Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines einen Niederdruck- (1) und einen Hochdruckbereich (2) aufweisenden Kraftstoffeinspritzsystems einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe (3) eine Niederdruckmenge aus dem Niederdruckbereich (1) zugeführt wird, welche diese Niederdruckmenge auf Hochdruck verdichtet und in einen Druckspeicher (11) des Hochdruckbereichs (2) fördert, und wobei die Niederdruckmenge der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe (3) entsprechend eines in einem Betriebspunkt der Brennkraftmaschine zu erreichenden Einspritzdrucks zudosiert wird, wobei ferner die Niederdruckmenge durch eine Regelung einer Fördermenge einer Förderpumpe (5) und einer Drosselmenge einer Zumesseinheit (8; 19) eingestellt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren die Ausgestaltung eines derartigen Kraftstoffeinspritzsystems. The invention relates to a method for controlling a low-pressure (1) and a high-pressure area (2) comprising a fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine, wherein a high pressure fuel pump (3) is supplied from the low pressure region (1), which compresses this low pressure to high pressure and in a pressure accumulator (11) of the high-pressure region (2) promotes, and wherein the low-pressure amount of the high-pressure fuel pump (3) is metered according to an injection point to be reached at an operating point of the internal combustion engine, further wherein the low pressure amount by controlling a delivery rate of a feed pump (5) and a Throttling amount of a metering unit (8; 19) is set. The invention further relates to the configuration of such a fuel injection system.
