Claims (6)

  1. Montagevorrichtung in der Hydraulikkammer (2) einer Zapfanlage (1) für flüssigen Kraftstoff für eine Pumpgruppe (7) zum Transfer des Kraftstoffes von einem Vorratstank (4) zu einer Zapfpistole (17) sowie für den Antriebsmotor (9) dieser Pumpgruppe (7), wobei dieser Motor an das Stromnetz angeschlossen und mit einer ersten Scheibe (10) versehen ist, die eine zweite an die Pumpgruppe (7) fest montierte Scheibe (8) mittels eines Antriebsriemens (11) antreibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sie folgende Teile aufweist:
    - einen an der Zapfanlage (1) innerhalb der Hydraulikkammer (2) befestigten Rahmen (12) mit einer oberen Fläche, einer unteren Fläche und zwei Seitenflächen, und an dessen oberen Fläche die Pumpgruppe (7) befestigt ist,
    - eine an eine erste Seitenfläche oder an die Frontfläche des Rahmens (12) befestigte Halteplatte (18), die an ihrer unteren Fläche bei einer ersten ihrer Seitenflächen durch eine Gelenklasche (33) absteht, die mit einer ersten Durchgangsöffnung mit Lagerfunktion (21) versehen ist, wobei diese Gelenklasche (33) mit einem entsprechenden an der zweiten Seitenfläche oder an der rückseitigen Fläche des Rahmens (12) befestigten Gelenkelement (39, 41) mitwirkt, und mit einer zweiten Durchgangsöffnung mit Lagerfunktion (40, 42) versehen ist, wobei diese beiden Durchgangsöffnungen mit Lagerfunktion einander gegenüber beidseitig vom Rahmen (12) angeordnet sind,
    - eine unter der unteren Fläche des Rahmens (12) positionierte Montageplatte (19), unter welcher der elektrische Antriebsmotor (9) befestigt ist, die bei einem ihrer seitlichen Enden mit Gelenklaschen (22, 22') versehen ist, welche beidseitig von ihr abstehen und jeweils in die Durchgangsöffnungen mit Lagerfunktion (21, 40, 42) der Gelenklasche (33) der Halteplatte (18) und des Gelenkelements (39, 41) greifen, um das Schwenken der Montageplatte (19) an dieser Stelle zu ermöglichen, wobei diese Montageplatte (19) elastisch auf der Halteplatte (18) an der Stelle ihres zweiten seitlichen Endes montiert ist, so dass sie den elektrischen Antriebsmotor (9) nach unten belastet und das Halten des Antriebsriemen (11) unter Spannung garantiert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Halteplatte (18) an ihrer zweiten der ersten mit der Gelenklasche (33) versehenen Seitenfläche entgegen gesetzten Seitenfläche mit einer L-förmigen Verlängerung (34) versehen ist, die vom Rahmen (12) nach außen absteht und einen ersten Arm als Verbindungsarm (35), der grundsätzlich im rechten Winkel gefaltet ist, so wie einen zweiten mit einer Befestigungsöffnung mit Gewinde (36) versehenen Arm als Befestigungsarm (20) aufweist, und
    - die Montageplatte (19) an ihrer zweiten der ersten mit den Gelenklaschen (22, 22') versehenen Seitenfläche entgegengesetzten Seitenfläche mit mindestens einem Verbindungsendstück (23) versehen ist, das vom Rahmen (12) oberhalb des Befestigungsarms (20) der L-förmige Verlängerung (34) der Halteplatte (18) parallel zu diesem Arm (20) nach außen absteht, und mit einer Verbindungsöffnung (31) mit einem geringfügig größeren Durchmesser als dem Durchmesser der Befestigungsöffnung (36) versehen ist, die dieser Öffnung gegenüber angeordnet ist,
    - wobei eine Montageschraube (25), die durch die Verbindungsöffnung (31) der Montageplatte (19) durchgesteckt ist, in die Befestigungsöffnung (36) der Halteplatte (18) eingeschraubt ist, und wobei eine Rückholfeder (24) um den Schaft dieser Schraube (25) zwischen dem Schraubenkopf und dem Verbindungsendstück (23) gehalten wird, so dass die Montageplatte (19) und der elektrische Antriebsmotor bei Nichtvorhandensein einer auf ihn ausgeübten äußeren Spannung nach unten belastet werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Gelenkelement aus einer zweiten an dem unteren Teil des Rahmens (12) bei einer zweiten Gelenklasche abstehenden Halteplatte besteht, welche [Gelenklasche] mit der zweiten Durchgangsöffnung mit Lagerfunktion versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Gelenkelement aus einer Platte insbesondere rechteckiger Form (39) besteht, die an dem Rahmen (12) mittels Schrauben befestigt ist und mit einer Durchgangsöffnung mit Lagerfunktion (40) versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Gelenkelement durch eine Schulter (41) definiert ist, die mit einer auf dem Rahmen (12) vorgesehenen Durchgangsöffnung mit Lagerfunktion (42) versehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Verbindungsendstück (23) der Montageplatte (19) mit einem Positionierrand (26) versehen ist, der beim Anbringen der Vorrichtung an den Rahmen (12) als Anschlag wirkt.
