Claims (9)
- Haushalts- Heizanlage für feste Brennstoffe, vor allem Holz, umfassend eine Brennkammer und ausgerüstet mit einer Rauchkammer (1), mit einem unteren Einlass (10) und einem oberen Auslass (8) in Form einer Öffnung, verlängert durch den Ansatz eines Abzugskanals (9), der eine lange Strecke für Verbrennungsgas und Rauch zwischen dem Einlass in die Rauchkammer (1) und ihrem Auslass über den Abzugskanal (9) aufweist, gebildet durch:- eine untere Wand (11), ansteigend zur Vorderseite, die eine Stauscheibe bildet, die als obere Wand der Brennkammer dient und zu ihrem Einlass hin konvergiert, diese untere Wand (11) endet unter einer vorderen Seitenwand (12) der Rauchkammer, dabei bleibt ein langgestreckter Raum frei, der eine langgestreckte, versetzte Einlassöffnung (13) formt, die den unteren Einlass (10) bildet, durch den Verbrennungs- und Rauchgase aus der Brennkammer in die Rauchkammer (1) gelangen.- eine horizontale Trennwand (16), die den Innenraum der Rauchkammer (1) in zwei Abteile trennte, diese Trennwand (16) weist eine Vorderseite auf, mit einem abnehmbaren, thermisch isolierenden Verschluss um, wenn die Vorrichtung nicht in Betrieb ist, gelegentlich leichten Zugang zum oberen Abteil zu haben und einem dicken Massenteil, das die Wärmeträgheit bildet, versetzt zu einer Hinterwand (20) der Rauchkammer in der ein Katalysatorblock (17) so untergebracht wird, dass dieser eine bezogen auf den Einlass (10) und Auslass (8) der Rauchkammer nach hinten dezentrierte Position hat.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Katalysatorblock (17) gegenüber der Vorderseite der Rauchkammer angeordnet ist.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Katalysatorblock (17) wegnehmbar ist.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (16) dick und in ihrem Vorderteil isolierend ist.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Wand (11) der Rauchkammer (1) nach oben geneigt ist
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Passage zum Einlass der Verbrennungs- und Rauchgase in die Rauchkammer eine langgestreckte, versetzte Öffnung (13) bildet, die entlang der Vorderwand der Rauchkammer verläuft.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassöffnung (8) der Rauchkammer eine Stauscheibe (24) auf der Seite des Katalysatorblocks (17) aufweist, diese Stauscheibe (24) bildet eine nach unten geneigte Ebene, gerichtet zur Vorderwand der Rauchkammer.
- Heizanlage gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Katalysatorblock (17) aus Metall besteht.
- Heizanlage gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Katalysatorblock (17) aus einer Reihe paralleler Wände (26) und (27) aus dünnem Blech besteht, miteinander verbunden durch die Stege (31) eines Wellblechs (30), das eine Verbindungskonstruktion (29) bildet, so dass zahlreiche parallele Kanäle (25) auf den Seitenflächen gebildet werden, auf denen ein Material mit Katalysewirkung aufgebracht ist
