In der hier gezeigten Ausführungsform können die Zähne der Klappen 5, 6 mit den Zahnsegmenten 9, 10 auf dem Rand 11 des rohrförmigen Elements 8 zusammenwirken. Dabei sind die Klappen 5, 6 beispielsweise schwenkbar an einer Drehachse A in dem oberen Gehäuseteil 2 angeordnet. In der hier gezeigten Ausführungsform ist das rohrförmige Element 8 wirksam verbunden mit dem unteren Gehäuseteil 3, so dass wenn die Gehäuseteile 2, 3 gegeneinander verdreht werden, dass rohrförmige Element 8 relativ zum Gehäuseteil 3 bewegt wird. Dabei können die Zähne der Klappen 5, 6 mit den Zähnen der Zahnsegmente 9, 10 derart zusammenwirken, dass die Klappen 5, 6 geöffnet beziehungsweise geschlossen werden, wenn die Zähne an den Klappen 5, 6 mit den Zähnen der Zahnsegmente 9, 10 sich überlagern. Das Zusammenwirken der Zähne der Klappen 5, 6 und der Zahnsegmente 9, 10 ist näher in
Des Weiteren weist das in
Als Mittel zur Übertragung der Rotationsbewegung des rohrförmigen Elements 8 auf die Klappen 5, 6, weisen die hier gezeigten Klappen 5, 6 Zähne Z1, Z2, Z3 auf, diese Zähne Z1, Z2, Z3 können mit Zähnen von Zahnsegmenten 9, 10 des rohrförmigen Elements 8 zusammenwirken. Wird das rohrförmige Element 8 gedreht, beispielsweise durch eine Drehung der Gehäuseteile 2, 3 gegeneinander, so bewegt sich beispielsweise das Zahnsegment 9 nach links, wodurch Zahn Z1 der Klappe 5 freigegeben wird und Zahn Z2 der Klappe 5 weiter in die Mitte geführt wird. Durch diese Bewegung wird die Klappe 5 geöffnet. Durch ein sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Randseite 11 des rohrförmigen Elements 8 befindliches zweites Zahnsegment 10, wird auch Klappe 6 geöffnet. Gegenüberliegend bezieht sich in diesem Zusammenhang auf einen Versatz der beiden Zahnsegmente um 180° auf dem Rand 11 des rohrförmigen Elements. Haben alle drei Zähne Z1, Z2, Z3 der Klappen 5, 6 mit den Zähnen der Zahnsegmente 9, 10 des rohrförmigen Elements 8 zusammengewirkt, so sind die Klappen 5, 6 vollständig geöffnet und ruhen in der Aufnahme 7. Da keine weiteren Zahnsegmente auf dem Rand 11 des rohrförmigen Elements 8 angeordnet sind, kann nun das rohrförmige Element 8 weiter gedreht werden, ohne das eine weitere Bewegung der Klappen 5, 6 stattfindet. Bedingt durch die Anordnung der Zahnsegmente auf zwei Kreisbahnen mit unterschiedlichen Radien, wie näher in
Claims (11)
- Enclosure (1), in particular for a lipstick comprising:at least two enclosure parts (2, 3), wherein the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) can be rotated relatively to one another andat least one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) comprises an opening (4); anda closing mechanism, wherein the closing mechanism comprises:two lids (5, 6) by which the said one opening (4) in one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) can be closed; anda tubular element (8), which rotates relatively to one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3), when the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) are rotated in relation to one another,wherein each of the two lids (5, 6) and the tubular element (8) comprise means, which move the two lids (5, 6), when the tubular element (8) is rotated, in such a way that the lids (5, 6) close or open the opening (4), and wherein the means of the tubular element (8) which interacts with one of the two lids (5, 6), and the means of the tubular element (8) which interacts with the other of the two lids (5, 6) are arranged on two different circular paths on the tubular element (8),wherein the means for moving the lids (5, 6) are formed by teeth (Z1, Z2, Z3) at the lids (5, 6) and two teeth-segments (9, 10) at the tubular element (8), wherein the teeth (Z1, Z2, Z3) of one of the two lids (5, 6) can grip into the teeth of one of the two teeth-segments (9, 10) and the teeth (Z1, Z2, Z3) of the other of the two lids (5, 6) can grip into the teeth of the other of the two teeth-segments (9, 10) for moving the lids (5, 6);and a transmission (14) for operatively connecting the tubular element (8) with at least one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) for transferring the rotation of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) against one another onto the tubular element (8).
- Enclosure (1) of claim 1, wherein the means for moving the two lids (5, 6) of the tubular element (8) are arranged on two circular paths with different radii (r1, r2).
- Enclosure (1) of claim 1, wherein the teeth-segments (9, 10) of the tubular element (8) are arranged at the edge (11) of the tubular element (8).
- Enclosure (1) of claim 1, wherein the teeth-segments (9, 10) are located opposed to one another on the tubular element (8).
- Enclosure (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein at least one enclosure part (2, 3) comprises a cavity (7) for the two lids (5, 6) of the closing mechanism.
- Enclosure (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closing mechanism comprises means for holding the lids (5, 6) in a particular position.
- Enclosure (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closing mechanism further comprises a limiter for limiting the rotation of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) against one another.
- Enclosure (1) according to any of the preceding claims, further comprising a transport mechanism for transporting the lipstick out of one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) through the opening (4) or into the one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) through the opening (4), wherein the transport mechanism comprises a cage (12), which at least partially holds the lipstick and wherein the cage (12) is moved by the rotation of the at least two enclosure part (2, 3) against one another.
- Enclosure (1) of claim 8, wherein the transport mechanism is represented by an interaction of the cage (12) and the tubular element (8).
- Enclosure (1) of claim 9, wherein the cage (12) comprises at least one pin and the tubular element (8) comprises at least one helical shaped recess for accommodating the pin of the cage (12), wherein by rotating the tubular element (8) the cage (12) is moved along the helical shaped recess.
- Enclosure (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the tubular element (8) is operatively connectable with at least one of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) and the tubular element (8) performs a motion relatively to the rotation of the at least two enclosure parts (2, 3) against one another.
