Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for the production of condenser or method for the production of condenser or heat exchanger tube plates / tubes plates, wherein a base material is used, which is connected to a support material.
In steam power plants or in gas and steam turbine power plants water is heated to steam in a cycle and converted back to water after a thermodynamic expansion process. The conversion of the steam into water takes place on heat exchanger tubes or on condenser tubes. These condenser or heat exchanger tube plates / tubes plates are usually with aggressive and corrosive cooling media such. As salt, river or brackish water acted upon. There is a risk that the condenser or heat exchanger tube plates / tubes plates are attacked and damaged by the aggressive or corrosive cooling media.
The condenser or heat exchanger tube plates / tubes plates are therefore provided with a sufficient corrosion protection against these cooling media, which is done by plates, which are used as tubesheet or tube plate, is plated with a support material made of titanium or austenitic materials, the Pad material forms the appropriate corrosion protection.
The support material must have sufficient adhesion with the base material. Furthermore, a fast and rapid production of the pipes should be possible.
It is known to connect the support material with the base material by means of a blast. However, at This explosive cladding mechanically stressed the base materials and the cladding materials. It is quite possible that the base material, the z. B. consists of a sheet, can be severely deformed. After the explosive plating is usually a complex straightening and cleaning of the sheets. After this process step is often a destructive or non-destructive testing of the material produced.
The manufacturing cost of such components are relatively high due to the complex manufacturing process.
The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective production process.
This object is achieved by a method for the production of condenser or heat exchanger tube plates / tubes plates, wherein a base material is used, which is connected to a support material, wherein the support material is glued with an adhesive on the base material.
The invention is therefore based on the idea no longer to use the elaborate explosive cladding, but to stick the support material with the aid of suitable adhesives on the base material. An explosive plating would thus be completely eliminated. Bonding would result in cost advantages of more than 50%. Another advantage of the bonding method over explosive cladding is that shorter production times are possible since the complex measures for explosive cladding are eliminated. Furthermore, there are fewer security risks in bonding compared to the high security risks associated with handling explosives.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.Advantageous developments are specified in the subclaims.
So it is advantageous to secure the parts to hardening by fixing against displacement. According to the invention it is thus proposed, after the application of the adhesive to move the base material relative to the support material, thereby having an optimal orientation of the support material relative to the base material. Subsequently, the support material is fixed relative to the base material.
Advantageously, the adhesive is applied with a brush, a roller or a spatula. In a particularly advantageous development of the adhesive is applied on one side either only on the base material or only on the support material. As a result, a comparatively fast production is possible because the adhesive has to be applied only on one side.
Advantageously, an adhesive based on epoxy resin is used. Measurements and tests have shown that an optimal connection between the base material and the cladding material is possible through the use of epoxy resin as adhesive.
In a further advantageous development, the base material is sheet metal and the support material is titanium or an austenitic material. Especially this combination leads to an excellent protection against corrosion when used in aggressive or corrosive cooling media.

In a next method step, an explosive charge, which is formed as a loose bed, is applied locally in the vicinity of the
The method according to the invention is characterized in that an
In a next process step, the
