Claims (15)

  1. Foyer pour appareil à combustion, avantageusement mais non exclusivement opérant à biomasse ou à biocarburant, comprenant une structure de base (11) définissant une chambre de combustion (12) et une cheminée (13) pour la fumée, une porte (16) étant présente, dans lequel ladite cheminée (13) comprend au moins un segment avec un carneur, coopérant avec la chambre de combustion (12), ledit segment étant pourvu d'un premier tuyau (19) et d'un second tuyau (20) pour le passage de la fumée, ledit premier tuyau (19) définissant un canal (19a) dans lequel sont situés des moyens d'étranglement (21), des moyens de filtration (23) étant placés dans ledit second tuyau (20) avant l'union du premier tuyau (19) avec le second tuyau (20), suivant la direction de passage de la fumée (12) vers l'extérieur, les moyens de filtration (23) et les moyens d'étranglement (23) étant agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière que la fumée puisse traverser seulement le second tuyau (20) ou une partie (20a) de celle-ci ; et ensuite le filtre (23) dans une condition de fermeture de la vanne d'étranglement (21), ou qu'elle puisse traverser le second tuyau (20) ou une partie de celui-ci (20a), aussi bien que le canal (19a) dans une condition d'ouverture ou de demi-ouverture de la vanne d'étranglement (21), lesdits moyens d'étranglement (21) étant associés, par des moyens de liaison, à la position de la porte (16) de façon que, lorsque la porte (16) est ouverte, les moyens d'étranglement (21) soient automatiquement dans une position d'ouverture du premier tuyau (19) et lorsque la porte est fermée les moyens d'étranglement (21) soient automatiquement dans une position de fermeture du premier tuyau (19), caractérisé en ce qu'un mécanisme de fixation à encliqueter conçu pour associer ledit second tuyau (20) auxdits moyens de filtration (23) comprenant une première partie de liaison (26) réalisée sur lesdits moyens de filtration (23) et une seconde partie de liaison (27) réalisée sur une paroi interne (17) de la chambre (12), au niveau de l'ouverture de la cheminée (13) vers ladite chambre (12), ladite première parti de liaison (26) et ladite seconde partie de liaison (27) étant conçues pour coopérer l'une avec l'autre sur un plan de couche commun transversal à la direction définie par la direction de passage de la fumée le long du premier tuyau (19) et du second tuyau (20), ladite première partie de liaison (26) étant apte à coopérer de façon tangentielle et rotative avec ladite seconde partie de liaison (27), pour passer sélectivement d'une condition de dégagement axial à une condition d'engagement axial par rapport à ladite paroi intérieure (17) de la chambre (12).
  2. Foyer selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison qui associent la position de la porte (16) à la position des moyens d'étranglement (21) sont constitués au moins en partie d'un mécanisme cinématique.
  3. Foyer selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison qui associent la position de la porte (16) à la position des moyens d'étranglement (21) comprennent au moins en partie des moyens de détection et/ou de contrôle électriques ou électromécaniques.
  4. Foyer selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison qui associent la position de la porte (16) à la position des moyens d'étranglement (21) comprennent au moins en partie des moyens pneumatiques.
  5. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de filtration (23) comprennent des moyens de filtration mécaniques.
  6. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de filtration (23) comprennent des moyens de filtration catalytiques.
  7. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de filtration (23) comprennent des moyens de filtration électrostatiques.
  8. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit second tuyau (20) est en position coaxiale et externe audit premier tuyau (19), ledit premier tuyau (19) définissant le canal (19a) pour le passage de la fumée, un espace circulaire (20a) se définissant entre ledit premier tuyau (19) et ledit second tuyau (20) pour le passage de la fumée, lesdits moyens (23) étant situés à l'intérieur dudit espace circulaire (20a) et étant de forme cylindrique, avec une coupe transversale corrélée à la coupe transversale dudit espace circulaire (20a).
  9. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme de fixation à encliqueter est de type à baïonnette et comprend deux ailettes (26) faisant saillie de côté par rapport auxdits moyens de filtration (23), et deux étriers (27) associés à la paroi interne (17) et définissant avec celle-ci des logements respectifs pour lesdites ailettes (26).
  10. Foyer selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les étriers (27) sont réalisés directement par façonnage de la paroi interne (17) de la chambre (12).
  11. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison comprennent un organe de liaison cinématique (22) apte à relier la porte (16) avec les moyens d'étranglement (21), de façon qu'une condition d'ouverture de ladite porte (16) corresponde à une condition d'ouverture desdits moyens d'étranglement (21).
  12. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moyens actionneurs (21a) sont prévus pour entraîner les moyens d'étranglement (21).
  13. Foyer selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens actionneurs (21a) sont reliés auxdits moyens de liaison qui associent la position de la porte (16) à la position des moyens d'étranglement (21), de manière que, lorsque la porte (16) est ouverte, les moyens d'étranglement (21) sont entraînés de façon correspondante dans la position d'ouverture du premier tuyau (19) au moyen desdits moyens actionneurs (21a), et lorsque la porte (16) est fermée, les moyens d'étranglement (21) sont entraînés de façon correspondante dans la position de fermeture du premier tuyau (19) au moyen desdits moyens d'entraînement.
  14. Foyer selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de filtration (23) comprennent une bague de support (25) située à l'extérieur, de laquelle des premières parties de liaison (26) branchent radialement en positions diamétralement opposées.
