Abstract

The tissue package consists of stacked tissues (102, 109), wherein tissue sections are superimposed. In order to remove said tissues reliably from the packaging, irrespectively of the position thereof within the tissue package, each tissue has at least one zig-zag fold (104, 105, 107) having a width ranging from about 10% to 100% of the package width (101). The package width and the dimension of the superimposition of stacked tissues (102, 109) are adjusted by regulating the width of the zig-zag fold (104, 105, 107) such that each time an upper tissue is removed from the packaging a subsequent tissue is reliably entrained.

The invention relates to a cloth package according to the preamble of claim 1.

The known cloth packages have many shortcomings, such as uneven packing of the folded towels, which leads to inferior use of the packaging spaces. The most significant deficiencies include uneven pulling out of the wipes from the package. It happens that when pulling out the upper cloth, the following cloth is not taken, but remains in the package. Then it is only with difficulty possible to pull this cloth through the packaging opening.

Extraction of the wipes from the package depends on various criteria, such as the location of the wipes in the package, and especially the overlap length of the folded wipes, as well as their placement within the wipe package. If the wipes are wet wipes, clean wiping of overlaid wipes also depends on the chemical composition of the solution soaked in the wipes. If the overlap length is not matched to the solution used accordingly, then there are problems with reliably pulling the respective subsequent cloth through the preceding cloth from the packaging opening. The cloth is either not completely removed or the following cloth remains completely inside the package. The invention has for its object to form the generic cloth package so that the towels regardless of their location within the cloth package can be reliably removed from the packaging, the folding of the towels should be simple and safe to use.

This object is achieved in the generic cloth package according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1.

When cloth package according to the invention, the respective upper cloth takes on the next cloth due to the overlap and leads it through the packaging opening partially to the outside. The package width and the size of the overlap of overlapping cloths is adjusted by the width adjustment of the zigzag folding so that the respective subsequent cloth is reliably taken when pulling out the respective upper cloth. In addition, can be optimally adjusted by the zigzag folding the desired package width with optimum width of the respective cloth on the particular application.

FIGS. 1 to 30 show in each case a side view and a schematic illustration of different exemplary embodiments of folded towel packages according to the invention.

The Ausführungsbeispieie described below are shown only schematically in the drawings to illustrate the folding of the towels within the package. The numbers given on the folded towels give the length of the corresponding sections of tissue in millimeters limeters. These dimensions are to be understood as an example only and do not limit the scope of protection.

Such towels are used, for example, as moistened toilet tissues, as wet wipes for babies and the like. The cloths are in a package that can be made of solid material, of flexible material and the like. Advantageously, the packaging is designed as a tubular bag packaging that can be produced inexpensively and easily. These packages have an opening that is opened for use of the package contents. From this opening, the cloths can be pulled out as needed, wherein in all embodiments, the cloths are folded in the package and interconnected so that the respective subsequent cloth when pulling out the previous cloth is partially pulled through the opening to the outside and comfortable by the user can be detected. If this cloth is pulled out of the package, then the following cloth is partially pulled out of the opening of the package in the same way.

Usually, the length of these narrow pull-through openings is smaller than the corresponding length of the cloth package contained in the package. In the described embodiments, it is nevertheless ensured that the respective following cloth can be reliably pulled out of the package through the opening.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the width 101 of the folded sheets is for example 100 mm. The uppermost cloth 102 in the package extends with a cloth portion 104 from the left package edge over more than half the width to a Faitkante 103, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the cloth 102. The tissue section 104 has a width of 75 mm in the exemplary embodiment. At the folding edge 103, the cloth 102 is folded back so that a narrow cloth portion 105 is formed, which in the embodiment has a length of 25 mm and up to about half the width of the tissue section 104. The tissue section 105 passes over a folded edge 106, which is parallel to the folding edge 103, into a tissue section 107, which in the exemplary embodiment has a length of 50 mm and is folded over at the right package edge by 180 °. The further fabric section 108 formed thereby extends over a length of 50 mm, that is to say in half the width of the fabric package.

The tissue sections 107, 108 engage around the following tissue 109, whose tissue section 110 extending between the tissue sections 107, 108 extends over the package width 101. The cloth 131 is thus folded the same as the uppermost cloth 102 of the package. The cloth 137 following the cloth 131 is folded in the same manner as the cloth 109. In the described embodiment, the overlapping length of the cloths is 50% of the package width 101. Each cloth 102, 109, 117, 124, 131, 137 to 140 each has a zigzag fold whose width corresponds to 1/4 of the package width 101. The overlapping sheets are arranged within the package such that the areas of overlap between successive sheets lie alternately right and left within the package. These alternately arranged on both sides of the package edges are designated in Fig. 1 with 1 to 16. The zigzag convolutions each lie in regions 141 to 144, the width of which corresponds in each case to one fourth of the package width 101. The zigzag folds are arranged distributed in these areas so that the package has a constant height over the package width 101. As a result, the cloths can be easily pulled out of the packaging opening one after the other. In the exemplary embodiment, first the tissue section 104 of the uppermost tissue 102 is pulled out through the packaging opening (not shown). The zigzag folding 104, 105, 107 is first unfolded when the cloth 102 is pulled out, as a result of which the cloth portion 107 is folded uniformly over its length (transversely to the plane of the drawing) and pulled in the direction of the packaging opening. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the individual wipes are likewise each provided with a zigzag fold, but the overlap of successive wipes is less than in the previous embodiment.

The blanket 102 has the blanket portion 104 extending from the left edge of the package over more than 50% of the package width 101, in the embodiment 60%. The two tissue sections 107, 108 embrace the end of the tissue section 110 of the subsequent tissue 109. The tissue segment 109 extends over the entire package width 101 and passes over the folding edge 11 into the tissue segment 112, which passes over the folding edge 13 into the tissue segment 114 passes. The two tissue sections 120, 122 engage around the tissue section 123 of the blanket 124. The blanket section 123 extends from the package edge to over 80% of the package width 101 and passes over the fold edge 125 into the blanket section 126 of the zigzag fold. The tissue section 126, the width of which is 30% of the package width 101, merges via the fold edge 127 into the tissue section 128. It extends over 50% of the packet width 101 to to the package edge and is arcuate in the end-side tissue section 129 on. The tissue section 129, like the tissue section 122, extends over 40% of the package width 101.

The two tissue sections 128, 129 surround the tissue section 130 of the following tissue 131. It connects via a folding edge 148 to a cloth section 149, which extends to the opposite package edge and there arcuately merges into an end-side cloth section 150.

The tissue sections 145, 147, 149 form a zigzag fold. The cloth section 147 extends over 30% and the cloth section 149 over 70% of the package width 101. The end-side cloth section 150 extends over 40% of the package width 101.

The end-side cloth section 136 of the cloth 131 engages under a part of the zigzag fold 145, 147, 149 of the cloth 137.

The two tissue sections 149, 150 surround the tissue section 151 of the following tissue 139, which is the same design and folded as the Cloth 109. The following cloth 140 corresponds in shape and folding the cloth 117, the subsequent cloth 141 the cloth 124, etc.

As in the previous embodiment, the cloth sections embracing the cloth sections of the respective lower cloth are located alternately on opposite sides of the package. The zigzag folds of the overlapping cloths are each offset from one another. This ensures that the zigzag folds are not arranged in the same package width. Thus, the zigzag fold 104, 105, 107 of the uppermost fabric 102 is approximately half the width of the package, while the zigzag fold 110, 112, 114 of the following fabric 109 is provided on the left package edge. The zig-zag fold 116, 119, 120 of the subsequent fabric 117, in turn, lies in the right half of the package, while the subsequent zigzag folding of the fabric 124 is provided in the left half of the package. In this way, it is achieved that the package over its width 101 has approximately constant thickness. This favors the clean extraction of the wipes from the packaging. In contrast to the previous embodiment, the overlap length of successive wipes is only 40% of the package width 101. The zigzag folding of each individual wipe ensures that when the respective wipe is pulled out through the packaging opening, the following wipe is reliably carried along by the encompassing wipe sections. When pulling out, the zigzag fold must first be pulled apart before the pull-out movement of the cloth is transferred to the following cloth. This favors the clean extraction of successive wipes from the packaging.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the uppermost cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104 whose width corresponds to the package width 101. The tissue section 104 extends from the right to the left package edge, where it passes over the folded edge 103 into the tissue section 105. It connects via the folding edge 106 to the folding section 107, which extends to the left package edge and there arcuate in the end-side tissue section 108 extends. The two cloth sections 105, 107 forming part of the zigzag folding are of equal length and each extend over 37% of the package width 101. It connects via the folding edge 121 to the cloth portion 120, which forms a part of the zigzag fold together with the cloth portion 1 19 and extends to the left package edge. The cloth section 119 extends over 37% and the cloth section 120 over 70% of the package width 101. The end-side cloth section 122 extends over 26% of the package width 101.

The tissue sections 120, 122 surround the tissue section 123 of the subsequent tissue 124. The tissue segment 123 extends from the left package edge over 67% of the package width 103 and merges into the tissue segment 126 via a fold edge 125. It connects via folding edge 127 to cloth section 128. The two tissue sections 126, 128 form the zigzag Folding. Also in this embodiment, the zigzag folds of the individual cloths are arranged distributed over the height of the package. In contrast to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the zigzag folds are in three areas 141 to 143 of the package. In the two edge regions 141, 143 are the zigzag folds with the same length cloth sections. In the central region 142 are the zigzag folds, the tissue sections are of different lengths. Also, by this design and arrangement of the zigzag folds is achieved that the cloth package over the package width has approximately constant height. The zigzag folds are evenly distributed across the width and height of the package.

The end-side tissue sections of each tissue engage under the respective subsequent tissue over a width of only 26%. Despite this relatively small overlap area, the respective subsequent towels are reliably taken by the respective preceding cloth. The zigzag folds ensure that the following fabric is reliably detected and taken along in the overlapping area. With regard to the folding of the wipes, the embodiment according to FIG. 4 corresponds to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3. The difference is that the respective end-side tissue sections of the wipes have a width of 33% of the package width 101. The zigzag folds with the same length of cloth sections have a width of 33% of the package width 101. By way of example, reference is made to the uppermost cloth 102, whose two cloth sections 105, 107 on the left package edge have the width of 33% of the package width 101. The end-side tissue section 108, which, together with the tissue section 107 of the zigzag folding, encompasses the tissue section 110 of the subsequent tissue 109 on the left package edge, likewise has a width of 33% of the package width 101.

The zigzag folds, which are arranged in the central region 142 of the package, are of different lengths, as in the previous embodiment. The respective upper tissue section of the zigzag folding has a width of 34% and the respective lower tissue section has a width of 67% of the package width 101. Incidentally, this embodiment corresponds to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3.

Also in this embodiment, the zigzag folds successive towels are each offset from each other, so that the package has about its package width about constant height. This helps to cleanly remove the wipes from the package.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the wipes are each folded the same, so that the corresponding package can be produced very simply and inexpensively. The top cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104, which extends from the left to the right package edge and there passes over the folding edge 103 in the cloth portion 105. The two tissue sections 107, 108 embrace the tissue section 110 of the following tissue 109. The tissue section 114 merges into the end-side tissue section 115 in the shape of an arc on the left package edge. It engages with the tissue portion 114 the tissue portion 116 of the subsequent tissue 117. It is folded and formed like the tissue 102. The subsequent tissue 124 is the same and folded as the tissue 109. These two types of tissues make up the entire package educated. The zig-zag folds of the cloths are alternately on the left and on the right package edge, resulting in a uniform height of the package over the package width. Since the cloth sections of the zigzag folding are each the same width, the cloths can be easily folded. Since the cloth sections each have a width of 45% of the package width 101, the result is only a very narrow average package area of 10% of the package width 101, in which there is only one layer of each cloth. However, since this middle area is very narrow, it does not affect or even insignificantly on a uniform height of the package.

Despite the small overlap of successive wipes of only 10% of the package width ensures that the wipes are reliably pulled out through the packaging opening. The zigzag folds of the individual wipes ensure that the respective subsequent wipe is reliably taken along despite the small overlap area. This is attributable to the fact that the tissue sections of the zigzag folds are relatively stable. Be wide, so that when pulling out of the respective cloth from the packaging opening a large Ausziehweg is required to pull apart the zigzag folds. As a result, each next cloth is reliably taken despite the small overlap area.

In the embodiment of FIG. 6, the cloths are alternately folded the same, with the respective overlapping cloth overlapping areas provided alternately on the right and on the left side of the package and are indicated by the numbers 1 to 16. The arrangement and folding of the cloths corresponds to the previous embodiment.

The package width 101 is 75 mm in the embodiment of FIG. 6. The top cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104, which extends from the left to the right package edge and there passes over the folding edge 103 in the cloth portion 105. It connects via the folding edge 106 to the cloth section 107, which forms the zigzag fold together with the cloth section 105. Both tissue sections 105, 107 are the same length and extend over more than half the package width 101. In the exemplary embodiment, the tissue sections 105, 107 have a width of 50 mm. The cloth section 107 passes over the right package edge in an arcuate manner into the end-side cloth section 108, the width of which is less than half the package width 101 and in the exemplary embodiment has a width of 25 mm.

The two tissue sections 107, 108 surround the tissue section 110 of the following tissue 109, which extends from the right to the left package edge and there passes over the folding edge 111 in the tissue section 1 12. Via the folding edge 113, the tissue section 112 merges into the tissue section 114, which forms a part of the zig-zag folding of the tissue 109 together with the tissue tuft 112. The two tissue sections 1 12, 114 are the same width and extend over more than half the package width, in the exemplary embodiment about 50 mm. The cloth section 14 passes on the left package edge in the form of an arc into the end-side cloth section 115, which together with the cloth section 114, the following cloth 117 engages around. The width of the end-side tissue section 115 is smaller than half the package width and in the exemplary embodiment is 25 mm.

The following wipes are formed according to the wipes 102 and 109 and connected to each other.

The zigzag folds successive cloths overlap each other in half package width 101. As a result, the package has a slightly greater height at half the width than in the edge regions.

The overlapping successive wipes is again sufficiently large, so that in conjunction with the zigzag folds upstream of the overlap region, the respective subsequent wipes are reliably taken along.

The only difference is that the cloth sections forming the zigzag folds extend over half the package width and the overlapping area between successive cloths also corresponds to 50% of the package width. The cloth package thus has constant height over its entire width.

Fig. 8 shows an embodiment in which the zigzag folding extends in contrast to all the previous embodiments over the entire packet width 101. The top cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104 which extends from the left to the right package edge and passes over the folding edge 103 in the cloth portion 105. It extends to the opposite left package edge and there passes over the Faitkante 106 in the cloth section 107 on. He goes on the right package edge arcuately in the end-side tissue section 108 on. The following wipes are formed according to the wipes 102, 107. The large overlap width of 50% of the package width 101 as well as the wide zigzag folds, which extend over the entire package width, ensure a clean and trouble-free extraction of the individual cloths from the packaging.

FIG. 9 shows an embodiment in which the zigzag folds of successive sheets are offset relative to each other in order to achieve the most constant possible package height over the package width 101.

In this embodiment, the package width 101 is exemplified 125 mm. The top cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104, which extends from the left to the right package edge and there passes over the folding edge 103 in the cloth portion 105. It is connected via the folding edge 106 with the tissue section 107, which forms the zigzag folding of the tissue 102 together with the tissue section 105. The tissue section 107, at the right package edge, transitions arcuately into the end-side tissue section 108, which extends over a width of 20% of the package width 101.

The tissue sections 107, 108 surround the tissue section 110 of the subsequent tissue 109, which extends from the right package edge to the left package extends and there passes over the folding edge 111 in the cloth section 1 12. It connects via the folding edge 121 to the cloth section 120, which together with the cloth section 119 forms part of the zigzag folding of the cloth 17. The width of the cloth section 119 corresponds to 20% of the package width 101, while the width of the cloth section 120 corresponds to 40% of the package width 101. The tissue section 120 extends to the right package edge and there passes arcuately into the end-side tissue section 122 whose width corresponds to 20% of the package width 101.

The two tissue sections 120, 122 surround the tissue section 123 of the tissue 124. It extends from the right package edge over 80% of the package width 101 and passes over the fold edge 125 in the tissue section 126 on. It connects via the fold edge 127 to the tissue section 128, which together with the tissue section 126 forms part of the zigzag folding of the tissue 124. The cloth portion 126 has a width corresponding to 20% of the package width 101, while the width of the cloth portion 128 is 40% of the package width 101.

The tissue section 128 extends to the left package edge and there is arcuate in the end-side tissue section 129, whose width 20% of the packet width 101 corresponds.

The two tissue sections 128, 129 surround the tissue section 130 of the tissue 131. The tissue segment 130 extends from the left package edge over 60% of the package width 101 and merges into the tissue segment 133 via the folding edge 132. It connects via fold edge 134 to cloth section 135, which together with cloth section 133 forms part of the zigzag folding of cloth 131. The following cloth 138 corresponds in its fold to the cloth 102, the cloth 139 to the cloth 124 and the cloth 140 to the cloth 102. The connection of these cloths takes place in the same way as has been described with reference to the previous cloths.

The zigzag folds of the individual sheets are distributed in the areas 141 to 144, 152 of the package. These areas each have the same width, which corresponds to 20% of the packet width 101. The zigzag folds are arranged distributed in this area so that the package has approximately constant height over its entire width. The overlapping width between overlapping cloths in this exemplary embodiment is in each case 20% of the package width 101. As in the previous embodiments, the overlapping areas lie alternately on the left and on the right package edge, which is indicated by the designations 1 to 16. The embodiment according to FIG. 12 essentially corresponds to the embodiment according to FIG. 11. At the left package edge of the cloth section 130 goes over the folding edge 132 in the cloth section 133, which extends to the right package edge and there passes over the fold edge 134 in the cloth section 135. It extends over more than half the package width 101, in the embodiment over 63 mm. As a result, the cloth section 135 is spaced from the left package edge.

Between the tissue sections 133, 135 projects the cloth 137, which is the same arranged and folded as the cloth 117. The following cloth 138 is arranged corresponding to the cloth 131 and folded.

The subsequent wipes are arranged according to the wipes 137 and 138 and folded and connected together in the manner described.

The overlaps of the adjacent wipes is one third of the package width 101. As a result, the respective subsequent wipes are reliably taken from the previous cloth when it is pulled out of the package through the packaging opening. Those wipes, which have on their side facing the packaging opening the tissue portion 104, 158, can be particularly good at this tissue section and pull out. On the left package edge, the tissue section 110 passes over the folding edge 11 into the end-side tissue section 156, which together with the tissue segment 10 forms the one end single fold of the tissue 109. The tissue section 110 extends over more than half the package width 101, in the exemplary embodiment over 50 mm. The end cloth portion 156 has a width of one third of the package width 101.

The tissue section 110 passes over the folding edge 1 11 at the other, lying within the package end in the tissue section 112, which in turn passes over the folding edge 113 in the tissue section 114. The cloth section 112 extends over one third of the package width 101. The cloth section 114 extends from the folded edge 113 over more than half the package width 101, in the exemplary embodiment over 50 mm, to the right package edge. There, the tissue section 114 is arcuate in the tissue section 115 over. It has a width which corresponds to one third of the package width 101. The tissue section 116 passes on the right package edge on the folding edge 118 in the tissue section 119, which extends from the right to the left package edge and there arcuately merges into the end-side tissue section 122. Its width corresponds to 25% of the packet width 101.

Between the cloth sections 119, 122 of the cloth 117, the cloth 124 engages. It has the same design as the cloth 109, but is arranged laterally reversed in relation to this cloth in the package. The blanket 124 has the blanket portion 123 extending between the two package edges. At the left package edge of the cloth section 123 goes over the fold edge 125 in the end-side cloth section 126 whose width corresponds to 25% of the package width 101.

At the right package edge of the tissue section 123 goes over the folding edge 127 in the tissue section 128 on. It has a width of 50% of the package width 101 and passes over the folding edge 161 in the end-side cloth section 162 whose width corresponds to 25% of the package width 101.

The following cloth 131 is arranged the same and formed as the cloth 102. It engages with its cloth portion 130 between the cloth sections 123, 128 of the cloth 124th

In this way, the package is formed by the alternately superimposed and releasably connected wipes. The overlap width of adjacent wipes corresponds to 25% of the package width 101, which ensures that the wipes are reliably taken when pulled out through the packaging opening. The end-side tissue sections 112, 126 lie under the tissue section 110, 119. In the embodiment according to FIG. 20, the wipes are superimposed in the upper half of the package in one direction and in the lower half in the other direction. Advantageously, these two parts are the same height.

The cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104, which extends from the left to the right package edge and there passes over the folding edge 103 in the cloth portion 105. It extends to the left package edge and there goes arcuately in the tissue section 108, which merges via the folding edge 153 in the end-side tissue section 154. The tissue sections 108, 154 each have a width which corresponds to 30% of the package width 101.

Between the tissue sections 105, 108 of the tissue section 1 10 of the cloth 109 engages, which extends from the left to the right package edge and there over the folding edge 11 1 in the cloth section 1 12 passes. It extends to the left package edge and there goes arcuately into the tissue section 115, which connects via the fold edge 155 to the end-side tissue section 156, which extends like the tissue section 154 to the left edge. The tissue sections 115, 156 each have a width of 30% of the package width 101. The tissue sections 15, 156, like the tissue sections 108, 154, form the single folds of the respective tissue.

The subsequent wipes are connected in the same way with the respective previous and the following wipes, as has been explained above with reference to the wipes 102, 109.

At the transition between the upper and the lower stack part of the cloths is a middle cloth 163 which connects the lower cloth of the upper stacking member with the upper cloth of the lower stacking member. This middle cloth 163 has the cloth portion 164, which is releasably connected in the manner described with its left end portion with the preceding cloth of the upper stack part. The tissue section 164 extends over two-thirds of the package width 101 from the left package edge and merges via a fold edge 165 into a tissue section 166 which extends toward the left package edge and whose width corresponds to approximately 50% of the package width 101. At a distance from the left package edge of the tissue section 166 passes over a folding edge 167 in a tissue section 168, which extends to the right package edge and there arcuately merges into the tissue section 169. It has a width of about 30% of the package width 101 and connects via a fold edge 170 to an end-side tissue section 171. The end cloth portion 171 has the same width as the cloth portion 169, with which it forms the single fold of the cloth 163 together.

Between the cloth sections 168, 169 of the middle cloth 163, the uppermost cloth 172 of the lower stacking part of the package engages in the same way as the cloths of the upper stacking part. The overlap area is however, in the lower stack part at the right package edge, while it is provided in the upper stack part at the left package edge.

Even with such an embodiment, the successive wipes can be reliably removed from the packaging. Due to the described design, the respective preceding cloth takes along the following cloth, wherein the relatively wide overlap region of overlapping cloths ensures reliable entrainment. Since the stacked stack parts advantageously have the same height and the single folds of the stack parts are provided on opposite package edges, the package has about its width about the same height.

In the manner described, the package may consist of several such stacked parts, wherein the sheets of stacked stack parts are each arranged so that the single-folds are alternately on the left and on the right package edge.

Also, in the package of Fig. 21, the cloths are arranged in stacking units so that the cloths are arranged laterally reversed in the lower stacking portion as compared with the cloths of the upper stacking portion.

In the two stacking parts, as in the previous embodiment, the cloths are in each case arranged the same and are connected to one another in the same way. The upper cloth 102 has the cloth portion 104 which extends from the left to the right package edge and there arcuately merges into the cloth portion 105. It extends to the left package edge and there goes arcuate in the tissue section 107, which extends over half the package width 101. The two tissue sections 105, 107 embrace the tissue section 110 of the tissue 109. The tissue segment 110 extends from the left to the right package edge and there passes in an arcuate manner into the tissue segment 1 12. It extends from the right to the left package edge and goes there arcuate in the cloth section 1 14 over.
