Unité coulissante (1) d'un revêtement extérieur de bâtiment avec un cadre (2) délimitant au moins partiellement une interruption du revêtement extérieur et avec au moins un élément (6) en appui de manière mobile à l'aide du cadre (2), qui peut être déplacé entre une position de fermeture recouvrant l'interruption et une position d'ouverture libérant au moins partiellement l'interruption avec une composante de déplacement étirée parallèlement au plan de cadre, dans laquelle l'élément déplaçable (6) comporte une forme sensiblement parallélépipédique avec une surface extérieure (35) tournée vers l'extérieur par rapport au revêtement extérieur de bâtiment en position d'installation et avec des surfaces latérales (36) se trouvant coudées de part et d'autre à celle-ci, dans laquelle des lignes d'étanchéité sont associées au moins à la surface extérieure et/ou aux surfaces latérales respectivement de part et d'autre pour rendre étanche la surface latérale (36) par rapport au cadre fixe (2), dans laquelle au moins une des lignes d'étanchéité étirées entre l'élément (6) déplaçable et le cadre (2) est agencée au moins par endroits parallèlement au sens de déplacement (31) de l'élément (6) déplaçable, caractérisée en ce que ce dernier est une ligne d'étanchéité avec une garniture à bande qui comporte une bande (17) flexible, déformable et au moins guidée non seulement sur le cadre (2) mais aussi sur l'élément (6) déplaçable, dans laquelle un rail de guidage (19) est prévu sur l'élément (6) déplaçable et sur le cadre (2) respectivement par bande (17) à maintenir et dans laquelle l'au moins une bande (17) présente dans le sens longitudinal (L) une grande étendue par rapport à son sens transversal (Q) et est réalisée de manière épaissie sur ses deux bords (R1 ; R2) extérieurs dans le sens transversal par rapport à sa zone médiane (M) dans le sens transversal (Q).
  2. Unité coulissante (1) d'un revêtement extérieur de bâtiment avec un cadre (2) délimitant au moins partiellement une interruption du revêtement extérieur et avec au moins un élément (6) en appui de manière mobile à l'aide du cadre (2), qui peut être déplacé entre une position de fermeture recouvrant l'interruption et une position d'ouverture libérant au moins partiellement l'interruption avec une composante de déplacement étirée parallèlement au plan de cadre, dans laquelle l'élément déplaçable (6) comporte une forme sensiblement parallélépipédique avec une surface extérieure (35) tournée vers l'extérieur par rapport au revêtement extérieur de bâtiment en position d'installation et avec des surfaces latérales (36) se trouvant coudées de part et d'autre à celle-ci, dans laquelle des lignes d'étanchéité sont associées au moins à la surface extérieure et/ou aux surfaces latérales respectivement de part et d'autre pour rendre étanche la surface latérale (36) par rapport au cadre fixe (2), dans laquelle au moins une des lignes d'étanchéité étirées entre l'élément (6) déplaçable et le cadre (2) est agencée au moins par endroits parallèlement au sens de déplacement (31) de l'élément (6) déplaçable, et qui est une ligne d'étanchéité avec une garniture à bande qui comporte une bande (17) flexible, déformable et au moins guidée non seulement sur le cadre (2) mais aussi sur l'élément (6) déplaçable, dans laquelle un rail de guidage (19) est prévu sur l'élément (6) déplaçable et sur le cadre (2) respectivement par bande (17) à maintenir, et dans laquelle la bande (17) est maintenue dans la position de montage sur le cadre (2) ou l'élément (6) déplaçable et est guidée de manière relativement mobile sur l'autre composant que l'élément (6) déplaçable ou le cadre (2) parallèlement à la direction du mouvement de l'élément (6) déplaçable, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins bande (17) présente dans le sens longitudinal (L) une grande étendue par rapport à son sens transversal (Q) et est réalisée de manière épaissie sur ses deux bords (R1 ; R2) extérieurs dans le sens transversal par rapport à sa zone médiane (M) dans le sens transversal (Q).
  3. Unité coulissante (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) peut être montée parallèlement au sens de déplacement de l'élément (6) déplaçable sur le cadre (2) et sur l'élément (6) déplaçable et peut être démontée de ceux-ci.
  4. Unité coulissante (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) est symétrique axialement ou ponctuellement à un plan (38) ou des droites (37) coupant la bande (17) dans le sens longitudinal au milieu.
  5. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que au moins une des zones épaissies, en particulier deux zones épaissies associées aux bords transversaux (R1 ; R2), est formée par une rangée dentée (Z) de parties de crochet (18) d'une fermeture éclair.
  6. Unité coulissante selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) est tissée ou tricotée par textile dans sa zone médiane (M) dans le sens transversal et les parties de crochet (18) de la/des rangée(s) dentée(s) (Z) sont enchâssées dedans dans des mailles.
  7. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) est ou comporte une bande de fermeture éclair préconfectionnée.
  8. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le rail de guidage (19) du cadre (2) et celui de l'élément déplaçable (6) sont réalisés de la même manière.
  9. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que un rail de guidage (19) enchâsse respectivement une zone de bord (R1 ; R2) épaissie de la bande dans un canal de réception (21) qui est réalisé en particulier en forme de C.
  10. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) est fixée sur un des deux rails de guidage (19) et est déplaçable par rapport à l'autre parallèlement à son étendue.
  11. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la bande (17) peut être clipsée et/ou insérée dans le rail de guidage (19) respectif.
  12. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que sur chaque côté transversal, au moins deux des lignes d'étanchéité citées sont agencées parallèlement et à distance l'une de l'autre pour rendre étanche l'élément (6) déplaçable par rapport au cadre (2) fixe.
  13. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que une première ligne d'étanchéité est agencée avec une garniture de lèvre (14) entre une branche (22) recouvrant, côté bord à l'extérieur, la surface extérieure (35) de l'élément (6) déplaçable du cadre (2) et de la surface extérieure (35) de l'élément (6) coulissant.
  14. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que des lignes d'étanchéité élastiques comme le caoutchouc sont aussi prévues avec des garnitures de lèvre (14 ; 15, 16) outre les lignes d'étanchéité avec des garnitures de bande (9 ; 10 ; 11 ; 12 ; 13).
  15. Élément coulissant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que une lèvre (23) crée un canal de réception (24) ouvert vers le haut pour du liquide tel que de l'eau de pluie ou de condensation.
  16. Unité coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que des bandes d'isolation thermique pontant au moins largement respectivement la distance entre le cadre (2) et l'élément (6) déplaçable sont agencées entre deux ou plus des lignes d'étanchéité.
