Description

The invention relates to an interior light, comprising a lamp body with at least one light source, which is arranged in a provided with a light exit opening lamp interior.

In the interior design, the room acoustics is increasingly taken into account in order to achieve acoustic properties of a room according to its intended use. It should be noted that a radio or television studio does not have the same acoustic requirements as an auditorium, a church or a theater basement and a meeting room does not need the same room acoustics as an open plan office or a living room.

A room with good room acoustics ensures a better well-being and reduces the stress factor noise. Therefore, it is very important in rooms where you spend a long time, such as in office rooms, that the room acoustics are pleasant.

A fixed room, such as a large office, is therefore always a compromise between acoustics and different properties. However, this compromise can be optimized by flexible, movable elements such as heavy curtains, partitions, acoustic body, etc., to suit the respective requirements. Room acoustics problems, such as reverberant rooms due to a long reverberation time, can be subsequently corrected relatively easily. Offices are not qualified over a reverberation time to be achieved. In such spaces, which include corridors, ticket halls, call centers or libraries, the amount and arrangement of sound-absorbing surfaces is of utmost importance to the listening experience and the acoustic environment.

The aim of soundproofing is to acoustically separate individual rooms or areas within a room. Airborne sound is moved by the vibration of the air in the room and is caused by various noise sources such as voices, music or machine noise. In order to prevent the propagation of airborne sound, room acoustics and sound insulation measures can be used. Room acoustics absorb some of the sound and convert it into heat. This shortens the reverberation time. Soundproofing measures reflect sound and keep it in or out of the room.

In addition to the acoustic optimization of a room such as an open-plan office, an individually adapted illumination of individual workstations is essential to ensure a corresponding working comfort. From the prior art, different designs are known to combine lighting with room acoustics or sound-absorbing materials.

The document DE 20 2007 007 229 U1 shows, for example, a lighting arrangement for illuminating a workstation, which comprises means for active sound absorption. For this purpose, a phase-shifted to the ambient noise counter-signal is selectively emitted. This requires a microphone that is integrated into the luminaire and detects environmental noise. The signals detected by the microphone are transmitted to a control unit, which performs a corresponding control of speakers, which are also integrated in the lamp. The sound counter signal emitted via the loudspeaker then ensures at least partial cancellation of the ambient noise.

A disadvantage of this design is that due to the numerous electronic components such as microphone, control unit and speakers, the lighting arrangement in the purchase is very expensive. A sound-insulating effect of the lighting arrangement in the currentless operation is not achieved, which represents a further disadvantage of such a lamp.

The publication DE 198 57 736 C2 relates to a shield arrangement for a table arrangement with at least one horizontal or vertical shielding for light or sound attached to a support structure, the support structure comprising at least two columns fixed to the two narrow sides of the table frame. In one embodiment, lights are provided within the shield mounted horizontally and transversely above the table top. The outer layer of this roof-like shield can be designed as a cloth, foil or plate-shaped material. For sound insulation multilayer cassette-like shielding plates with continuous outer covers and an inner cassette core, which serves for sound insulation proposed.

A disadvantage of this design is that the shielding is fastened exclusively to a table and therefore not set up flexibly anywhere in the room can be. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that luminaires which are provided inside the shielding device are not individually adjustable in their height distance or their position relative to the working surface.

Out DE 10 2008 026 504 A1 For example, areally extending sound absorber panels are known for interior spaces that are attachable in a substantially vertical orientation to a ceiling or wall of a room. On the narrow sides of the panels lighting devices are arranged with a variety of LED lights that radiate into the room.

A disadvantage of this design is that the sound absorber plates are fixed in place and can not be moved as a flexible, movable elements for acoustic insulation of a work or meeting area within a room. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the LED lights do not allow adequate workplace lighting due to the usually large distance between their mounting position on the suspended from the ceiling sound absorber plates and a work surface below a table.

Out US 3,253,675 A is a translucent and sound-absorbing ceiling plate known, which is used instead of known ceiling panels, for example, in a suspended ceiling of a building ceiling ceiling. Between this ceiling plate and the building ceiling a luminous body is provided.

A disadvantage of this design is that this construction can not be positioned flexibly in an interior and can be adapted to the individual requirements of a workstation or a communication area.

The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages known from the prior art and to provide a luminaire which can be flexibly positioned in space and adapted to the individual requirements of a workstation or communication area and which also has a sound-absorbing effect when de-energized Has.

These objects are achieved by further development of a luminaire according to the preamble of claim 1 having the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. The subclaims relate to further particularly advantageous embodiments of the luminaire according to the invention.

Advantageously, an interior light according to the invention, comprising a lamp body with at least one light source, which is arranged in a provided with a light exit opening lamp interior, provided with a sound-absorbing molded body.

In such an interior light all conceivable bulbs can be used. As a lighting means, for example, one or more fluorescent tubes or multiple LEDs in the interior of the lamp can be arranged. The interior light is particularly advantageous provided with a sound-absorbing molding. This sound-absorbing molded body forms for example a portion of the lamp body and serves for sound absorption, especially in open-plan offices. Meeting zones or workstations are particularly effectively reduced by one or more interior lights according to the invention, which are flexibly placed directly next to it.

The interior lights according to the invention are not subject to any restrictions on their shape and design. It is conceivable, for example, to carry out such interior lighting equally as floor lamps, suspended lamps or wall lamps.

Suitably, in an interior light according to the invention, the sound-absorbing molding is arranged so that it at least partially surrounds the interior of the lamp.

In a preferred embodiment, in the case of an interior light, the sound-absorbing shaped body has a disk-shaped surface.

Advantageously, in this embodiment, the molded body forms a particularly large sound-absorbing luminaire surface. A thus designed interior light, which is designed for example as a floor lamp or as a wall light, has a particularly effective sound absorption.

According to the invention, at least one section of the molded body is provided with recesses open on one side in the interior light.

By unilaterally open recesses, which are provided for example on one side or at a portion of the shaped body, the actual sound-absorbing surface beyond the geometric surface of the shaped body is further increased. The sound-absorbing effect of the shaped body and the sound absorption coefficient of the interior light are thereby advantageously improved. Depending on the design, the recesses are by no means limited to a portion of the molded body. The molded body can also be provided with depressions on all its outer surfaces. For example, recesses can be provided both on the upper side and on the lower side of the molded body.

In an expedient embodiment of the invention, in the case of an interior light, the depressions are arranged substantially perpendicular to the surface of the shaped body. Sound, which is incident approximately perpendicular to the surface of the molding, passes directly into the recesses of the molding and is thus absorbed particularly effective within this. Furthermore, this embodiment of depressions arranged approximately perpendicularly to the surface of the molded body is particularly simple and cost-effective in its manufacture, which represents a further advantage of the invention.

Advantageously, in a room lamp according to the invention, the recesses are designed as cylindrical or polygonal recesses with a depth of 5 mm to 100 mm and a diameter of 5 mm to 100 mm.

Depending on the requirements of the room acoustics, material selection and the geometric dimensions of the molding differently shaped depressions can be performed. By way of example, depressions with a circular, square or rectangular as well as polygonal cross-section are conceivable. Advantageously, the transitions between the side surfaces and the end faces of the recesses are each rounded or bevelled. Likewise, the transitions from the outer surface of the shaped body into the depressions can each be rounded off or beveled. Depths of a few mm to about 100 mm and diameters of 5 mm to 100 mm have proved to be suitable as dimensions of the recesses open on one side. The selection of the corresponding dimple dimensions is influenced both by the sound frequencies to be absorbed and by the aesthetic design of the molded body or of the luminaire body.

In one embodiment of the invention, an interior light on a multi-part molded body.

In this embodiment, the design of an interior light according to the invention have no limits. It is thus conceivable to arrange a plurality of parts of identical or differently shaped moldings on one and the same interior light. The individual shaped bodies can be attached to each other adjacent to or spaced apart from the interior light. Thus, large-scale installations of an interior light, which has, for example, a plurality of lamp interiors, of the invention.

Particularly expediently, in the case of an interior light according to the invention, the shaped body is produced from a material containing polystyrene foam.

Such materials containing polystyrene foam are particularly inexpensive and easy to work and bring in the particular desired shape. It is also possible to use other materials suitable as sound-absorbing material for producing the at least one sound-absorbing molding.

Within the scope of the invention, it is also possible to use an interior light in which the surface of the shaped body is covered with at least one sound-absorbing covering layer.

Such a sound-absorbing covering layer offers the advantage that the surface of the shaped body, in particular the surface provided with depressions, is covered with the covering layer. Thus, a sound-absorbing covering layer, in addition to a sound-absorbing effect at least for high frequencies, also serves to improve the look and feel of such luminaires. The inner molded body, which can be made of an easy-to-work, cost-effective material such as polystyrene foam (Styrofoam ®) is thus invisible to the viewer through the outer covering layer. It is also conceivable to provide a luminaire according to the invention with a plurality of layers of covering layers. It is also possible to choose different materials for the individual clothing layers.

In a further expedient embodiment of the interior light, the at least one covering layer is made of a textile.

The invention encompasses all variants of textiles for the design of one or more clothing layers. Both woven, knitted or knitted fabrics, nonwovens or felts can be used as textile covering layers. Furthermore, there are no limits to the choice of textile fiber materials. For example, textiles which are made, for example, from natural fibers, synthetic fibers or fiber mixtures can each serve as sound-absorbing covering layers for absorbing high frequencies.

Advantageously, in the case of an interior light according to the invention, the at least one light exit opening is provided with a light-permeable cover made of plastic.

In this particularly elegant design, the light exit opening is provided with a translucent cover. Thus, the at least one luminous means, which is arranged in the interior of the luminaire, is not directly seen from the outside by a viewer. Depending on its design, the luminaire body appears particularly shapely with a continuous surface.

In a further development of the invention, the light-permeable cover is covered on its outside with at least one covering layer in an interior light.

In this case, in which at least one covering layer also covers the light exit opening, a particularly homogeneous light emission is achieved, and the surface of the luminaire body passing through a covering layer is particularly uniform. In the portion of the clothing layer which covers the light exit opening, a more transparent material is advantageously used as the clothing layer.

In the case of an interior light, the luminaire body is preferably covered on all sides with at least one sound-absorbing covering layer.

In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist eine Innenraumleuchte ausgewählt aus der Gruppe: Stehleuchte, Hängeleuchte, Pendelleuchte, Wandleuchte, Deckenleuchte. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, an interior light is selected from the group: floor lamp, suspension lamp, pendant lamp, wall lamp, ceiling lamp.

Depending on the room situation, interior lights according to the invention can be used particularly flexibly in a wide variety of designs. Thus, it is conceivable, for example, to attach an interior light as a wall lamp on a wall pivotally or tiltably. Likewise, such a wall lamp mounted on rollers along a wall can be made to be rollably movable. Thus, it is possible to flexibly adapt an interior light even in an exemplary embodiment as a wall light within a room to changing acoustic requirements.

Fig. 1 shows an interior light 1 according to the invention, which is designed as a floor lamp. A flat, approximately disc-shaped lamp body 2 comprises a central centrally arranged lamp interior 3, which is provided on its underside with a light exit opening 4. The light exit opening 4 is provided for this purpose with a translucent cover 4.1 made of plastic. In the luminaire interior 3, a plurality of lighting means 5, for example, fluorescent tubes 5, fixed.

Likewise, it is conceivable to equip an interior light 1 according to the invention with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as lighting means. This variant is not explicitly shown here.

The luminaire interior 3 is surrounded by a laterally adjacent sound-absorbing molded body 6. The molded body 6 is constructed in several parts. Each individual part of the shaped body 6 has in each case on its underside numerous recesses 7, which serve to increase the surface of the shaped body 6 and thus to a particularly efficient sound absorption. The molded body 6 provided with recesses 7 is made of polystyrene foam and covered on all sides with a textile covering layer 8. Thus, the lamp 1 appears particularly high quality and the molded body 6, in particular the recesses 7 of the shaped body 6, are invisible to the viewer under the covering layer 8. The textile covering layer 8 has, in addition to the optical benefit of imparting a particularly high-quality surface to the underlying molded body 6, furthermore also a sound-absorbing effect.

In the Fig. 1 shown interior light 1 is designed as a floor lamp comprising a lamp stand 9 and a lamp base 10.

The two Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 each show in detail in oblique views from above different embodiments of a sound-absorbing molded body. 6

Die Vertiefungen 7 stehen im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Oberfläche 6.1 des Formkörpers 6.In Fig. 2 For example, the shaped body 6 has approximately cylindrical depressions 7 with a depth 7.1 and a diameter 7.2. Instead of an edge between the side walls and the end faces of the recesses 7 a rounded transition region 7.3 is provided here. The depressions 7 are substantially perpendicular to the surface 6.1 of the shaped body 6.

In Fig. 3 the recesses 7 are executed in the sound-absorbing molded body 6 with a polygonal cross-section. The unilaterally open recesses 7 have a depth 7.1 and a diameter 7.2 and are as in Fig. 2 also substantially perpendicular to the surface 6.1 of the shaped body 6.

Fig. 4 shows the in Fig. 1 illustrated interior light 1 in its total height 1.1 in a sectional view from the front. In this view, the disc-shaped surface structure of the lamp body 2 with a diameter 2.1 and a thickness 2.2 is clearly visible. The moldings 6 are provided on the underside of the lamp body 2 each with numerous recesses 7, which offer a particularly sound-absorbing effect for the area below the interior light 1. The lamp 1 shown here, in addition to its function as a floor lamp further fulfills a room acoustics improving function. The interior light 1 thus serves for sound absorption comparable to a sound-absorbing wall or ceiling element.

Fig. 5 shows the interior light 1 in a sectional view seen from below according to the in Fig. 4 Plotted sectional plane II.

In this sub-view, the covered with a cover 4.1 light exit opening 4 and the lamp body 2 with its diameter 2.1 are clearly visible. The lamps 5 are formed by circular fluorescent tubes. Recesses 7, which are arranged on the underside of the molded body 6, are covered by the textile fabric 8 shown here partially cut free.

Fig. 6 shows a top view of a lamp base 10 in Fig. 1 illustrated interior lamp 1. In this embodiment, the lamp base 10 has a recess 10.1 with a recess width 10.2 and a recess length of 10.3. Fig. 7 shows the in Fig. 6 illustrated lamp base 10 in an oblique view from the side.

As in Fig. 8 is shown by the recess 10.1 in the lamp base 10, the flexibility for installing the interior light 1 at any position of a room further increased. Thus, the lamp base 10 with the recess 10.1 can be very easily adjusted so that, for example, a foot of a room divider 11, not shown here working table or a meeting furniture 12 within the recess 10.1 place and the interior light 1 such as close to or above a Meeting furniture 12 or a table surface can be positioned.

Further embodiments according to the invention of an interior light, which is designed, for example, as a wall light or suspension lamp, as well as embodiments in which the light exit opening is covered with a thinner, at least partially translucent textile, are not shown in the figures.
