Claims (14)

  1. Un panier à couverts (1) utilisé dans les lave-vaisselles, comprenant un corps (2) présentant des parois latérales (4) et en outre une base (3), où dans ledit corps (2) des objets (E) tels que des fourchettes, des cuillères, etc. sont placés sur la base (3), où la base (3) peut être déplacée par rapport aux parois latérales (4) et les parois latérales (4) peuvent être déplacées par rapport à la base (3), la base (3) mobile ou les parois latérales (4) mobiles se déplaçant vers le haut ou vers le bas par rapport à l'orientation normale du panier à couverts (1) dans un lave-vaisselle,
    ledit corps (2) présentant en outré un séparateur (5) qui divise l'intérieur du corps (2) en compartiments de manière à former une structure à compartiments,
    caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'au moins un séparateur (5) dans la direction du mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas s'allonge et s'accourcit en conséquence du mouvement de la base (3) par rapport aux parois latérales (4) et des parois latérales (4) par rapport à la base (3) de telle sorte que la structure à compartiments de l'intérieur du corps (2) est maintenue en empêchant la formation de toute extension ou protubérance vers l'extérieur du corps (2) pendant le mouvement de la base (3) par rapport aux parois latérales (4) ou des parois latérales (4) par rapport à la base (3).
  2. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) qui est en forme d'un soufflet, où le séparateur (5) est produit d'un matériau élastique comme une seule pièce de telle sorte que la longueur des séparateurs (5) s'allonge et s'accourcit aussi pendant le mouvement de la base (3) ou des parois latérales (4) par rapport l'un à l'autre.
  3. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) qui se compose de deux pièces (A, B).
  4. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 3, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) dont les deux pièces (A, B) sont en forme de plaque, qui s'appuient l'une sur l'autre face à face et font un mouvement par glissement par rapport l'une à l'autre.
  5. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 3, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) dont une pièce (A) est en forme de plaque et l'autre pièce (B) est en forme d'enveloppe, où sa pièce (A) en forme de plaque est placée dans le corps (2) de manière à être insérée dans sa pièce (B) en forme d'enveloppe et les deux pièces (A, B) peuvent faire un mouvement télescopique par rapport l'une à l'autre.
  6. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 3 ou 5, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) dont une pièce (B) est en forme d'un U inversé.
  7. Un panier à couverts (1) selon les revendications de 3 à 6, caractérisé par la base (3) qui peut être déplacée vers le haut et vers le bas dans le corps (2) et le séparateur (5) dont une pièce (A) est reliée à la base (3) et l'autre pièce (B) est reliée aux parois latérales (4) et la pièce (A) reliée à la base (3) se déplace avec la base (3) pendant le mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas de la base (3).
  8. Un panier à couverts (1) selon les revendications de 3 à 6, caractérisé par plus d'un garde-corps (6) qui entoure la base (3) et qui s'étend parallèlement aux parois latérales (4) de manière à entoure au moins partiellement les parois latérales (4) à partir de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur, les parois latérales (4) qui se déplacent vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport aux garde-corps (6) et le séparateur (5) dont une pièce (B) est reliée aux parois latérales (4) et qui se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas avec les parois latérales (4) pendant le mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas des parois latérales (4) par rapport aux garde-corps.
  9. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 8, caractérisé par un mécanisme de verrouillage (7) qui sert à maintenir les parois latérales (4) et les garde-corps (6) ensemble.
  10. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 9, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) comprenant le mécanisme de verrouillage (7) qui présente au moins une butée (8) située sur l'une de ses pièces (A) et une ouverture (9) qui est arrangée sur l'autre pièce (B), dans laquelle la butée (8) est placée.
  11. Un panier à couverts (1) selon la Revendication 10, caractérisé par l'ouverture (9) dans laquelle la butée (8) se déplace pendant le mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas des parois latérales (4) et dont la hauteur est égale à la distance de mouvement vertical des parois latérales (4).
  12. Un panier à couverts (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le séparateur (5) qui est perforée.
  13. Un panier à couverts (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un couvercle (10) qui est placé sur le corps (2), qui est perforé ou en forme de grille et qui permet aux objets (E) placés dans le corps (2) d'être maintenus presque dans la position verticale en étant passé à travers les trous.
  14. Un lave-vaisselle, caractérisé par un panier à couverts (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
