Claims (8)

  1. Utilisation d'un dérivé amide, ester ou imide d'un acide hydroxy-carboxylique en tant qu'inhibiteur de rouille dans un lubrifiant contaminé par de l'eau pour un moteur à combustion interne ayant une cylindrée de six litres ou moins, dans laquelle le contaminant eau est présent à raison de 500 ppm ou plus et dans laquelle le dérivé d'acide hydroxy-carboxylique est

    n'a une valeur de 0 à 10 pour la formule (1b), et de 1 à 10 pour la formule (1a) ;

  4. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le moteur à combustion interne est un moteur hors-bord, un moteur en bord ou un moteur semi-hors-bord.
  5. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le moteur à combustion interne est un moteur hors-bord 4 temps à essence.
  6. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la cylindrée est de trois litres ou moins, ou de un litre ou moins.
  7. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la composition lubrifiante contient au moins 0,09 % en poids à 3 % en poids, ou 0,1 % en poids à 0,5 % en poids d'eau.
  8. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la composition lubrifiante est caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède (i) une teneur en soufre de 0,5 % en poids ou moins, (ii) une teneur en phosphore de 0,12 % en poids ou moins, et (iii) une teneur en cendres sulfatées de 1 % en poids ou moins.
