Abstract
Die Erfindung beschreibt ein System wie hochbelastete Fertigteilstützen stumpf und nur durch ein dünnes Mörtelbett voneinander getrennt miteinander gestoßen werden. Dabei kann auf einen direkten Kontakt der Stahleinlagen - für die bevorzugt hochfester Stahl verwendet wird - verzichtet werden. Diese werden im Rahmen der auf der Baustelle üblichen Toleranzen mit einem planmäßigen Abstand zueinander von etwa 5 mm - maximal 1/8 des Stahldurchmesser des einzelnen Bewehrungsstabes - (+/- 2 mm Toleranz) angeordnet und justiert. Der Abstand zwischen dem Beton der Stützen-Fertigteile und dem Deckenbeton und der darüber hinausragenden Bewehrungsstäbe zueinander wird mit Vergussmörtel kraftschlüssig ausgegossen.
