Abstract

Cette invention concerne un séchoir (1) comprenant un tambour (2) pouvant tourner sur lui-même, qui possède un corps cylindrique à axe horizontal (3) et une paroi frontale annulaire (4) formant la surface avant du tambour (3), ainsi que plusieurs galets (5) disposés de telle sorte l'on en trouve au moins sur chacun des deux côtés du tambour (2). La paroi avant (4) repose sur ces galets dont l'axe de rotation est parallèle à l'axe de rotation (X) du tambour (2) et qui supportent le tambour (2) en tournant sur eux-mêmes pendant le séchage par rotation du tambour (2).
