Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung, die eine Flüssigkeit enthalten kann, wobei die Vorrichtung eine zylindrische, geschmeidige, dichte Hülle (11) umfasst, deren Aufstellung am Boden einfach ist, deren Volumen variabel ist, und deren Schwerpunkt der Flüssigkeitssäule völlig sicher in verschiedene Höhen über dem Boden angehoben werden kann; wobei die Vorrichtung ein steifes, abbaubares Traggerüst umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Traggerüst mit einem einzelnen, haltbaren technischen Mast (1) ausgestattet ist, der den wesentlichen Teil der in der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) enthaltenen Flüssigkeit durch zwei spezielle Reifen aufnimmt, davon dient ein unterer Reif (2) als Grundlage für die Flüssigkeitssäule und ein oberer Reif (3) zur Wahrung der zylindrischen Form der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) Genannte Reifen sind mit vier senkrechten Versteifungen (9) ausgestattet, die die Reifen miteinander verbinden, wobei alle diese Teile mit Hilfe von Schrauben und Metall-Laschen an einem Untergestell (6) befestigt sind, das eine spezielle Geometrie mit vier höhenverstellbaren Füßen (8) aufweist. Ein Metallteil (4), dessen Geometrie ein gleichschenkliges Dreieck mit abgestumpfter Spitze darstellt, wird zwischen zwei Metallrohren angebracht, die das Untergestell (6) bilden, verbindet die Rohre und verleiht dem Untergestell seine geometrische V-Form unter Wahrung seines Öffnungswinkels. Dieses Metallteil begrenzt ebenfalls die mechanischen Scher- und Verwindungseffekte der Struktur.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Untergestell (6) rechts und links des "V", das es bildet, im ersten Drittel seiner Höhe auf der Außenseite einen röhrenförmigen, im rechten Winkel befestigten Metallschenkel (7) erhält, wobei dieser Schenkel die seitliche Stabilität des Untergestells (6) gewährleistet.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an verschiedenen Stellen längs des einzelnen, haltbaren technischen Masts (1) liegende Verankerungspunkte die Höheneinstellung und die Montage der beiden Reifen (2, 3) ermöglichen, die waagerecht auf dem Mast befestigt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung gemaß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier höhenverstellbaren Füße (8) an vier der fünf Enden des Untergestells (6) positioniert sind, wobei das Ende, das den Mast (1) aufnimmt, keinen Fuß hat, und eine optimale Position des Schwerpunktes der Flüssigkeitssäule im Verhältnis zur Traggrundlage gewährleistet, ganz gleich welche relative Ebenheit der Boden aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum waagerechten Querschnitt der zylindrischen geschmeidigen Hülle (11) verschobene Position der vier Füße (8) die Traggrundlage des steifen Traggerüsts erhöht
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einzelne, haltbare technische Mast (1) in seinem unteren Teil mit einem der fünf Enden des Untergestells (6) durch abnehmbare Metall-Laschen (5) verbunden ist, die ihn senkrecht stabil machen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geometrie des Untergestells (6) ermöglicht, mehrere Punkte des Außenumfangs der Reifen (2, 3) in Kontakt mit einer senkrechten Ebene zu bringen.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Reif (2) über seine gesamte Innenfläche eine Holzplatte (10) erhält, die auf in letzterer quer befestigten Metallstangen liegt. Alle diese Teile verleihen der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) einen steifen, ebenen Boden und bilden eine stabile Grundlage für die Flüssigkeitssäule.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Reif (2) auf dem Mast (1) zwei Höhenlagen hat: eine niedrige, die der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) ihr maximales Fassungsvermögen verleiht, und eine hohe, die das Fassungsvermögen verringert und den Flüssigkeitsaustritt im Vergleich zum Boden in der Höhe optimiert, wobei der obere Reif (3) im oberen Teil des Masts (1) fest bleibt
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschmeidige Hülle (11) des Behälters durch zwei halbe Reifen (12) in ihrer zylindrischen Form gehalten wird, die sich auf den oberen Innenumfang der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) stützen und diese mit Hilfe von Klemmschrauben gegen den Innenumfang des oberen Reifens (3) drücken, wobei die Schrauben an den dafür vorgesehenen Öffnungen der vier vorgenannten Elemente durch letztere durchführen.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden halben Reifen (12) aneinandergelegt einen geringeren Umfang als der Innenumfang des oberen Reifs (3) haben, dass sie waagerecht ausreichend breite Langlöcher und ihre Enden breite waagerechte Einschnitte erhalten. Im Vergleich zu den Klemmschrauben, deren Befestigungspunkt auf dem oberen Reif (3) fest ist, ermöglichen diese Öffnungen eine ausreichend große, seitliche Bewegungsfreiheit der halben Reifen (12), um die Dicke-Schwankungen der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) auszugleichen, die deren Innenumfang erhöhen oder verringern und somit systematisch dazu neigen, die Klemmpunkte auf den halben Reifen (12) zu versetzen
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Reifen (2, 3) vier Versteifungen (9) von geringem Querschnitt erhalten, die im Vergleich zu ihrem Außenumfang auf der Kante positioniert werden, die sie bis zu den vier Schenkeln des Untergestells (6) miteinander verbinden und die Biegungsverformungen letzterer und die Verwindungseffekte der Metallstruktur begrenzen.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sechs auf der Kante des Außenumfangs des oberen Reifens (3) befestigte, rechteckige Laschen breite senkrechte Schlitzlöcher erhalten. Diese ermöglichen eine senkrechte Bewegung des Reifs im Vergleich zu den auf dem Mast (1) und den vier Versteifungen (9) liegenden Befestigungspunkten, welche die Spannung der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) justiert
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) so dimensioniert sind, dass, wenn die Hülle mit minimalem Fassungsvermögen installiert ist, die überschüssige Materiallänge der Hülle in den oberen Reif (3) gefaltet werden kann, wobei die Faltenhöhe die Obergrenze des Reifs (3) nicht übersteigt und die Faltenlänge gleich zwei Mal die senkrechte Dicke des Reifs (3) ist Dies macht es technisch möglich, den oberen Teil der Flüssigkeitssäule bebinderungsfrei zu verschließen, gegebenenfalls mit Hilfe eines Deckels, der auf dem Reif (3) ruht.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen gebräuchlichen Flüssigkeitsaustritt hat, und dass der tiefste gebräuchliche Flüssigkeitsaustritt sich ca. auf 1/6 der Gesamthöhe der Flüssigkeitssäule befindet, so dass in der geschmeidigen Hülle (11) eine konstante Mindestmasse bewahrt wird, die die Stabilität des Behälters erhöht.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der haltbare Mast (1) sowie die vier Versteifungen (9) Hefestigungsstützen für technische Elemente bilden, deren Liste nicht erschöpfend ist, und durch die die Verteilung der Flüssigkeit, die Instandhaltung der Flüssigkeit und die Sammlung der Flüssigkeit gewährleistet wird
