Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Solarmodulbefestigung umfassend einen Z-Träger (2), dessen einer Z-Schenkel (2.1) unmittelbar als Dachbefestigung dient oder der mit Dachhaken oder Standpfosten bei einer Aufständerung verbindbar ist, während über den anderen Z-Schenkel (2.2) Klammern (5) schiebbar sind, in die Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung von Solarmodulrahmen (1) eingreifen.
Description
Solarmodulbefestigung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Solarmodulbefestigung insbesondere für eine Aufdachmontage von gerahmten Solarmodulen .
Für die Montage von gerahmten Solarmodulen werden bei der Aufdachmontage gewöhnlich an Dachhaken angeordnete Träger eingesetzt, die ein Spezialprofil aufweisen, um Befestigungsmittel für die Solarmodulrahmen mit dem Träger auf montagefreundliche Weise zu verbinden.
Bei den Spezialprofilen sind insbesondere solche von Vorteil, die in Strangpressverfahren herstellbar und durch Ablängen dem jeweiligen Einsatzort bzw. der Solarmodulgröße anpassbar sind (z.B. EP 1 721 107 Bl). Nachteilig bei diesen Spezialprofilen ist es, dass sie ein im Verhältnis zum hohen Materialeinsatz ungünstiges Widerstands- bzw. Flächenträgheitsmoment aufweisen. Ferner weisen diese Spezialprofile meist Öffnungen auf, so dass sich Niederschlag und Staub sammeln können und es bei Frost zum Auffrieren kommen kann.
Mit der DE 20 2006 009 871 Ul wurde deshalb auch vorgeschlagen, ein Kastenprofil zu verwenden, an das Befestigungsmittel mittels Klemmbügeln in außen angeordnete Nute einclickbar sind.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein materialsparendes Standardprofil als Träger für Solarmodule einzusetzen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1, vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche .
Die erfindungsgemäße Solarmodulbefestigung umfasst einen Z-Träger, dessen einer Z-Schenkel unmittelbar als Dachbefestigung dient oder der mit Dachhaken oder Standpfosten bei einer Aufständerung verbindbar ist, während über den anderen Z-Schenkel Klammern schiebbar sind, in die Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung der Solarmodulrahmen eingreifen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung besitzen die Klammern einen U-Querschnitt , wobei der Abstand zwischen den U-Schenkeln so bemessen ist, dass sich die Klammern über den freien Z-Schenkel des Z-Trägers schieben lassen.
Derartige Klammern können mit ihrem oberen Schenkel als Auflage für die Solarmodulrahmen dienen oder der obere Schenkel der Klammern befindet sich bei auf dem Z-Schenkel aufliegenden Solarmodulrahmen zwischen benachbarten Solarmodulrahmen .
Die Klammern weisen im oberen Schenkel mindestens eine Gewindebohrung auf, in die ein Befestigungsbolzen zur Festlegung des Solarmodulrahmens auf oder neben den Klammern eindrehbar ist.
Indem der Befestigungsbolzen oder auch ein anderes geeignetes Befestigungsmittel so bemessen und ausgelegt sind, dass sie den auf der Solarmodulrahmenseite befindlichen oberen Schenkel der jeweiligen Klammer durchdringen und bei der Festlegung des Solarmodulrahmens in den Z-Schenkel des Z-Trägers eindringen oder diesen durchdringen, wird gleichzeitig die jeweilige Klammer auf dem Z-Schenkel festgelegt.
Natürlich ist es auch möglich, dass sowohl die Klammerschenkel als auch der Z-Schenkel eine Bohrung aufweisen, durch die bei Deckungsgleichheit der Bohrungen ein Befestigungsbolzen geschoben wird, der dann mittels einer Mutter angezogen wird.
Ebenso ist in einer weiteren Ausführung vorgesehen, dass die Gewindebohrung im Z-Schenkel angeordnet ist und der oder die U-Schenkel der Klammer eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Befestigungsbolzens aufweisen.
Eine Ausführung, bei der die Solarmodulrahmen auf dem oberen Schenkel einer Klammer aufliegen, ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Die Fig. zeigt den mit dem Z-Schenkel 2.1 und dem Befestigungsmittel 4 auf dem Dach 3 angeordneten Z-Träger 2-. Der Steg zwischen den Z-Schenkeln 2.1 und 2.2 des Z-Trägers 2 schließt mit den Z-Schenkeln 2.1 und/oder 2.2 jeweils vorzugsweise einen rechten Winkel ein. Dadurch werden eine gute Zugängigkeit der Befestigungsmittel 4 gewährleistet und die Festigkeitseigenschaften des Z-Trägers 2 optimal genutzt.
Über den anderen Z-Schenkel 2.2 sind in Trägerlängsrichtung und voneinander entfernt mehrere Klammern 5 geschoben, auf denen die Solarmodulrahmen 1 aufliegen und in die Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung der Solarmodulrahmen 1 eingreifen. Die Klammern 5 besitzen einen Ü-Querschnitt, wobei die U-Schenkel so bemessen sind, dass eine stabile Lagerung der Klammer 5 auf dem Z-Schenkel 2.2 gewährleistet ist und die Solarmodulrahmen 1 stabil auf dem jeweils obigen Schenkel 5.1 der U-Klammer 5 aufliegen können. Erforderlichenfalls kann der obige Schenkel 5.1 deshalb auch eine Schenkelhöhe aufweisen, die von der des unteren U-Schenkels verschieden ist.
Die dargestellte Klammer 5 weist im oberen Schenkel 5.1, auf dem Solarmodulrahmen 1 aufliegen, eine Gewindebohrung E auf, in die der Befestigungsbolzen 7 zur Festlegung der Solarmodulrahmen 1 auf der Klammer 5 eingeschraubt wird. Dabei drückt der Halter β die Solarmodulrahmen 1 auf die Klammer 5.
Ferner durchdringt der Befestigungsbolzen 7 den auf der Solarmodulrahmenseite befindlichen oberen Schenkel 5.1 der Klammer 5 und dringt in den Z-Schenkel 2.2 ein. Dadurch sind sowohl die Klammer 5 als auch die Solarmodulrahmen 1 festgelegt .
Die vorgeschlagene Ausführung führt gegenüber Spezialprofilen der eingangs genannten Art zu bis zu 20% Materialeinsparung bei gleichen Festigkeitseigenschaften.

Claims
1. Solarmodulbefestigung umfassend einen Z-Träger (2), dessen einer Z-Schenkel (2.1) unmittelbar als Dachbefestigung dient oder der mit Dachhaken oder Standpfosten bei einer Aufständerung verbindbar ist, während über den anderen Z-Schenkel (2.2) Klammern (5) schiebbar sind, in die Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung von Solarmodulrahmen (1) eingreifen.
2. Solarmodulbefestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klammern (5) einen U-Querschnitt aufweisen.
3. Solarmodulbefestigung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klammern (5) mit ihrem oberen Schenkel (5.1) als Auflage für Solarmodulrahmen (1) dienen oder der obere Schenkel (5.1) der Klammern (5) befindet sich bei auf dem Z-Schenkel (2.2) aufliegenden Solarmodulrahmen (1) zwischen benachbarten Solarmodulrahmen (1) .
4. Solarmodulbefestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die oberen Schenkel (5.1) mindestens eine Gewindebohrung (8) aufweisen, in die ein Befestigungsbolzen (7) zur Festlegung mindestens eines Solarmodulrahmens (1) auf der Klammer (5) oder dem Z-Schenkel (2.2) eindrehbar ist.
5. Solarmodulbefestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Befestigungsbolzen (7) oder ein anderes Befestigungsmittel den auf der Solarmulrahmenseite befindliche Schenkel (5.1) der Klammer (5) durchdringt und bei der Festlegung von Solarmodulrahmen (1) in den Z-Schenkel (2.2) eindringt oder diesen durchdringt.
6. Solarmodulbefestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens der Schenkel (5.1), vorzugsweise beide Schenkel der Klammer (5) und der zugehörige Z-Schenkel (2.2) eine Bohrung aufweisen, durch die bei Deckungsgleichheit der Bohrungen ein Befestigungsbolzen (7) geschoben wird, der dann mittels einer Mutter anziehbar ist.
7. Solarmodulbefestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Z-Schenkel (2.2) eine Gewindebohrung (8) aufweist, in die ein durch eine Bohrung im oberen Schenkel (5.1) der Klammer (5) geführter Befestigungsbolzen (8) zur Festlegung von Solarmodulrahmens (1) und der Klammer (5) eindrehbar ist.
8. Solarmodulbefestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Steg zwischen den Z-Schenkeln (2.1, 2.2)-mit den Z-Schenkeln (2.1) und/oder (2.2) jeweils einen rechten Winkel einschließt.
