Claims (14)

  1. Behälter-Trommelgruppe (3, 4, 13, 14) für eine Waschmaschine (1), einen Waschtrockner oder Trockner, wobei die Behälter-Trommelgruppe umfasst:
    - einen Waschbehälter (3), welcher dazu geeignet ist, die Lauge zu aufzunehmen, und welcher eine Stützwand (12) aufweist,
    - eine Waschtrommel (4), welche innerhalb des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnet ist, wobei die Waschtrommel (4) eine Rückwand (6) aufweist, welche drehbar mit der Stützwand (12) des Waschbehälters (3) verbunden ist,
    - eine Antriebsscheibe (13), welche außerhalb des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnet ist und derart verbunden ist, dass sie sich mit der Rückwand (6) der Waschtrommel (4) dreht,
    - eine Welle (14), welche parallel zur Drehachse (R) verläuft und von der Rückwand (6) des Behälters (3) vorsteht und drehbar in einem Stützsitz (15) aufgenommen ist, der in der Stützwand (12) des Behälters (3) gebildet ist, wobei die Welle (14) ein rückwärtiges Ende (17) aufweist, welches nach außen von dem Behälter (3) weist,
    wobei
    - die Scheibe (13) einen männlichen Befestigungsabschnitt (18) aufweist, welcher sich parallel zur Drehachse (R) erstreckt und zu dem Behälter (3) hin vorsteht,
    - das rückwärtige Ende (17) der Welle (14) eine rohrförmige Wandung (19) mit einer Außenfläche (20) bildet, welche ein erstes Lagergehäuse (21) bildet, das ein erstes Lager (16) aufnimmt, und eine Innenfläche (22) bildet, welche einen weiblichen Scheibensitz (23) definiert, der den männlichen Befestigungsabschnitt (18) der Scheibe (13) axial in der Dicke der Sützwand (12) des Behälters (3) aufnimmt,
    - die Welle (14) eine äußere Schulter (35) umfasst, welche nach außen von dem Behälter (3) weist und axial das erste Lagergehäuse (21) definiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (13) eine ringförmige Klemmfläche (36) bildet, welche im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Drehachse (R) verläuft und zu dem Behälter (3) hin weist, wobei die Klemmfläche (36) mit einer Rückfläche (37) des ersten Lagers (16) in Eingriff steht, um das erste Lager (16) axial gegen die äußere Schulter (35) der Welle festzusetzen, wenn der männliche Befestigungsabschnitt (18) in dem weiblichen Scheibensitz (23) festgesetzt ist.
  2. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der männliche Befestigungsabschnitt (18) der Scheibe (13) axial in dem Bereich des ersten Lagers (16) erstreckt.
  3. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Innenfläche (22) des Scheibensitzes (23) eingekerbt ist und der männliche Befestigungsabschnitt (18) eine Außenfläche (24) bildet, welche eingekerbt ist und dazu geeignet ist, mit der Innenfläche (22) durch Formschluss in Eingriff zu treten, um sich als Einheit zu drehen.
  4. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach Anspruch 3, wobei sich die Einkerbung (25) des Scheibensitzes (23) axial vollständig innerhalb der axialen Erstreckung des ersten Lagers (16) erstreckt.
  5. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der männliche Befestigungsabschnitt (18) ein Loch (26) umfasst, welches eine Feststellschraube (27) aufnimmt und wobei die Scheibe (13) in einer dem Behälter (3) gegenüberliegenden Rückfläche (28) einen hinteren Hohlraum (29) zum Aufnehmen einer Mutter oder eines Kopfes (30) der Feststellschraube (27) bildet.
  6. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach Anspruch 5, wobei der hintere Hohlraum (29) eine axiale Tiefe aufweist, die größer als 2/3 der axialen Höhe des Kopfes (30) oder der Mutter der Feststellschraube (27) ist.
  7. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach Anspruch 5, wobei der hintere Hohlraum (29) den Kopf (30) oder die Mutter der Feststellschraube (27) vollständig aufnimmt, so dass er bzw. sie nicht axial nach außen von dem hinteren Hohlraum (29) vorsteht.
  8. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Welle (14) ein Feststellloch (31) mit einem Innengewinde umfasst, wobei das Feststellloch (31) in einem Boden (32) des Scheibensitzes (23) gebildet ist und dazu geeignet ist, eine Feststellschraube (27) aufzunehmen.
  9. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach Anspruch 8, umfassend ein zweites Lager (33), welches auf einer ringförmigen Fläche (34) der Welle zwischen dem ersten Lager (16) und der Rückwand (6) der Trommel aufgesetzt ist, wobei sich das Feststellloch (31) axial nach oben in das Innere des Bereichs des zweiten Lagers (33) erstreckt.
  10. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich das erste Lager (16) axial über das rückwärtige Ende (17) der Welle (14) hinweg erstreckt.
  11. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein zweites Lager (33), welches auf eine ringförmige Fläche (34) der Welle (15) zwischen dem ersten Lager (16) und der Rückwand (6) der Trommel (4) aufgesetzt ist, wobei das zweite Lager (33) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, welcher größer als der Innendurchmesser des ersten Lagers (16) ist.
  12. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine axiale Tiefe (D38) des Scheibensitzes (23) größer als die Hälfte des axialen Abstands (D40) zwischen einer hinteren Kante (39) der Scheibe und ihrer in Kontakt mit dem ersten Lager (16) stehenden Klemmfläche (36) ist, wobei das Verhältnis (D38/D40) zwischen der axialen Tiefe (D38) und dem axialen Abstand (D40) vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,75 bis 1,25 liegt.
  13. Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Welle (14) einen vorderes Ende (41) umfasst, welches mit der Rückwand (6) der Trommel (4) verankert ist, so dass sich die Welle mit der Trommel dreht, wobei das vordere Ende (41) umfasst:
    - Entnahmeverhinderungs-Umfangsnuten (42), welche mit entsprechenden Umfangsvorsprüngen (43) der Rückwand in Eingriff stehen,
    - Drehverhinderungs-Längsnuten (44), welche mit entsprechenden Längsvorsprüngen (45) der Rückwand in Eingriff stehen.
  14. Waschmaschine (1), Waschtrockner oder Trockner, umfassend eine Behälter-Trommelgruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
