Wie dies weiter insbesondere aus der Zusammenschau der Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich ist, sind die eine ovale Außenkontur aufweisenden Abdeckscheiben 52, 53 so exzentrisch an dem jeweils zugeordneten Drehtellerträger 18, 19 gelagert, dass die Abdeckscheiben 52, 53 in einer, bezogen auf die Schlitzausnehmung-Längsrichtung, oberen oder unteren Totpunktstellung des Drehtellerträgers 18, 19 (Fig. 3) mit ihrer Abdeckscheiben-Längsachse 57, 58 in etwa in Schlitzausnehmung-Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind und dadurch die jeweilige Abdeckscheibe 52, 53 mit ihrer, bezogen auf die exzentrische Lagerung, längeren Seite den sich von der jeweiligen Drehtellerträger-Totpunktstellung weg, zum anderen Totpunkt hin erstreckenden freien Schlitzbereich der Schlitzausnehmungen 48, 49 abdeckt. Ausgehend von dieser Totpunktstellung werden die Abdeckscheiben 52, 53 bei der Verlagerung des Drehtellerträgers 18, 19 von der einen Totpunktstellung zur anderen Totpunktstellung so verdreht, dass die Abdeckscheiben 52, 53 in beiden gegenüberliegenden Totpunktstellungen jeweils mit ihrer Abdeckscheiben-Längsachse 57, 58 in etwa in Schlitzausnehmung-Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind und dadurch die Abdeckscheiben 52, 53 jeweils mit ihrer längeren Seite den sich von der jeweiligen Drehtellerträger-Totpunktstellung weg zum andern Totpunkt hin erstreckenden freien Schlitzbereich der Schlitzausnehmungen 48, 49 in jeder Verfahrposition der Drehtellerträger abdecken.As further in particular from the synopsis of Fig. 2 and 3 it can be seen, the cover plates 52, 53 having an oval outer contour are so eccentric on the respectively assigned turntable carrier 18, 19 stored that the cover plates 52, 53 in a, relative to the slot recess longitudinal direction, upper or lower dead center position of the turntable support 18, 19 (FIG. Claims (15)

  1. Mixer, in particular biaxial mixer, having a mixer housing (2) having a mixing chamber (47), a mixture container being insertable into said mixer housing (2), wherein, furthermore, in the mixer housing (2), a mixing device (7) that implements a defined mixing movement is received, wherein the mixing device (7) has clamping plates (16, 17) that lie opposite each other, and wherein at least one of the clamping plates (16, 17) is able to be displaced by means of an adjusting device (28) of the mixing device (7), such that the distance between the two clamping plates (16, 17) is able to be changed, and wherein a dividing wall (44) is provided, which separates defined components of the mixing device (7) from one another, such that the clamping plates (16, 17) of the mixing device (7) protrude into the mixing chamber (47) and the adjusting device (28) lies on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber, characterised in that the mixing device (7) has the dividing wall (44) formed as a partition and is mounted with this rotatably in the inside of the mixer housing (2) around a rotational axis (8).
  2. Mixer according to claim 1, characterised in that the at least one displaceable clamping plate (16, 17) has a clamping plate carrier (18, 19), on which the clamping plate (16, 17) is supported rotatably and which clamping plate carrier (18,19) is guided from the mixing chamber (47), through a slot recess (48, 49) in the dividing wall (44), to the adjustment device (28) lying on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber, and
    in that the slot recess (48, 49) on the side of the dividing wall extends in the displacement direction (28) of the allocated clamping plate carrier (18, 19) and frees a displacement path of the clamping plate (18, 19) within predetermined adjustment ranges.
  3. Mixer according to claim 2, characterised in that the slot recess (48, 49) is formed in such a way that this directly abuts or fits closely to the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) in a direction that is transverse to the displacement direction.
  4. Mixer according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that at least one cover element (52, 53) is provided, which is mounted in the region of the slot recess (48, 49) in such a way that this preferably completely covers, at least in regions, the free slot region (50, 51) of the slot recess (48, 49) that is not pushed through by the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) in the different clamping plate carrier positions.
  5. Mixer according to claim 4, characterised in that a forced guidance device is provided, by means of which the cover element (52, 53) and the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) are coupled such that the cover element (52, 53) is able to be displaced in a forcibly guided manner into a defined cover position during a clamping plate carrier displacement.
  6. Mixer according to claim 5, characterised in that the cover element (52, 53) is mounted on this so that it is able to be displaced relative to the clamping plate carrier (18, 19), in particular is able to swivel or rotate, and
    in that a first coupling element (54, 55) of the forced guidance device is arranged on the cover element (52, 53), said coupling element (54, 55) interacting directly or indirectly with a second fixed coupling element (56) of the forced guidance device in such a way that the first coupling element (54, 55) is able to be displaced into a defined cover position relative to the clamping plate carrier during a displacement of the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) by the direct or indirect forced coupling with the second coupling element (56).
  7. Mixer according to claim 6, characterised in that the first coupling element is formed on the cover element (52, 53) by a positive fit element, preferably a gear wheel (54, 55) or a toothed segment, which interacts with a positive fit counter element forming the second coupling element, preferably a gear rack (56).
  8. Mixer according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the cover element is formed by an elongated cover plate (52, 53) in particular having an elliptical or oval outer contour, said cover plate (52, 53) being mounted eccentrically on the clamping plate cover (18, 19) in such a way that the cover plate (52, 53) is directed into an upper or lower dead-point position of the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) with regard to the slot recess longitudinal direction, said clamping plate carrier (18, 19) having its longitudinal axis (57, 58) in, for example, the slot recess longitudinal direction, and thus the cover plate (52, 53), having its longer side with regard to the eccentric mounting, covers the free slot region (50, 51) of the slot recess (48, 49) that extends away from the respective clamping plate carrier dead-point position to the other dead-point.
  9. Mixer according to claim 8, characterised in that the elongated, in particular elliptical or oval, outer contour of the cover plate (52, 53) and/or the forced guidance device is formed such that the cover plate (52, 53) is rotatable during displacement of the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) from the one dead-point position to the other dead-point position such that the cover plate (52, 53) is directed in both dead-point positions with its cover plate longitudinal axis (57, 58) in, for example, the slot recess longitudinal direction and thus the cover plate (52, 53) covers the free slot region (50, 51) of the slot recess (48, 49) which extends away from the respective clamping plate carrier dead-point position to the other dead-point respectively with its elongated side.
  10. Mixer according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the gear rack (56) is arranged on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber and is arranged fundamentally in parallel and at a distance to at least one guide rod, wherein the gear rack (56) and the at least one guide rod (40, 41) extend between two respective clamping plate carriers (18, 19) formed to be displaceable, and the gear wheels (54, 55) or gear segments on the side of the cover element are arranged in the region between the rack and rods (40, 41, 56), wherein it is preferably provided that a reception bearing (45) is arranged and supported for a mixing shaft (9) on the rack and rods (40, 41, 56), preferably in a middle region of the longitudinal extension direction of the rack and rods, by means of which mixing shaft (9) the entire mixing device (7), preferably driven by a motor, is rotatable in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction.
  11. Mixer according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dividing wall (44) is formed by a partition having a round or oval outer contour.
  12. Mixer according to one of claims 4 to 11, characterised in that the cover element (52, 53), in particular a cover plate, fits closely to or is arranged on the dividing wall in a flat system connection or with a defined gap distance and is able to be displaced relative to this, in particular is able to rotate or swivel.
  13. Mixer according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the adjustment device (28) has a spindle drive (29) having a threaded spindle (34, 35), which threaded spindle (34, 35) is arranged fixedly or rotatably on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber and interacts with the clamping plate carrier (18, 19) or a clamping plate carrier part mounting element (30, 31) arranged there and having a spindle nut (34, 35) for the adjustment of the allocated clamping plate carrier (18,19), wherein it is preferably provided that the clamping plate carrier part bearing element (30, 31) is mounted so that it is able to slide along at least one guide rod (40, 41).
  14. Mixer according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a defined part of the components or units lying on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber, in particular the adjustment device (28) and/or the components or units required for the mixer operation and/or for the operation of the adjustment device (28), are at least partially directly and/or indirectly set on the side of the dividing wall (44) facing away from the mixing chamber, in particular are set on a fixed receiving bearing (45) as well as, if necessary, alternatively or additionally, on the dividing wall (44).
  15. Mixer according to claim 13 or 14, characterised in that in the case of two adjustable clamping plate carriers (18, 19), two separate slot recesses (48, 49) are provided that are at a distance from each other, in which a respective clamping plate carrier (18, 19) is guided so that it is able to slide,
    in that the dividing wall (44) is supported on bearing blocks (42, 43) with dividing wall regions that lie opposite one another relative to the slot recesses (48, 49) and having slot recesses (48, 49) between them, on which bearing blocks (42, 43) the positive fit element, in particular a gear rack (56), interacting with the positive fit elements on the side of the cover plate, in particular gear wheels (54, 55) or toothed segments, are mounted respectively on the end side and/or on which the at least one guide rod (40, 41), along which the clamping plate carrier parts (18, 19) are guided so that they are able to slide, is mounted on the end side, wherein both the guide rods (40, 41) and the positive fit elements (56) are supported on the receiving bearing (45) receiving a mixer shaft (9) of a drive unit, and
    in that the mixer unit (7) is mounted rotatably and is supported in the mixer housing (2).
