Deckenbereichs erstreckt. Schwierigkeiten ergeben sich jedoch in Zusammenhang mit dem Einbau, wenn die entsprechende Einbauöffnung in einem gewölbten bzw. unregelmäßig geformten Bereich der Wand bzw. Claims (8)

  1. An aid for fixing profile elements (6, 14) to opposite edge areas (8, 30) of an elongate installation opening (2) in a wall- or ceiling area, wherein the profile elements (6, 14) in each case are L-shaped with a first leg (6.1), which is provided to form an edge boundary for the installation opening (2), and a second leg (6.2), which is provided to be brought from an inner side (I) into contact with the edge area (8), wherein the aid has:
    - a fixing element (4) for fixing the profile elements (6, 14) to the edge areas (8, 30) of the installation opening (2),
    wherein the fixing element (4) has a first contact surface (10) and a second contact surface (12), which are provided for application to the first leg (6.1) of the profile elements (6, 14), in order to position the profile elements (6, 14) at a certain distance (a) from one another,
    and wherein the fixing element (4) is a clamping element, which consists of a first part (18) and a second part (20) and is designed to clamp these to the respective edge area (8, 30) in order to fix the profile elements (6, 14),
    wherein the first part (18) has a first surface (40) and a third surface (50), which with respect to a plane (E) is formed mirror-symmetrically to the first surface (40), wherein the first surface (40) and the third surface (50) are provided to be pressed from an inner side (I) of the installation opening (2) against in each case the second leg (6.2) of the profile elements (6, 14) in order to fix the profile elements (6, 14), and wherein the second part (20) has a second surface (42) and a fourth surface (52), which with respect to the plane (E) is formed mirror-symmetrically to the second surface (42), wherein the second surface (42) and the fourth surface (52) are provided to be pressed from an outer side (A) of the installation opening (2) in each case against the edge area (8, 30) in order to fix the profile elements (6, 14), so that two clamping jaws are formed by the first part (18) and the second part (20),
    wherein the clamping element has a screw connection, by means of which the second part (20) can be moved manually relative to the first part (18).
  2. The aid according to Claim 1,
    in which the first contact surface (10) is planar and the second contact surface (12) is planar and is constructed to extend parallel to the first contact surface (10).
  3. The aid according to Claim 1 or 2,
    in which the fixing element (4) furthermore has a distance element (16), which is designed to serve as a spacer between one of the profile elements (6, 14) and one of the edge areas (8, 30).
  4. The aid according to any one of the preceding claims,
    in which the clamping element is designed in such a manner that the first surface (40) is planar and is constructed to extend perpendicular to the first contact surface (10) and that the second surface (42) is planar and is constructed to extend perpendicular to the first contact surface (10).
  5. The aid according to any one of the preceding claims,
    in which the second part (20) has at least one opening (24) for guiding a connecting means (26), which is provided for fixing one of the profile elements (6, 14) to one of the edge areas (8, 30), wherein preferably the opening (24) has an opening to the second surface (42).
  6. The aid according to Claim 5,
    in which the first part (18) has a recess (28), which is provided to partially accommodate the connecting means (26).
  7. The aid according to any one of the preceding claims,
    in which the first part (18) and the second part (20) in each case are formed mirror-symmetrically with respect to the plane (E).
  8. The aid according to any one of the preceding claims,
    in which the clamping element has means (32), which prevent a rotation of the first part (18) relative to the second part (20).
