le bord d'un cache vis (9) dont l'autre bord comporte une rainure dont le profil permet la coopération par clipsage avec un bourrelet (11) du bandeau, caractérisé en ce que le bord libre de la poignée (13) présente un bourrelet (14) analogue à celui précité (11).
  2. Bandeau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bourrelets de clipsage (11 et 14) sont identiques.
  3. Bandeau selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les distances (D1 et D2) séparant, d'une part, le premier bourrelet et la rainure semi circulaire, et, d'autre part, le second bourrelet et ladite rainure sont égales.
  4. Bandeau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que afin de restreindre la longueur de la zone de préhension du bandeau on utilise une poignée auxiliaire constituée par un profilé sensiblement en forme d'U dont les extrémités sont obturées par des flancs (16), ladite poignée pouvant être engagée, par un coulissement longitudinal, entre la première aile auxiliaire et la seconde aile auxiliaire et y être maintenue.
  5. Bandeau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la poignée auxiliaire présente une rainure (17) dont le profil épouse celui du bourrelet supérieur (14) et un bourrelet circulaire (18) identique à celui (8) du cache vis (9).
