Abstract

The transport safety arrangement comprises a base portion (2) and side walls (3,5), which are arranged into a cuboid crate and are connected in a corner area. An encroachment tab (7) is provided, which is arranged in the corner area. The base portion, the side walls, plates (6), and the encroachment tab are formed from corrugated board in a single-piece manner.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transportsicherungsanordnung mit den oberbegrifflichen Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 sowie einen entsprechenden Zuschnitt hierfür.The invention relates to a transport safety arrangement with the preamble features of claim 1 and a corresponding blank for this purpose.

Derartige Transportsicherungsanordnungen sind im Handel, beispielsweise im Discountbereich in großem Umfange im Einsatz, insbesondere in Form sog. Stapelnasen. Durch die Selbstzentrierung und der sichere Verrastung der in Art einer Flachpyramide ausgerichteten Stapelkanten mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen im Bodenteil des folgenden Trays wird eine hohe Stapelfestigkeit erreicht, so dass die allgemein vorgesehene Palettenhöhe ausgenutzt werden kann. Da die Zuschnitte für die Steige eine weitgehend rechteckige Grundform aufweisen, ist der Stanzbogen mit wenig Abfall nutzbar. Zudem kann dieser Zuschnitt maschinell in einfacher Weise aufgerichtet und verbunden werden. Durch die nur gering überstehende Stapelkante ist keine Knickgefahr gegeben und es wird eine einfache, stabile Stapelbarkeit bzw. Palettierung, ggf. auch mit Roboter ermöglicht. Fig. 1 eine Transportsicherungsanordnung in Seitenansicht (Mitte) und in zwei perspektivischen Ansichten (etwas nach oben und unten gekippt); und
Fig. 2 einen Zuschnitt für die Steige (Tray-Verpackung gemäss Fig. 1).

Vorderwand 5 (nachfolgend auch als Seitenwand bezeichnet) die Seitenwände 3 umgreifen. Diese sind bevorzugt einstückig mit dem Bodenteil 2 aus Wellpappe gebildet (vgl. Zuschnitt in Fig. 2). Die in Fig. 1, unten nach links weisende Wand 5 umgrenzt (je nach Kundenwunsch) eine Zugriffsöffnung, um auf die in der Steige 1 gelagerten Waren leicht zugreifen zu können. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine formschlüssige, stabile Verankerung des Teils 7b und eine sichere Abstützung des Teils 7a. Dieser Teil 7a nimmt dabei eine um den Winkel α nach oben ansteigende Ausrichtung an, so dass sich ein Überstand um das Maß Z (vgl. Fig. 1, Mitte) und damit eine Stapelkante 7' ergibt, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 8, insbesondere in Schlitzform eines darüber aufgesetzten Trays 1' eingreift. Dieses Maß Z entspricht bevorzugt der Dicke des Bodenteils 2. In Zusammenschau der vier Eckbereiche 4 mit den zum Tray-Innern ansteigenden Stapelkanten 7' ergibt sich in gedachter Verlängerung bevorzugt eine flache Pyramidenform, so dass sich aufgestapelte Steigen 1 selbst zentrieren, ggf. mit leichten Seitwärtsbewegungen und sich somit die Stapelkanten 7' und die Ausnehmungen 8 quasi selbst finden. Bevorzugt werden die strichliert dargestellten Rillungen bzw. Faltlinien zur Abgrenzung der Seitenwände 3 und 5 sowie der angrenzenden Komponenten dabei bereits im Durchlauf durch die Wellpappenanlage (mit Ausstanzen der Ausnehmungen 8 etc.) gefertigt, so dass sich eine weitere Kostensenkung ergibt. Die Laschen 6 werden nach innen zum Bodenteil 2 hin geklappt und die Seitenwände 3 und 5 zur Steige 1 aufgerichtet, um dann meist maschinell verklebt zu werden (vgl. Fig. 1) oder auf andere Weise verbunden zu werden. Steigen 1, 1' etc. zu "verriegeln". Die Stapelkante 7' kann dabei noch stärker ausgeprägt werden, wenn der Teil 7a einen Einschnitt 7c in Richtung y des Zuschnitts aufweist (hier nur bei der rechten, oberen Übergriffslasche 7 dargestellt.
