Abstract

It uses an elastic hook (1) joined to a strap (6), provided with the ornamentation in question, which is able to be coupled in a housing (2) provided for this purpose in the shoe. Advantageously, the elastic hook (1) is formed by two terminals (3) made from a "C" shaped rod, joined by a spring (4) whose diameter is adjusted to that of the terminals (3). The linear movement of separation of the terminals (3) against the action of the spring (4) is guaranteed thanks to the presence of a guide (5) that is introduced into holes provided in the terminals (3).

Description

  • The present invention relates to a shoe provided with interchangeable means of ornamentation, in such a way that it can be adapted to our form of dress or our state of mind. The field of application comes within the footwear industry.
  • Moccasin style shoes normally come with an ornamental strap in the form of a vamp, chain links or any other, which is fixed and immobile. This ornament determines the character of the shoe which, in this way, becomes specially adapted to a particular form of dress, reinforcing the idea of the shoe as a complement for the rest of one's outfit. This leads to the need to have various pairs of shoes which, though being identical, incorporate an ornamentation which specially combines with the rest of the clothes, whether these be more formal or more casual.
  • This situation is not desirable from the point of view of the economic investment needed for maintaining a choice of shoes that are adapted to the various circumstances, therefore it is an aim of this invention to have a shoe whose appearance can be modified at the convenience of the user.
  • In order to achieve the proposed objective, a shoe has been conceived that is provided with interchangeable means of ornamentation, consisting advantageously of straps having different designs and fitted with means of attachment such that they can be coupled to the shoe. These removable means of attachment will advantageously consist of elastic hooks able to be introduced and remain retained in housings provided for that purpose in the shoe.
  • In this way, the ornamentation associated with the straps can be interchanged at a cost that is negligible compared with that of the shoe itself, with a product being obtained having an enormous versatility. Also, the use of elastic hooks means that no strap at all need be worn, since the housings for receiving the hooks easily go unnoticed, which leads to a more classical and formal appearance for the shoe.
  • In order to complement the foregoing description, and with the aim of aiding a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a detailed description is going to be made of a preferred embodiment, on the basis of a set of plans accompanying this specification and in which, in an orientative and non-limiting way, the following have been represented:
    • Figure 1 shows an exploded view of the removable means of attachment.
    • Figure 2 shows a detail of the elastic hook and its arrangement.
    • Figure 3 shows a view of the assembly fitted to the shoe.
  • In the above figures, the numerical references correspond to the following parts and elements:
    1. 1. Elastic hook
    2. 2. Housing in shoe
    3. 3. Terminal of the elastic hook
    4. 4. Spring
    5. 5. Guide
    6. 6. Strap
  • As can be seen in figures 1 and 3, the shoe with interchangeable means of ornamentation is structured around an elastic hook (1) joined to a strap (6), fitted with the ornamentation in question, which is suitable for being coupled in a housing (2) provided for this purpose in the shoe.
  • More specifically, the elastic hook (1) is formed from two terminals (3) made in a "C" shaped rod, joined by a spring (4) whose diameter is adjusted to that of the terminals (3). The linear movement of separation of the terminals (3) against the action of the spring (4) is guaranteed thanks to the presence of a guide (5) which is introduced into holes provided in the terminals (3). See figure 2.
  • The strap (6) can take on different appearances, as can be seen in figures 1 and 3. The absence of the strap (6) is perfectly feasible, since the presence of the housings (2) in the shoe goes unnoticed.
  • With regard to industrial production, it will be evident to an expert in the field that there are a series of variants and modifications permitting the manufacture to be adapted to the design without departing from the essence of the invention. So, the strap (6) can be made of leather, though it can also comprise metallic or textile elements, while the elastic hook (1) can be replaced with equivalent means.

Claims (3)

Shoe with means of ornamentation of the type consisting of straps having different appearances, characterised in that it comprises removable means of attachment between the shoe and the means of ornamentation that include elastic hooks (1) able to be introduced into housings (2) provided for this purpose in the shoe.
  2. Shoe in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the elastic hooks (1) comprise two terminals (3) made in a "C" shaped rod, joined by a spring (4) whose diameter is adjusted to that of the terminals (3).
  3. Shoe in accordance with claim 2, characterised in that the elastic hooks (1) comprise a guide (5) which fits into holes provided in the terminals (3).
