Fuel injectors 20 are connected to the fuel rail 18 and the fuel is fed to the fuel injectors 20 via the fuel rail 18. The fuel injectors 20 are arranged in a cylinder head 70 of the internal combustion engine 22. Preferably, the fuel injectors 20 are not in direct contact with the cylinder head 70.

Consequently, a noise transmission between the cylinder head 70 and the fuel rail 18 can be kept small or even be avoided.

Claims (6)

  1. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) zum mechanischen Kuppeln einer Kraftstoffleitung (18) an einen Zylinderkopf (70) einer Verbrennungsmaschine (22), wobei die Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälter (30), der dazu ausgebildet ist, hydraulisch und mechanisch mit der Kraftstoffleitung (18) gekoppelt zu sein und ein sich zwischen einer ersten Oberfläche (44) und einer zweiten Oberfläche (46) des Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälters (30) erstreckendes Durchgangsloch (42) umfasst, wobei die zweite Oberfläche (46) der ersten Oberfläche (44) gegenüberliegt und derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass sie dem Zylinderkopf (70) zugewandt ist,
    - ein Befestigungselement (48), das dazu ausgebildet ist, fest mit dem Zylinderkopf (70) gekoppelt zu sein, wobei das Befestigungselement (48) ein Kopfteil (50) und ein Schaftteil (52) umfasst, wobei das Kopfteil (50) der ersten Oberfläche (44) des Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälters (30) zugewandt ist und das Schaftteil (52) teilweise in dem Durchgangsloch (42) angeordnet ist und dazu ausgebildet ist, mit dem Zylinderkopf (70) in Eingriff zu sein,
    - ein erstes Federelement (56), das axial zwischen dem Kopfteil (50) und der ersten Oberfläche (44) des Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälters (30) angeordnet ist, und
    - ein zweites Federelement (58), das der zweiten Oberfläche (46) des Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälters (30) zugewandt ist und axial zwischen der zweiten Oberfläche (46) des Kraftstoffeinspritzbehälters (30) und dem Zylinderkopf (70) angeordnet werden kann,
    wobei mindestens eines der Federelemente (56, 58) aus Gummi besteht oder Gummi aufweist,
    ein Abstandselement (60) axial zwischen dem ersten Federelement (56) und dem zweiten Federelement (58) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Halteelement (64, 66) innerhalb des Abstandselementes (60) angeordnet und in Eingriff mit dem Schaftteil (52) ist.
  2. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Abstandselement (60) als eine Hülse geformt ist und mindestens teilweise in dem Durchgangsloch (42) angeordnet ist und wobei das Schaftteil (52) mindestens teilweise in dem Abstandselement (60) angeordnet ist.
  3. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das Abstandselement (60) mindestens einen Kragen (62a, 62b) umfasst, der axial zwischen dem Kopfteil (50) und dem ersten Federelement (56) angeordnet ist und/oder axial zwischen dem zweiten Federelement (58) und dem Zylinderkopf (70) angeordnet werden kann.
  4. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Abstandselement (60) zwei Kragen (62a, 62b) umfasst, wobei der erste Kragen (62a) axial zwischen dem Kopfteil (50) und dem ersten Federelement (56) angeordnet ist und der zweite Kragen (62b) axial zwischen dem zweiten Federelement (58) und dem Zylinderkopf (70) angeordnet werden kann.
  5. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine Haltelement (64, 66) aus Kunststoff besteht oder Kunststoff aufweist.
  6. Kupplungsvorrichtung (40) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das Befestigungselement (48) eine Schraube ist.
