La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) automatisé de distribution de produits, comprenant une enceinte (2) accessible au travers d'un ouvrant monté articulé sur un dormant (5) et constitué d'un cadre (6) support d'une plaque (7) flexible en polycarbonate, ladite enceinte (2) comprenant aussi une interface (3) d'affichage et de saisie par un utilisateur, caractérisé par le fait que ledit ouvrant comprend des moyens rigides de maintien de ladite interface (3) sur ledit cadre (6) sous forme de montants de jonction permettant de disposer l'interface (3) sur la face avant (4) au travers d'une ouverture de taille correspondante ménagée dans ladite plaque (7).

Description

MAINTIEN D'UNE INTERFACE SUR UN DISTRIBUTEUR AUTOMATISE DE PRODUITS
La présente invention entre dans le domaine de la distribution automatisée de produits de consommation, notamment des produits alimentaires .
Généralement, de tels produits sont stockés dans des distributeurs, souvent réfrigérés pour la conservation des produits. La distribution des produits s'effectue en libre service de manière automatisée au travers d' une interface permettant à l'utilisateur de choisir et payer le produit qu'il désire avant qu'il lui soit délivré.
En particulier, ladite interface comprend des moyens de sélection du produit choisi, notamment par un clavier alphanumérique permettant à l'utilisateur de saisir la référence correspondant audit produit. L'interface comprend aussi des moyens de paiement sous forme d'un monnayeur, souvent à pièces .
De plus, un tel distributeur comprend une face avant, servant de support d'affichage et de visualisation publicitaire. Cette face avant est constituée d'un ouvrant, monté pivotant sur un dormant, de manière à former une porte pour permettre l'approvisionnement et l'entretien du distributeur. Ladite face avant comprend aussi un plaque, montée sur ledit montant, et occultant l'espace central de ce dernier. Cette plaque est souvent incurvée, bombée vers l'avant.
De manière générale, ladite plaque est rétro-éclairée par des lampes situées à l'intérieur de l'enceinte dudit distributeur. De plus, un affichage est disposé du côté intérieur, telle une affiche laissant filtrer la lumière, ou directement apposé sur la plaque . Un exemple d' un tel distributeur est décrit dans le document WO 96/33477, possédant une enceinte sur laquelle, d'une part, est montée en face avant sur des charnières une porte équipée d'une plaque rigide incurvée et, d'autre part, sont présents des moyens de sélection et de paiement en partie droite de la façade .
Sur un tel dispositif, la plaque incurvée présente un logement ménagé pour recevoir une trappe de distribution des produits, cette trappe étant reliée et solidaire de l'enceinte, comme tous les éléments qui y sont enfermés .
Un autre exemple de distributeur est décrit dans le document US 5 255 968, à la différence que les moyens de sélection et de paiement sont intégrés à la porte articulée . De plus , un tel distributeur présente une plaque constituée d'un matériau translucide et rigide , tel un polymère , améliorant la solidité et la robustesse, pour renforcer la porte contre les bris, limitant les risques de vandalisme et les intrusions .
D'autres documents visent des distributeurs similaires et tentent de résoudre les problèmes d' effractions au niveau de la porte en façade avant, comme dans le document EP 0 980 054 au travers de profilés de forme particulière constituant l'ouvrant et le dormant de la porte, ou bien en facilitant le remplacement de la façade avant, comme dans le document US 4 320 933 au travers de deux portes superposées en face avant et amovible l'une par rapport à l'autre, permettant, selon le cas, de remplacer la porte extérieure supportant la plaque ou la porte intérieure équipée de l ' électronique .
Une autre solution est envisagée au travers du document
WO 2005/106825, décrivant un distributeur dont la face avant est prévue amovible, facilitant son remplacement et permettant d'en changer régulièrement, notamment pour des raisons esthétiques .
Ces distributeurs existants offrent des alternatives différentes, mais n'apportent pas entière satisfaction, en raison de leur coût prohibitif et de leur complexité de fabrication .
Une solution a été trouvée au travers d'une plaque avant de façade constituée d' un matériau spécifique .
En effet, au sens de la présente demande, ladite plaque est constituée d'un matériau transparent, tel du polycarbonate . Outre son aspect translucide, ce matériau présente l'avantage d'être très résistant aux chocs ainsi qu'à la perforation, présentant des caractéristiques mécaniques de flexibilité.
Une face avant de distributeur équipée d' une plaque en polycarbonate offre donc un espace d'affichage de bonne qualité pour une sécurité accrue, maintenant à l'abri d'éventuels bris, de vandalisme ou intrusions .
L'invention trouvera donc son application dans un distributeur automatisé équipé d' une telle face avant en polycarbonate .
En effet, il a été imaginé de déporter ou de rajouter au niveau de ladite plaque l'interface avec l'utilisateur. Toutefois, l'intégration de l'interface au niveau de la plaque en polycarbonate flexible pose des problèmes liés à son maintien.
C'est pourquoi l'invention propose un dispositif automatisé de distribution de produits comprenant une structure rigide d'intégration, au niveau de la plaque flexible en polycarbonate, d'une interface avec un utilisateur.
Un tel dispositif comprend une enceinte accessible au travers d'un ouvrant monté articulé sur un dormant et constitué d'un cadre support d'une plaque flexible en polycarbonate , ladite enceinte comprenant aussi une interface d'affichage et de saisie par un utilisateur, caractérisé par le fait que ledit ouvrant comprend des moyens rigides de maintien de ladite interface sur ledit cadre sous forme de montants de jonction permettant de disposer l'interface sur la face avant au travers d'une ouverture de taille correspondante ménagée dans ladite plaque .
Dès lors, l'invention permet de disposer à tout endroit de la plaque avant une interface, en la rendant solidaire de la porte, sans dégrader les avantages de résistance et de sécurité conféré par le polycarbonate de ladite plaque .
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description détaillée qui va suivre des modes de réalisation non limitatifs de l'invention, en référence aux figures annexées dans lesquelles :
- la figure 1 représente une vue schématisée en perspective d'un dispositif de distribution selon l'invention ; et
- la figure 2 est un vue en perspective depuis l'intérieur de la face avant d'un tel dispositif.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif 1 automatisé de distribution de produits, en particulier de produits de consommation, notamment alimentaires.
Un tel dispositif de distribution 1 comprend une enceinte 2 enfermant un automate et des moyens de stockage desdits produits .
Ladite enceinte 2 est accessible au travers d' un ouvrant monté articulé sur un dormant 5. Une telle articulation peut être prévue en rotation verticale, à la manière d'une porte, ou verticale, tel un auvent. De plus, ledit ouvrant est d'un cadre 6 support d'une plaque 7. Cette dernière est flexible, constituée en polycarbonate .
On notera que cette plaque sert d' affichage , notamment à des supports visuels . Elle est préférentiellement rétro-éclairée par des lampes 11 situées à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte 2.
Ledit automate (non représenté) permet de délivrer le produit choisi par un utilisateur, après paiement par ce dernier.
Pour ce faire, ledit distributeur 1 comprend une interface 3 d'affichage et de saisie par ledit utilisateur. Une telle interface peut être constituée d'un ou plusieurs éléments disposés indépendamment au niveau de l'une ou l'autre des parois extérieures de ladite enceinte 2 , en particulier en face avant 4.
De plus , ladite interface peut intégrer tout type de moyens de paiement, tel un monnayeur. Elle intègre aussi des moyens de saisie, tel un clavier alphanumérique, pour la sélection d'un identifiant correspondant au produit choisi par l'utilisateur.
Selon le mode préférentiel de réalisation, ladite interface comprend aussi au moins un écran de visualisation et/ou de saisie, notamment de type écran tactile.
Avantageusement, ledit ouvrant comprend des moyens rigides de maintien de ladite interface 3 sur ledit cadre 6. En particulier, lesdits moyens de maintien comprennent des montants de jonction de ladite interface 3 avec ledit cadre 6. De tels montants permettent de disposer l'interface 3 sur la face avant 4, notamment au travers d'une ouverture, de taille correspondante, ménagée dans ladite plaque 7. Dès lors, l'interface 3 devient accessible à l'utilisateur depuis l'extérieur, en particulier l'espace de saisie, tel l'écran tactile. Toutefois, au moins toute ou partie de ladite interface 3 peut rester enfermée à l'abri à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte 2.
On notera qu'un joint peut être réalisé entre ladite interface 3 et les bords de ladite ouverture dans la plaque 7.
En particulier, ladite interface 3 peut être intégrée au sein d'un boîtier 10 solidaire de l'extrémité de chaque montant. La jonction entre ledit boîtier 10 et chaque montant peut être réalisée par des moyens de fixation amovibles, par vissage ou emboîtement, mais aussi directement par soudure.
Selon un mode de réalisation, lesdits moyens de fixation se présentent sous la forme d'une platine solidaire de l'extrémité du montant au niveau de la jonction avec ladite interface 3, notamment en contact avec le boîtier 10. Une telle platine s'étend orthogonalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal dudit montant, parallèlement à la paroi extérieur dudit boîtier 10.
Des alésages peuvent être réalisés au travers de chaque platine, en vis-à-vis d'orifices ménagés au travers de la paroi correspondant dudit boîtier 10. Ces alésages et orifices sont destinés à recevoir des moyens de fixation, tels des ergots, couple vis/écrou ou analogue .
Par ailleurs, une contre-platine peut venir se fixer à l'intérieur dudit boîtier 10, en superposition de ladite platine de l'autre côté de la paroi du boîtier 10. Dès lors, ladite platine ou ladite contre-platine peut comprendre des ergots, traversant lesdits orifices de la paroi du boîtier 10, de manière à coopérer par emboîtement avec, respectivement, ladite contre-platine ou ladite platine .
Par ailleurs, selon une autre mode de réalisation, chaque platine peut comprendre un bord recourbé. En particulier, ce rebord peut présenter une inclinaison de manière à venir au contact de la surface intérieure de la plaque 7. Cette inclinaison est orientée selon la courbure de ladite plaque 7. Ainsi, chaque platine forme un renforcement par l'arrière de la plaque 7 au niveau de l'ouverture traversée par ladite interface 3 , offrant ainsi une meilleure résistance à l'enfoncement à cet endroit et contre le déchirement éventuel de la plaque 7, au niveau de l'ouverture, dû aux contraintes qu'elle subit et au vieillissement.
On notera que ledit boîtier 10 peut présenter en face arrière une trappe 12 d'accès à la mécanique et l'électronique de l'interface 3.
Outre le maintien de l'interface 3, lesdits montants permettent de rigidifier davantage la structure de l'ouvrant.
A ce titre, lesdits montants peuvent être constitués en tout type de matériau, mais préférentiellement en métal de manière à offrir de meilleures rigidité et résistance. Ils peuvent présenter tout type de section, mais selon le mode préférentiel de réalisation, chaque montant est constitué d'un profilé métallique en U et dont les extrémités libres des branches sont recourbées . Un tel profilé peut être obtenu par filage , emboutissage ou analogue .
De plus, selon un mode préférentiel de réalisation, chaque montant peut être constitué d' au moins deux tronçons télescopiques entre eux. Pour ce faire, un premier tronçon est prévu creux de manière à recevoir en coulissement un second tronçon, de section complémentaire mais de moindres dimensions. Ce coulissement permet d'ajuster précisément l'emplacement de l'interface 3 par rapport à ladite ouverture dans la plaque 7.
En particulier, l'ajustement des tronçons l'un par rapport à l'autre peut être bloqué, notamment par vissage ou analogue. Cette caractéristique coulissante autorise aussi la dilation des métaux, lors des variations de températures.
De plus, lesdits montants comprennent au moins un longeron 8 et/ou une traverse 9 reliés à chacune de leurs extrémités, d'une part, à ladite interface 3 et, d'autre part, audit cadre 6.
Selon le mode préférentiel de réalisation, comme visible sur la figure 2, lesdits montants comprennent deux longerons verticaux 8 et deux traverses horizontales 9 reliés à chacune à ladite interface 3 et audit cadre 6 , de part et d' autre de ladite interface 3.
L'invention permet donc d'apposer une interface avec l'utilisateur, directement au niveau de la plaque 7 flexible en polycarbonate d'un distributeur de produits, tout en améliorant la rigidité de l'ouvrant et offrant une meilleure résistance au niveau de ladite plaque 7.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples illustrés et décrits précédemment qui peuvent présenter des variantes et modifications sans pour autant sortir du cadre de 1 ' invention .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif (1) automatisé de distribution de produits, comprenant une enceinte (2) accessible au travers d'un ouvrant monté articulé sur un dormant (5) et constitué d'un cadre (6) support d'une plaque (7) flexible en polycarbonate , ladite enceinte (2) comprenant aussi une interface (3) d'affichage et de saisie par un utilisateur, caractérisé par le fait que ledit ouvrant comprend des moyens rigides de maintien de ladite interface (3) sur ledit cadre (6) sous forme de montants de jonction permettant de disposer l'interface (3) sur la face avant (4) au travers d'une ouverture de taille correspondante ménagée dans ladite plaque (7) .
2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits montants comprennent au moins un longeron (8) relié à chacune de ses extrémités, d'une part, à ladite interface (3) et, d'autre part, audit cadre (6) .
3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits montants comprennent au moins une traverse (9) reliée à chacune de ses extrémités, d'une part, à ladite interface (3) et, d'autre part, audit cadre (6) .
4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque montant est constitué d'au moins deux tronçons télescopiques entre eux.
5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconques des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite interface (3) est intégrée au sein d'un boîtier (10) solidaire de l'extrémité de chaque montant.
