Claims (11)

  1. Ein Beatmungsgerät, das Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Maske mit einem Maskenkörper (32), der sich zwischen einer Vorderkante (34) und einer Hinterkante (36) erstreckt; und
    eine Gesichtsabdichtung (30), die sich im Inneren des Maskenkörpers (32) befindet, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) ein erstes (62) und ein zweites Ende (64) und eine Dichtlippe (54) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende (62, 64) hat, und die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) umgeknickt wurde, um eine bauchige Form zu definieren, welche zur Umschließung des Gesichts des Anwenders angepasst wurde, wobei das erste Ende (62) am Maskenkörper (32) befestigt wurde; und
    das zweite Ende (64) vom Maskenkörper (32) gelöst ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (64) so gestaltet wurde, dass es den Maskenkörper (32) umschließt, wenn die Maske (12) vom Anwender getragen wird, so dass die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) an zwei unterschiedlichen Punkten entlang des Maskenkörpers (32) gestützt wird.
  2. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) U-förmig ist und eine offene (68) und eine geschlossene Seite (70) hat, wobei die offene Seite (68) hinsichtlich der geschlossenen Seite (70) nach außen hin positioniert ist.
  3. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) eine erste Wand (50), die sich zwischen dem ersten Ende (62) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt, und eine zweite Wand (52) umfasst, die sich zwischen dem zweiten Ende (64) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) vom Körper (32) freischwebend ist, so dass die zweite Wand (52) vom Körper (32) losgelöst ist, wobei die zweite Wand so gestaltet wurde, dass sie gegen den Körper drückt, wenn die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) das Gesicht des Anwenders umschließt, so dass die Dichtlippe (54) sowohl von der ersten als auch von der zweiten Wand (50, 52) gestützt wird.
  4. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) eine erste Wand (50) umfasst, die sich zwischen dem ersten Ende (62) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt, und wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) eine zweite Wand (52) umfasst, die sich zwischen dem zweiten Ende (64) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt, wobei die erste von der zweiten Wand (50, 52) getrennt ist, um eine Dichtungskammer (66) zu formen, die im Allgemeinen von der ersten und zweiten Wand (50, 52), der Dichtlippe (54) und dem Körper (32) begrenzt wird.
  5. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) derart gestaltet ist, dass sie sich verformt, wenn sie das Gesicht abdichtet, und die Dichtlippe (54) entweder im Allgemeinen parallel zum Körper (32) ausgerichtet ist, wenn sie das Gesicht abdichtet, oder sich eine erste Wand (50) der Dichtung (30) von einem vorderen Ende der Dichtlippe (54) in Richtung des Körpers (32) und eine zweite Wand (52) von einem hinteren Ende der Dichtlippe (54) in Richtung des Körpers (32) erstreckt; im Allgemeinen hat sie die gleiche Breite wie der Körper (32), wobei die Breite ausreichend ist, um Druckänderungen während des Ein- und Ausatmens auszugleichen.
  6. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, das weiterhin eine Kinnstütze (44) umfasst, die sich von mindestens entweder einem Körper (32) oder der Gesichtsabdichtung (30) erstreckt, wobei die Kinnstütze (44) eine Unterseite hat, die derart gestaltet ist, dass sie sich unter dem Kinn des Anwenders befindet, und sich die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) entweder nach innen von der Unterseite der Kinnstütze (44) erstreckt; und nach oben gerollt ist, um eine Lippe zwischen der Kinnstütze (44) und der Gesichtsabdichtung (30) zu formen, oder die Berührungsfläche zwischen der Kinnstütze (44) und der Gesichtsabdichtung (30) angepasst wurde, um das Kinn darin aufzunehmen.
  7. Ein Beatmungsgerät aus Anspruch 1, das weiterhin eine mit dem der Vorderkante nächsten Körper verbundene Linse umfasst; und
    eine Nasenstütze, die mit der Maske verbunden ist, wobei die Nasenstütze derart gestaltet ist, dass sie die Nase und den Mund des Anwenders abdichtet.
  8. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beatmungsgerätes (10), wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    die Formung eines Maskenkörpers (32), derart gestaltet, dass er von einem Anwender getragen werden kann;
    die Anordnung einer Gesichtsabdichtung (30) im Inneren des Maskenkörpers (32), wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) ein erstes (62) und ein zweites Ende (64) und eine Dichtlippe (54) aufweist, welche sich zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende (62, 64) befindet, und wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) umgeknickt ist, um eine bauchige Form anzunehmen, die derart angepasst ist, dass sie das Gesicht des Anwenders umschließt;
    die Befestigung des ersten Endes (62) am Maskenkörper (32) und die Loslösung des zweiten Endes (64), um vom Maskenkörper (32) gelöst zu sein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (64) derart gestaltet ist, dass es den Maskenkörper (32) umschließt, wenn die Maske (12) vom Anwender so getragen wird, dass die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) an zwei unterschiedlichen Punkten entlang des Maskenkörpers (32) gestützt wird.
  9. Ein Verfahren aus Anspruch 8, das weiterhin die Positionierung der Gesichtsabdichtung umfasst, und zwar derart, dass die Dichtlippe (54) gegen das Gesicht des Anwenders federbelastet ist.
  10. Ein Verfahren aus Anspruch 8, wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung eine erste Wand (50) umfasst, die sich zwischen dem ersten Ende (62) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt und wobei die Gesichtsabdichtung (30) eine zweite Wand (52) umfasst, die sich zwischen dem zweiten Ende (64) und der Dichtlippe (54) erstreckt, und der Schritt der Positionierung der Gesichtsabdichtung die Trennung der ersten und der zweiten Wand (62, 64) umfasst, ausgenommen, dass sie beide separat beide Enden der Dichtlippe (54) stützen.
  11. Ein Verfahren aus Anspruch 8, das weiterhin
    umfasst:
    die Bereitstellung einer Kinnstütze (44), wobei die Kinnstütze (44) eine Unterseite hat, die so gestaltet ist, dass sie sich entlang der Unterseite des Kinns des Anwenders erstreckt; und
    die Befestigung der Kinnstütze (44) an der Gesichtsabdichtung (30), so dass die Dichtlippe (54) hinsichtlich der Unterseite der Kinnstütze (44) im Innen befindet.
