Claims (12)

  1. Insert interne adapté pour être appliqué à l'embouchure d'un goulot (60) d'un récipient de liquide, comprenant une portion sensiblement cylindrique (26) adaptée pour être insérée dans le goulot (60) du récipient et un élément témoin d'intégrité (16) adapté pour être inséré à l'intérieur du goulot du récipient, ledit élément témoin d'intégrité étant capable de se déplacer par rapport à la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26) entre une position initiale avant la première fois où le récipient est ouvert et une position fonctionnelle pour indiquer que le récipient a été ouvert pour une première fois, ledit insert interne comprenant des premiers moyens de retenue (29) pour maintenir l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) dans la position initiale, au moins quand le récipient est dans la position verticale normale,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - ledit insert interne comprend des deuxièmes moyens de retenue (30) pour maintenir l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) dans la position fonctionnelle, au moins quand le récipient est dans la position verticale normale, et
    - lesdits premiers (29) et/ou deuxièmes (30) moyens de retenue comprennent des moyens de contrainte entre la surface extérieure de la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26) de l'insert interne et l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16).
  2. Insert interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément témoin d'intégrité (16) est agencé au moins en partie à la hauteur de la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26), à côté de ladite portion à l'extérieur de celle-ci au moins dans la position initiale.
  3. Insert interne selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) comprend un anneau (31) qui s'enveloppe autour de la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26) au moins dans la position initiale.
  4. Insert interne selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit insert interne comprend des moyens (14, 36) pour libérer l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) des premiers moyens de retenue (29) et lui permettre de se déplacer de la position initiale à la position fonctionnelle.
  5. Insert interne selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de libération (14, 36) comprennent un corps (14) pourvu de cames (36) agissant sur l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) à travers des ouvertures (27) formées dans un corps de l'insert interne (15) qui forme la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26).
  6. Insert interne selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de libération (14, 36) comprennent un corps (14) pourvu de cames (36) agissant sur l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) et capable d'être actionné en rotation autour d'un axe de l'insert interne.
  7. Insert interne selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion sensiblement cylindrique (26) forme des moyens de vanne pour empêcher un remplissage du récipient.
  8. Fermeture pour récipients de liquide adaptée pour être appliquée à l'embouchure d'un goulot (60) d'un récipient de liquide, comprenant un insert selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, et comprenant également :
    - un élément verseur (13) muni d'une ouverture de sortie (80) pour le liquide, adapté pour être fixé sur le goulot de la bouteille,
    - un élément (12) pour fermer la bouteille adapté pour être fixé de manière amovible audit élément verseur (13).
  9. Fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un manchon extérieur (50) adapté pour s'envelopper autour d'une extrémité du goulot (60) du récipient et pour être fixé audit goulot, l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) dans la position initiale étant à l'intérieur dudit manchon (50) et dans la position fonctionnelle étant à l'extérieur dudit manchon (50) pour fournir une indication de la fermeture ayant été ouverte au moins une fois.
  10. Fermeture selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le manchon extérieur (50) a une section transversale généralement en forme de C pour fixer une bride (25) de l'insert interne (15) et une bride (19) de l'élément verseur (14) à une bride extérieure (61) du goulot (60) du récipient.
  11. Fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens (14) pour libérer l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) de l'engagement avec les premiers moyens de retenue (29) sont contraints ensemble avec l'élément de fermeture (12) de manière que l'élément témoin d'intégrité (16) soit libéré des premiers moyens de retenue (29) lors de la première ouverture de l'élément de fermeture.
  12. Fermeture selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le corps (14) qui forme les cames (36) des moyens de libération est agencé entre l'élément verseur (13) et l'insert interne (15) avec la possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe de la fermeture et sensiblement sans jeu axial.
