Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur à pistons rotatifs comprenant une pluralité de pistons-palettes rotatifs. Un revêtement d'étanchéité de fente réalisé dans une matière produit d'étanchéité/de lubrification (DS) structurée, contenant du graphite et de grande stabilité est appliqué de manière fixe sur les surfaces périphériques (26, 36) des pistons-palettes rotatifs (20, 30) et sur leurs surfaces de flancs (27, 37), des deux côtés. Ce revêtement est formé d'un réseau d'étanchéité/de lubrification (9) qui est appliqué sur les surfaces des pistons-palettes rotatifs, est composé de segments d'étanchéité (90) en relief se croisant et est réalisé dans la matière produit d'étanchéité/de lubrification (DS). Entre les segments d'étanchéité, sont disposés des enfoncements ou des creux (91) qui vont jusqu'aux surfaces, dépourvues de revêtement, des pistons-palettes rotatifs.
