Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication d'emballages pour le conditionnement d'articles au sens général et plus particulièrement de bouteilles ou de flacons, notamment en verre, voir par exemple FR 2 778 634 .The present invention relates to the field of the manufacture of packaging for the packaging of articles in the general sense and more particularly bottles or bottles, in particular glass, see for example FR 2 778 634 .

The invention applies preferentially to packaging formed from cardboard flanks pre-cut, folded and shaped manually or automatically to make a package. The invention is however not limited to this type of material and it can also be applied to paper-based packaging or molded material.

In the above field, it is known essentially for the packaging of products in bottles and bottles, so-called tubular cases and packaging, of traditionally rectangular or circular section. These packages comprise a tubular body closed at one end to support a bottle or bottle, introduced into the tubular body by a second end thereof, this second end being closable by a removable cover or by a closure panel articulated on the body of the case.

However, they do not allow an advantageous presentation of the bottle or the packaged bottle, nor an easy and quick access to it.

Indeed, the opening of the holster by removing the lid does not correctly and completely visualize the bottle or the bottle contained inside the holster. Moreover, the removal of the bottle or bottle of such a case is a delicate operation since it requires passing the hand through the second end of the tubular body of the case which is traditionally a lower section to the hand herself. This operation involves grasping the bottle by its neck only with the fingers, with the risk of sliding induced during removal of the bottle or the bottle of its case.

The present invention therefore aims to remedy the disadvantages of the state of the art by proposing a new packaging for bottles or vials, designed to facilitate the gripping of bottles or flasks when opening the package, while providing protection against shocks.

Another object of the invention is to provide a new packaging adapted to allow an advantageous and complete presentation of the bottles or bottles contained in the package, during the opening operation of the package.

To achieve these objectives, the present invention provides a new packaging according to a bottle or bottle packaging characterized in that it comprises a housing internally delimiting at least one housing accessible through a front opening located opposite a bottom , the housing being provided with hinged flaps able to occupy together a closed position of the housing and an open position of the housing, an internal structure for setting a bottle or bottle, mounted to move in translation inside the housing of the housing, between the bottom and the front opening, and a rigid connection system between the flaps and the internal blocking structure ensuring the displacement in translation of the internal blocking structure in the direction of the one hand, the bottom during the movement of the flaps between their open position and their closed position and secondly, the facade opening during the movement of the flaps between their position of fe and their open position.

On the figure 1 , the package 1 is presented in the open position giving access to the inside of the package to set up or remove the article 2 . On the figure 2 , the packaging 1 is presented in the closed position to protect the article 2 during the transport or sale of Article 2 .

The package 1 according to the invention comprises, as it appears more precisely in the figure 3 , a housing 4 delimiting at least one housing 5 for at least one article 2 . In the example shown, the housing 4 has a parallelepipedal shape internally defining a housing 5 also of parallelepipedal shape. Of course, it may be envisaged to produce a housing 4 and / or a housing 5 of different shape.

The housing 5 is accessible through a front opening 6 located opposite a bottom 7 . The housing 4 thus has a bottom 7 bordered by four sides 8 rising perpendicular to the bottom 7 to form a belt or a peripheral frame. In the example shown, the housing 4 has two long sides 8 interconnected by two small sides 8 . The sides 8 delimit internally with the bottom 7 , the housing 5 whose front opening 6 is established in the plane of extension of the upper edges of the sides 8 .

According to a preferred variant embodiment, the casing 4 is obtained from a pre-cut blank made from compact cardboard, corrugated cardboard or else from appropriate plastic sheets, the nature of the constituent material not being a characteristic. of the invention. According to this preferred embodiment, the pre-cut blank comprises a series of articulated panels interconnected by fold lines. The pre-cut blank is not described more precisely because it is not part of the object of the invention and its realization is well known to those skilled in the art.

According to an advantageous embodiment shown in the drawings, each side 8 of the housing 4 is formed by an outer wall 8 1 and an inner wall 8 2 extending parallel to each other and at a distance from one another. For each side 8 , the internal walls 8 2 and outer 8 1 are interconnected by a connecting wall 8 3 extending parallel to the bottom 7 . The connecting walls 8 3 extend in a common plane in which the front opening 6 is inscribed. The realization of the sides 8 by means of a double wall 8 1 , 8 2 makes it possible advantageously to produce a rigid peripheral protection frame for the article 2 .

The housing 4 also comprises flaps 11 articulated along a hinge line 12 . These flaps 11 are able to occupy together a position opening of housing 5 ( figure 1 ) or a closed position of the housing 5 ( figure 2 ).

In the example illustrated, the housing 4 comprises two flaps 11 extending from the two long sides 8 and each having a width substantially equal to the half-width of the short sides 8 , so that in the closed position, the flaps 11 are substantially joined by their free edge to completely close the front opening 6 .

Thus, in the closed position of the housing 5 , the flaps 11 rest on the connecting walls 8 3 , so that they extend in a common plane parallel to the bottom 7 ( figures 2 and 4 ). In the open position of the housing 5 , the flaps 11 are pivoted about their hinge line 12 at an angle sufficient to access the housing 5 . For example, each flap 11 forms in the open position, relative to the plane of extension of the front opening 6 , an angle of between 90 ° and 180 ° and of the order of preference of 135 ° (like this appears at the figure 5 .)

According to a preferred embodiment, each flap 11 is obtained from a pre-cut blank F v illustrated in FIG. figure 6 and made from compact cardboard, corrugated cardboard or appropriate plastic sheets. As is apparent from figures 3 and 6 , the precut blank F v comprises a fastening strip 14 connected by the hinge line 12 to an outer band 15 which is connected to an inner band 16 , by a fold line 17 extending parallel to the hinge line 12 . According to this example, the inner band 16 is folded along the fold line 17 , against the outer band 15 . The internal strips 16 and outer 15 are assembled together by any appropriate means such as by gluing to form together a flap 11 . Preferably, the inner 16 and outer 15 strips have identical widths. In addition, the fastening strips 14 , external 15 and internal 16 all have the same length, equal to a large side 8 of the housing 4.

As more specifically figures 3 and 5 , the fastening strip 14 is intended to be fixed by fixing means 19 on a 8 side of the housing 4 and in the example shown, on a long side 8 . For example, these fastening means 19 comprise adhesive strips provided with a peelable protection which, after removal, makes it possible to fix each fastening strip 14 on the outer face of a long side 8 of the casing 4 . The fastening strips 14 are fixed on the casing 4 , so that the hinge line 12 is located at the junction edge between the outer wall 8 1 and the connecting wall 8 3 .

According to an advantageous embodiment, the inner band 16 comprises a cutout 21 whose function will be clearly apparent in the following description. According to this variant, a cutout 22 is arranged in the inner strip 16 to leave a supporting and gripping lug 23 adjacent to the fold line 17 . After folding of the inner band 16 on the outer band 15 , the tab 23 which is not folded, extends projecting with respect to the fold line 17 . As is more clearly apparent from the figures 2 and 4 , the support lugs 23 are arranged offset on the inner strips 16 so as not to extend vis-à-vis. Each support lug 23 is intended to bear, in the closed position of the flaps, on the flap 11 to which it is not attached.

La structure interne de calage 30 est montée mobile en translation à l'intérieur du logement 5, entre le fond 7 et l'ouverture de façade 6.The package 1 according to the invention also comprises an internal structure 30 of wedging for an article 2 . The internal blocking structure 30 is movably mounted in translation inside the housing 5 , between the bottom 7 and the front opening 6 .

La structure interne de calage 30 possède un mouvement de coulissement qui est assujetti au mouvement de pivotement des volets 11.The package 1 according to the invention also comprises a rigid connection system 35 between the flaps 11 and the internal blocking structure 30 to ensure the displacement in translation of the internal blocking structure 30 in the direction of one hand, the bottom 7 during the movement of the flaps 11 between their open position and their closed position and secondly, the front opening 6 during the movement of the flaps 11 between their closed position and their open position. The internal structure of rigging 30 has a sliding movement which is subject to the pivoting movement of the flaps 11 .

In other words, in the closed position of the flaps 11 , the internal cushioning structure 30 extends substantially close to the bottom 7 ( figure 4 ). From this position, the application of a traction force on each flap 11 , from the gripping tabs 23 and in opposite directions external to the box (arrow f , figure 5 ) causes a pivoting of each flap 11 around its hinge line 12 leading to the opening of the flaps 11 . The simultaneous pivoting movements of the flaps 11 (according to the arrows f ) drive via the rigid connection system 35 , the vertical sliding of the internal blocking structure 30 (arrow f 1 , figure 5 ) which moves away from the bottom 7 to advance towards the front opening 6 .

For a given opening position of the flaps 11 in which the flaps 11 release access to the housing 5 and more specifically to Article 2 , the internal cushioning structure 30 is established substantially at the level of the front opening 6 . In this position, the article 2 which is no longer placed in the bottom of the housing 5 , is clear of the housing 5 facilitating its grip for its withdrawal.

Of course, a reverse operation is obtained when placing an article 2 on the internal blocking structure 30 . The introduction of an article 2 on the internal blocking structure 30 is achieved by positioning the flaps 11 in the open position ( figure 5 ) allowing access to the internal cushioning structure 30 . In this open position of the flaps 11 , it is recalled that the internal blocking structure 30 occupies the front opening 6 , thus favoring the placement of the article on the internal blocking structure 30 . A movement of rotation of the flaps 11 in a direction opposite to the direction of the arrows f causes the descent of the internal blocking structure 30 towards the bottom 7 . It should be noted that the downward sliding of the internal blocking structure 30 can be obtained automatically, with or without the aid of the movement of the flaps 11 , because of the weight of the article 2 . The internal structure of rigging 30 thus exerts a closing force on the flaps 11 leading to their abutment on the connecting walls 8 3 . Preferably, in the support position of the flaps 11 on the connecting walls 8 3 , the internal blocking structure 30 is not in contact with the bottom 7 , so as to allow complete closure of the housing 5 by the flaps 11 under the effect of the weight of the internal blocking structure 30 .

Of course, to allow such sliding, the internal blocking structure 30 has a height less than the height of the housing 5 defined between the bottom 7 and the front opening 6 .

According to an advantageous variant embodiment, the internal blocking structure 30 is obtained from a pre-cut blank F c ( figure 7 ) and made from compact cardboard, corrugated cardboard or plastic sheets. As is more particularly apparent from the figure 7 the precut blank F c has a bottom panel 41 connected by a transverse fold line 42 to an intermediate side panel 43 which is connected to a top panel 44 through a transverse fold line 45 , parallel to the transverse fold line 42 .

In the example shown, the cutout 47 has the profile of a bottle to ensure the setting of this bottle by partial insertion of the bottle inside this cutout 47 :

According to another advantageous embodiment, the bottom panel 41 comprises a cutout 49 making it possible to form a flap 50 hinged along a fold line 51 , with respect to the bottom panel 41 . The flap 50 is provided with locking notches 52 intended to cooperate, as will be explained in the following description, with the top panel 44 . A notch 53 is provided in the top panel 44 for the partial passage of the flap 50 . The flap 50 is provided with a through hole 55 for the neck of a bottle 2 , as is clearly apparent from FIG. figure 1 .

As is apparent from the figure 7 , the bottom panel 41 is connected to an end panel 60 , via a fold line 61 , parallel to the fold lines 42 , 45 and located opposite the fold line 42 connecting the bottom panel with 43 side intermediate panel. The top panel 44 is connected to an end-end panel 63 , via a fold line 64 parallel to the fold lines 42 , 45 and located opposite the fold line 45 connecting the top panel with 43 side intermediate panel.

According to an advantageous characteristic of embodiment, the bottom panel 41 is connected on both sides to a side panel 66 , via a longitudinal fold line 67 extending in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines 42 , 45 , 61 , 64 . Each side panel 66 is connected to a connecting flange 68 forming part of the rigid connection system 35 . In the illustrated example, each connecting wing 68 comprises a connecting panel 70 connected to a side panel 66 via a longitudinal fold line 71 parallel to the longitudinal fold line 67 with the bottom panel 41 . Each connecting panel 70 is connected to a fastening panel 73 by means of a longitudinal fold line 74 which is parallel to the longitudinal fold line 71 of connection between each side panel 66 and the associated connecting panel 70 .

Each connecting flange 68 formed by the connecting panels 70 and attachment 73 is intended to pass through a slot 76 arranged in a longitudinal fold line 77 arranged on either side of the top panel 44 and between the latter and against -side panel 78 . It should be noted that the longitudinal fold lines 77 bordering on both sides the top panel 44 are arranged in the extension of the longitudinal fold lines 67 extending on either side of the bottom panel 41 . Indeed, the bottom panel 41 and the top panel 44 have the same width.

The realization of the internal blocking structure 30 from the precut blank F c follows directly from the foregoing description. As is apparent from the comparison of figures 7 and 8 , bottom panels 41 and top panels 44 are folded towards one another by being folded along their transverse fold lines 42 , 45 . During this movement of folding or approximation, the tab 50 is bent at 90 ° , along its fold line 51 , to engage in the notch 53 arranged in the top panel 44 . Simultaneously, the connecting flanges 68 are engaged in the slots 76 , after the folding of the side panels 66 along their longitudinal fold line 67 .

In final mounting position, the bottom panels 41 and top 44 extend one above the other, parallel to each other and at a spacing given by the height of the intermediate side panel 43 . In this position, the flap 50 extends symmetrically on either side of the top panel 44 , with the locking notches 52 which cooperate with the latter. In the same direction, each passage slot 76 for a connecting wing 68 has a specific cutout to define at least one and, for example, two tabs 80 intended to cooperate each with a notch 81 arranged in the longitudinal fold line 71 between the side panel 66 and the connecting panel 70 . In final assembly position, the tongues 80 are engaged in the notches 81 ensuring a locking of the connecting flanges 68 with respect to the top panel 44 .

Once formed by folding, the internal wedging structure 30 is inserted into the housing 5 of the housing 4 , starting from its front opening 6 . In this respect, it should be noted that the surface of the top panel 44 corresponds to the clearance, to the passage section of the housing 5 . In the engaged position, the internal blocking structure 30 is guided in vertical sliding by means of the intermediate side panel 43 , the end counter-panel 63 and the side counter-panels 78 coming into contact with the sides 8 of the housing 4 and more precisely, with the inner walls 8 2 . Thus, the inner walls 8 2 of the sides 8 define guide surfaces for the internal structure of wedging 30 which also has complementary guide surfaces to cooperate with the guide surfaces of the housing 4 and in particular made by the side intermediate panel 43 , the end-cons panel 63 and essentially by the side-cons panels 78 .

Preferably, each fixing panel 73 is fixed, for example, by gluing or by an adhesive on a flap 11 by being inserted into a cutout 21 . Advantageously, the shape of each fixing panel 73 is complementary to the shape of each cutout 21 , so that each fixing panel 73 reconstitutes the portion of the inner strip 16 removed by the cutout 21 . Thus, there is no excess thickness of material after attachment of the fastening panel 73 on the flap 11 and more precisely on the outer panel 15 .

It should be understood that the connecting flanges 68 ensure the transmission of forces and consequently movements between the flaps 11 and the internal blocking structure 30 . Thus, an opening movement of the flaps 11 (direction of the arrows f ) leads to a traction on the connecting flanges 68 which pivot about their fold line 71 causing the lifting of the internal cushioning structure 30 , as explained hereinafter. before. In a complementary manner, a closing movement of the flaps 11 leads to the application of a thrust force on the connecting flanges 68 which pivot about their folding line 71 causing the lowering of the internal cushioning structure 30 towards the bottom 7 ( figure 4 ). During these opening and closing movements, it should be noted that there appears a pivoting between the connecting panels 70 and the fixing panels 73 around the fold line 74 .

The package 1 according to the invention offers the advantage of being able to bring the internal blocking structure 30 in front to facilitate the introduction of the article 2, when opening the flaps 11 . As it is clear to the figures 1 and 5 , Article 2 is blocked by its insertion in the cutout 47 and in the tab 50 , while resting on the bottom panel 41 . In its mounting position, the article 2 exceeds half its thickness with respect to the top panel 44 . The weight of the article 2 , combined or not with the application of a thrust force on the wedging structure and / or a closing movement of the flaps 11 , allow to obtain the descent or re-entry of the internal blocking structure 30 inside the housing 5 until the shutters are completely closed 11 . The opening movement of the flaps 11 makes it possible to bring article 2 into frontage, facilitating its gripping and its withdrawal.
