Abstract
Bei einem Kältemittelkondensatormodul (1) zur Kondensation von Kältemittel für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, umfassend einen Wärmeübertrager (2) als Kondensator mit einer Kältemitteleinlassöffnung (6), einer Kältemittelauslassöffnung (8), einer Kühlmitteleinlassöffnung (10) und einer Kühlmittelauslassöffnung (12), wobel der Wärmeübertrager (2) einen Kältemittelkanal und einen Kühlmittelkanal aufweist zum Durchleiten von Kältemittel durch den Kältemittelkanal und von Kühlmittel durch den Kühlmittelkanal zur Übertragung von Wärme von dem Kältemittel auf das Kühlmittel, einen Sammelbehälter (14) für das Kältemittel, einen ersten Kältemittelüberleitungskanal (17) zum Leiten des Kältemittels von dem Wärmeübertrager (2) in den Sammelbehälter (14), eine an dem Sammelbehälter (14) ausgebildete Sammelbehälter-Kältemittelauslassöffnung (19) zum Ausleiten des Kältemittels aus dem Sammelbehälter (14) soll das Kältemittelkondensatormodul (1) einfach und preiswert in der Herstellung sein und eine sichere Befestigung an einem Kraftfahrzeug ermöglichen.A refrigerant condenser module (1) for condensing refrigerant for an automotive air conditioning system, comprising a heat exchanger (2) as a condenser having a refrigerant inlet port (6), a refrigerant outlet port (8), a coolant inlet port (10) and a coolant outlet port (12), the heat exchanger (2) has a refrigerant passage and a coolant passage for passing refrigerant through the refrigerant passage and coolant through the coolant passage for transferring heat from the refrigerant to the coolant, a sump (14) for the refrigerant, a first refrigerant transfer passage (17) for conducting the refrigerant from the heat exchanger (2) into the sump (14), a sump refrigerant outlet port (19) formed on the sump (14) for discharging the refrigerant from the sump (14), the refrigerant condenser module (1) is easy and pre bewert in the production and allow a secure attachment to a motor vehicle.
