Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Legierung, insbesondere für einen Penetrator, enthaltend 90 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% Wolfram, 0,02 Gew.-% bis 0,2 Gew.-% Yttrium sowie Nickel und Eisen. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Penetrators aus einer solchen Legierung, bei dem die Legierungsbestandteile in einem Sinterverfahren miteinander verbunden werden und das vier Schritte enthält, nämlich eine ersten Halteschritt, einen zweiten Halteschritt, eine Flüssigphase und eine Vakuum-Glühphase.
