Claims (11)

  1. Connecting device (1) for connecting attachment means and/or tying means, comprising a bracket member (2) of U-shaped configuration in cross-section and an eye (3) that is mounted on the bracket member (2) so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (20) and the bracket member (2) being adapted to be coupled to a fixing point by means of a bolt (6) so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis (17), the bracket member (2) being mounted to be rotatable about the rotation axis (17) via two bearing bushes (5) and the pivot axis (20) and the rotation axis (17) being arranged at an angle at a spacing (a) from one another, while a removable fill member (4) is arranged in the bracket member (2) and a bearing region (12) for the eye (3) is formed between the fill member (4) and a valley region (8) of the bracket member (2), characterised in that between the fill member (4) and the eye (3) two springily elastic tensioning means (14) are arranged at a spacing (b), by means of which the pivotable eye (3) can be locked in a selected position.
  2. Connecting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the fill member (4) abuts flatly on the legs (9) of the U-shape on the fixing member at least in sections.
  3. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the bearing bushes (5) pass through the fill member (4), and the bearing bushes (5) and the two tensioning means (14) hold the fill member (4) fixedly in its position relative to the fixing member.
  4. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the fill member (4) can be removed from the bracket member (2) by removal of the bearing bushes (5).
  5. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a spring disc (21) is incorporated between the bearing bushes (5).
  6. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the bearing bushes (5) are compressed against one another in the bracket member (2).
  7. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least one bearing bush (5) has an internal thread (23), the bolt (6) engaging in the internal thread (23) by means of an external thread (24).
  8. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that an encircling groove (26) is formed in an opening in the fill member (4) and an outer encircling ledge (25) is formed on at least one bearing bush (5), while in the assembled state of the connecting device the ledge and the groove (26) engage with one another, at least in sections.
  9. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the fill member (4) has a bearing face (13) on its side oriented towards the eye (3).
  10. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the spacing (a) corresponds to 0.25 to 4 times a diameter (D) of the bolt (6), preferably 0.5 to 2.5 times, particularly 1 to 2 times.
  11. Connecting device according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the spacing (b) corresponds to 0.5 to 2 times the diameter (D) of the bolt (6), particularly 1 to 2 times the diameter (D) of the bolt (6).
