Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the folded tissues comprise at least two groups of tissue groups, each group of tissue groups has at least one free end, and tissues of the corresponding tissue group can be extracted through the free ends of each group of tissue groups, so that at least two persons or at least two times of simultaneous extraction of tissues can be realized, and the tissue stack can be loaded by using a tissue box with smaller volume by alternately stacking at least two groups of tissue groups into one tissue stack, so that the volume of the tissue box can be reduced. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the invention, the folded tissues include at least two tissue groups, which are, for example, a first tissue group a1 and a second tissue group a 2. Each group of tissue groups comprises a plurality of tissues which are sequentially stacked.
Taking the example that each tissue group comprises five tissues, the five tissues of the first tissue group A1 are tissues A11-A15 respectively, and the five tissues of the second tissue group A2 are tissues A21-A25 respectively.
Wherein the multiple towels of the two towel sets a1, a2 are interleaved to form a stack 100. Each group of tissue groups is provided with at least one removable free end, and the stacking mode of the plurality of tissues of each group of tissue groups can lead the next tissue in the extraction sequence of the parts of each group of tissue groups to be taken out after the tissues of the free ends are respectively extracted from the free ends of each group of tissue groups, thereby realizing the extraction of the tissues. The portion drawing sequence refers to that when the tissues in each group of tissue groups are drawn, the tissues are drawn by taking one tissue as a unit according to the drawing sequence.
In this embodiment, each tissue includes at least two layers of paper, and at least two layers of paper are completely overlapped, for example, each tissue may be formed by two layers of paper, three layers of paper, or four layers of paper. The thickness of the tissue can be increased by using at least two layers of paper separated to overlap to form one tissue. Of course, each tissue can also only comprise one layer of paper.
Further, each towel includes a fold and first and second sections bounded by the fold.
Taking the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1 and the second tissue of the second tissue group a2 as examples, with reference to fig. 2, the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1 comprises a fold a110, and a first section a111 and a second section a112 demarcated by the fold a 110; the second tissue a22 of the second tissue group A2 includes a fold a220, and a first section a221 and a second section a222 demarcated by the fold a 220.
The first subsection a111 of the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1 is the free end of the first tissue group A1, and the portion-wise extraction order of the first tissue group A1 is the extraction order from tissue a11 to tissue a 15. The first subsection a211 of the first towel a21 of the second towel group A2 is the free end of the second towel group A2, and the portion-wise extraction order of the second towel group A2 is the extraction order from towel a21 to towel a 25.
Wherein for any given tissue in each group of tissues except the first and last tissue, the first section of the given tissue at least partially overlaps above the second section of the previous tissue in the portion draw order of the corresponding group of tissues, and the second section of the given tissue at least partially overlaps below the first section of the next tissue in the portion draw order of the corresponding group of tissues.
With continued reference to fig. 1, for example, for the first tissue group a1, any given tissue is the second tissue a 12. The first sub-section of the second portion a12 at least partially overlaps the second sub-section of the previous portion a11 in portion draw order of the first group a1, and the second sub-section of the second portion a12 at least partially overlaps the first sub-section of the next portion a13 in portion draw order of the first group a 1.
For the second tissue group a2, any given tissue was the second tissue a 22. The first sub-section of the second portion a22 at least partially overlaps above the second sub-section of the previous portion a21 in portion draw order of the second group a2 of towels, and the second sub-section of the second portion a22 at least partially overlaps below the first sub-section of the next portion a23 in portion draw order of the second group a2 of towels.
In this way, the stacking manner of the other tissues in each tissue group is repeated.
The first tissue group A1 corresponds to the multiple tissues of the second tissue group A2 one by one. Any even number of the towels from the first group A1 were inserted between the first and second sections of the corresponding even number of the towels from the second group A2, and the fold of any even number of the towels from the first group A1 was adjacent to the fold of the corresponding even number of the towels from the second group A2. Any odd portion of the second group a2 is interposed between the first and second sections of the corresponding odd portion of the first group a1, and the fold of any odd portion of the second group a2 is adjacent to the fold of the corresponding odd portion of the first group a 1. Thus, the first group a1 and the second group a2 of towels are interleaved to form a stack 100 of towels.
As shown in fig. 1, the even-numbered tissues of the first tissue group a1 are the second tissue group a12 and the fourth tissue group a14, respectively, and the corresponding even-numbered tissues of the second tissue group a2 are the second tissue group a22 and the fourth tissue group a24, respectively. The odd number of towels in the second towel group a2 are the first towel a21, the third towel a23 and the fifth towel a25, respectively, and the corresponding odd number of towels in the first towel group a1 are the first towel a11, the third towel a13 and the fifth towel a15, respectively. In other words, any odd portion of the towels from the first group A1 surrounds the corresponding odd portion of the towels from the second group A2, and any even portion of the towels from the second group A2 surrounds the corresponding even portion of the towels from the first group A1, and the folds of the two corresponding towels from different groups are adjacent to each other.
For example, for the first tissue group a1, any even number of tissue portions is the second a12 portion. Wherein the second portion a12 is interposed between the first and second sections of the second portion a22 of the second group a2 and the fold of the second portion a12 is adjacent to the fold of the second portion a22 of the second group a 2. For the second tissue group a2, any odd number of tissues was the first tissue a 21. Wherein the first portion of wipes a21 is interposed between the first and second sections of the first portion of wipes a11 of the first group of wipes a1 and the fold of the first portion of wipes a21 is adjacent the fold of the first portion of wipes a11 of the first group of wipes a 1.
And the like, the stacking mode among different groups of paper towels is obtained.
When the towels are to be withdrawn, the first towel a11 is withdrawn from the first portion a111 of the first portion a11 of the first group A1, the first portion of the second portion a12 of the first group A1 is brought out, the second portion a12 is withdrawn from the first portion of the second portion a12 of the first group A1, the first portion of the third portion a13 of the first group A1 is brought out, and so on.
After the first portion a21 of the first tissue a21 of the second tissue group A2 was removed, the first portion of the second tissue a22 of the second tissue group A2 was brought out, after which the second portion a22 of the second tissue a22 of the second tissue group A2 was removed, the first portion of the third tissue a23 of the second tissue group A2 was brought out, and so on.
Therefore, with the tissue stack 100 of the present embodiment, the tissues can be taken out from the free ends of the first tissue group a1 and the second tissue group a2, respectively, so that at least two persons or at least two times of taking out the tissues can be achieved, and because the two tissue groups are stacked into one tissue stack 100 in a staggered manner, compared with the existing mode, the tissue stack 100 can be loaded by using a tissue box with a smaller volume, so that the volume of the required tissue box can be reduced, the size of the space occupied by the tissue box can be reduced, and the beauty of the tissue box and the convenience of the space arrangement can be improved.
However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the stacking manner of the plurality of tissues in each tissue group in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the stacking manner described in the above examples, and may be any stacking manner in the prior art as long as the tissue extraction can be realized.
It should be noted that, in order to clearly illustrate the stacking manner of the tissues between different groups, each tissue shown in fig. 1 is U-shaped, i.e. the folding portion is illustrated as an arc-shaped portion, and in actual production, in order to reduce the volume of the tissue stack, each tissue may be V-shaped, i.e. the folding portion is a folding line.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the same tissue set, at least one of the two opposing faces of the first portion of each tissue and the second portion of the previous tissue is a roughened face, for example, as in the example shown in fig. 1, in the first tissue set a1, the first portion of the second tissue a12 and the second portion of the first tissue a11 are overlapped face to face, and at least one of the two opposing faces is a roughened face, such as the second portion of the first tissue a11 facing the first portion of the second tissue a12 is a roughened face, or the first portion of the second tissue a12 facing the second portion of the first tissue a11 is a roughened face, or both opposing faces are roughened faces, to further increase the friction between two adjacent tissues of the same set, thereby making the extraction of tissues of the same set smoother.
Wherein the rough surface may be formed by embossing the corresponding surface of the paper towel to form an uneven pattern on the corresponding surface of the paper towel, or may be formed by buffing.
In addition, at least one of two opposite surfaces of two tissues which are contacted with each other of different tissue groups is a smooth surface. For example, as shown in fig. 1, in the stack 100, the first portion of the second portion a12 of the first group a1 and the second portion of the first portion a21 of the second group a2 are in contact, at least one of the opposing faces of the first portion of the second portion a12 of the first group a1 and the second portion of the first portion a21 of the second group a2 is smooth, for example, the first portion of the second portion a12 of the first tissue group a1 facing the second portion a21 of the first tissue group a2 may be smooth, or the second part of the first portion a21 of the second group a2 of towels facing the first part of the second portion a12 of the first group a1 of towels may be smooth, or both opposite faces may be smooth, to reduce friction between towels from different groups of towels, thereby, the probability of taking out the tissues in other tissue groups when the tissues in one tissue group are extracted can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the pop-up folded towel of the present invention, the folded towel further comprises a starting towel B11. The starting sheet B11 includes a folded portion B110, and a first and a second divided portions B111 and B112 demarcated by the folded portion B110. Wherein the second subsection B112 of the starting tissue B11 overlaps under the first subsection a111 of the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1, the first subsection a111 of the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1 forms a free end by the first subsection B111 of the starting tissue B11, i.e. the first subsection B111 of the starting tissue B11 replaces the first subsection a111 of the first tissue a11 of the first tissue group A1 as the free end of the first tissue group A1.
Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment of the present invention for withdrawing folded tissues, for any given tissue in each tissue set except for the first tissue and the last tissue, the end of the first sub-portion of the given tissue away from the folded portion of the given tissue overlaps with the first sub-portion of the previous tissue in the withdrawing sequence, i.e. the end of the first sub-portion of each tissue away from the folded portion of the current tissue is the withdrawing end of the tissue.
As shown in fig. 4, taking the second portion a12 of the given tissue as the first tissue group A1 as an example, the end a1211 of the first sub-portion a121 of the second portion a12 that is away from the fold a120 of the second portion a12 is folded upward in the reverse direction of the portion extraction sequence, and the folded end a1211 overlaps the first sub-portion a111 of the first portion a 11.
Through the mode, the friction force between the tissues in the same tissue group can be further increased, so that the latter tissue can be more easily taken out after the former tissue is drawn out.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the tissue product of the present invention, the tissue product includes a tissue box 40 and a removable folded tissue. Wherein the removable folded tissue is the removable folded tissue described in any of the embodiments above.
