Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transportsicherungsanordnung mit den oberbegrifflichen Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 sowie einen entsprechenden Zuschnitt hierfür.The invention relates to a transport safety arrangement with the preamble features of claim 1 and a corresponding blank for this purpose.
Derartige Transportsicherungsanordnungen sind im Handel, beispielsweise im Discountbereich in großem Umfange im Einsatz, insbesondere in Form sog. Stapelnasen. Hierbei werden die einzelnen Artikel, beispielsweise einige Dutzend Becher, in einer Steige zu einer Verpackungseinheit zusammengefasst und übereinander auf einer Transportpalette gestapelt. Meist werden hierzu Wellpappen-Steigen verwendet. Die senkrecht nach oben stehenden Stapelnasen knicken jedoch relativ leicht um und ihre Gegenöffnungen sind oft mühsam zu finden, so dass die Gefahr besteht, dass der Stapel auf der Transportpalette instabil wird. Hierdurch sind solche Stapelnasen beim Handel oder im Kommissionierbetrieb relativ unbeliebt. Zudem benötigen derartige Stapelnasen beim Zuschnitt gewisse Überstände, so dass viel Pappenverschnitt auftritt und damit die Herstellung relativ teuer ist.Such transport safety arrangements are in commerce, for example in the discount area in large scale in use, especially in the form of so-called. Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Transportsicherungsanordnung gemäss den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1. Durch die Selbstzentrierung und der sichere Verrastung der in Art einer Flachpyramide ausgerichteten Stapelkanten mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen im Bodenteil des folgenden Trays wird eine hohe Stapelfestigkeit erreicht, so dass die allgemein vorgesehene Palettenhöhe ausgenutzt werden kann. Da die Zuschnitte für die Steige eine weitgehend rechteckige Grundform aufweisen, ist der Stanzbogen mit wenig Abfall nutzbar. Zudem kann dieser Zuschnitt maschinell in einfacher Weise aufgerichtet und verbunden werden. Durch die nur gering überstehende Stapelkante ist keine Knickgefahr gegeben und es wird eine einfache, stabile Stapelbarkeit bzw. Palettierung, ggf. auch mit Roboter ermöglicht. Die Eckbereiche der Steige sind dabei stabil aufgebaut, ohne die Warenentnahme zu behindern. In den vier Eckbereichen 4 sind oben Übergriffslaschen 7 vorgesehen, die aus einem obenliegenden Teil 7a und einem seitlichen Teil 7b bestehen. Letzter wird jeweils zur Seitenwand 3 abgeklappt und dort passend in einen Eckausschnitt 3' eingefügt, insbesondere bündig zur Seitenwand 3 verklebt (nämlich mit der Lasche 6). Hierdurch ergibt sich eine formschlüssige, stabile Verankerung des Teils 7b und eine sichere Abstützung des Teils 7a. Wie erwähnt, besitzen die vier Eckbereiche 4 einen grundsätzlich gleichen Aufbau, wie dies mit gleichen Bezugszeichen angedeutet ist. Insbesondere erstreckt sich der obenliegende Teil 7a von jedem Eckbereich 4 ausgehend nach innen zur Steigenmitte hin und steigt nach oben an, so dass sich eine Stapelkante 7' ergibt und damit insgesamt eine Pyramidenform mit einem flachen Steigungswinkel α von etwa 10°. Die so gebildete Stapelkante 7' muss dabei nicht geradlinig sein, sondern kann z. B. auch etwas gewölbt sein, um in den Ausnehmungen 8 einzugreifen und so die gestapelten Trays bzw. Steigen 1, 1' etc. zu "verriegeln". Die Stapelkante 7' kann dabei noch stärker ausgeprägt werden, wenn der Teil 7a einen Einschnitt 7c in Richtung y des Zuschnitts aufweist (hier nur bei der rechten, oberen Übergriffslasche 7 dargestellt.
