    à revêtir l'âme en mousse (106) d'un revêtement (114) ayant une première partie de revêtement (126) formée d'un premier matériau ayant des propriétés qui fournissent une sensation de chaleur relative, et une deuxième partie de revêtement (130) formée d'un deuxième matériau ayant des propriétés qui fournissent une sensation de fraîcheur relative, comprenant en outre les étapes qui consistent :
    à positionner la première partie de revêtement (126) d'une manière adjacente au premier côté (110) de l'âme en mousse (106), et la deuxième partie de revêtement (130) de manière adjacente au deuxième côté (112) de l'âme en mousse (106) ; et
    à positionner un matériau à changement de phase de manière adjacente au deuxième côté (112) de l'âme en mousse (106).
  14. Procédé tel que défini dans la revendication 13, dans lequel l'étape de création comporte le positionnement d'une première couche de mousse de manière de manière adjacente à une deuxième couche de mousse qui possède des propriétés différentes de celles de la première couche de mousse.
