Claims (10)

  1. Etiquette (1) pouvant être appliquée sur des emballages et des articles au sens large, comportant : une première face externe (2a) qui porte généralement des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres et peut être mise en place, avec une seconde face interne (2b), sur une surface prédéfinie (B) d'un article, d'une boîte, d'une caisse, d'un emballage (A) au sens large dudit article ; une matière adhésive appliquée sur au moins une partie de la face interne (2b) se prêtant à une fixation décollable et renouvelable de ladite face interne (2b) sur la surface prédéfinie (B), de manière à permettre de décoller partiellement l'étiquette (1) afin de rendre visibles d'autres images, symboles et inscriptions de divers genres présents sur ladite face interne (2b) et/ou la surface prédéfinie (B) puis de la remettre en place sur la surface prédéfinie (B) ; et des moyens (4) pour mettre en place d'une façon non décollable une languette d'extrémité (3) de l'étiquette (1) sur la surface prédéfinie (B), afin de ne décoller que partiellement l'étiquette (1) et de faciliter une bonne remise en place ultérieure de celle-ci après ledit décollement partiel, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en place non décollable (4) comprennent une encoche (5), qui est présente sur l'étiquette (1) à proximité de ladite languette d'extrémité (3) et crée une discontinuité le long du profil de l'étiquette (1), ladite encoche (5) ayant une forme telle que la languette d'extrémité (3) a une forme en U avec deux appendices parallèles à la direction dans laquelle on soulève l'étiquette (1), de façon à accroître la résistance au décollement de ladite languette d'extrémité (3).
  2. Etiquette selon la revendication 1, ladite étiquette (1) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle est conçue pour être appliquée sur un emballage du genre comprenant un premier rabat (C), lequel comprend lui-même la surface prédéfinie (B), et au moins un deuxième rabat (D) rabattu sur le premier rabat (C) dans la configuration finale d'utilisation, la languette d'extrémité (3) de ladite étiquette (1) étant conçue pour être associée audit premier rabat (C) de l'emballage (A), afin de créer une mise en place sans possibilité de décollement pour ladite languette d'extrémité (3).
  3. Etiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en place (4) comprennent une autre substance adhésive pouvant être appliquée sur ladite languette d'extrémité (3), ladite substance adhésive étant appropriée pour la fixation de celle-ci d'une manière non décollable sur la surface prédéfinie (B).
  4. Etiquette selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une lèvre d'extrémité qui possède une adhérence au moins réduite à la surface prédéfinie (B) par rapport à celle du reste de l'étiquette (1), afin de créer pour celle-ci un guide en vue de son décollement au moins partiel.
  5. Etiquette selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle consiste sensiblement en une feuille matière plastique transparente avec ladite face interne (2b) pour l'application de la matière adhésive et ladite face externe (2a) pour le dépôt d'une première couche de vernis, afin de composer des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres lisibles depuis le côté qui correspond à ladite face interne (2b), une deuxième couche de vernis de matage et une troisième couche de vernis, afin de composer des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres lisibles depuis le côté qui correspond à ladite face externe (2a).
  6. Etiquette selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite matière adhésive est appliquée sur au moins une partie de ladite face externe (2a), pour l'application décollable et renouvelable d'au moins une deuxième étiquette (1).
  7. Jeu d'étiquettes, les étiquettes étant conformes à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, chaque étiquette (1) ayant une première face externe (2a) qui porte généralement des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres, et pouvant être superposée, avec une seconde face interne respective (2b) de celle-ci, à une étiquette inférieure (1) et à une surface prédéfinie (B) d'un article, d'une boîte, d'une caisse, d'un emballage (A) au sens large de l'article lui-même, comportant une matière adhésive appliquée sur au moins une partie de chaque face interne (2b), ladite matière adhésive se prêtant à la fixation décollable et renouvelable de ladite face interne (2b) sur l'étiquette inférieure (1) et sur la surface prédéfinie (B), afin de décoller au moins partiellement chacune desdites étiquettes (1), puis de la remettre en place, sur au moins une de chacune desdites faces intérieures (2b).
  8. Kit d'emballage comportant au moins une étiquette (1), conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, et au moins une surface prédéfinie (B) formée sur un article, une boîte, une caisse, un étui, un emballage (A) au sens large dudit article, ladite étiquette (1) ayant une première face externe (2a) qui porte généralement des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres, et pouvant être associée, à l'aide d'une seconde face interne (2b) de celle-ci, à la surface prédéfinie (B), comprenant une matière adhésive appliquée sur au moins une partie de la face interne (2b) de ladite étiquette (1), ladite matière adhésive se prêtant à la fixation décollable et renouvelable de ladite face interne (2b) sur la surface prédéfinie (B), pour le décollement au moins partiel de l'étiquette (1) puis sa remise en place ultérieure sur la surface prédéfinie (B), ladite face interne (2b) et/ou la surface prédéfinie (B) portant d'autres images, symboles et inscriptions de divers genres, rendus visibles par le décollement au moins partiel de ladite étiquette (1).
  9. Kit d'emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite face interne (2b) et la surface prédéfinie (B) portent toutes deux d'autres images, symboles et inscriptions de divers genres, rendus visibles par le décollement au moins partiel de ladite étiquette (1).
  10. Procédé pour réaliser une étiquette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comportant les étapes de :
    a. dépôt, sur ladite face externe (2a) d'une feuille de matière plastique transparente, d'une première couche de vernis afin de composer des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres, lisibles depuis le côté qui correspond à ladite face externe (2a) ;
    b. dépôt, sur la première couche de vernis, d'une deuxième couche de vernis matant ;
    c. dépôt, sur la deuxième couche de vernis, d'une troisième couche de vernis pour composer des images, des symboles, des inscriptions et autres, lisibles depuis le côté qui correspond à ladite face externe (2a) ;
    d. application de ladite matière adhésive sur au moins une partie de ladite face interne (2b) de ladite feuille ; et
    e. création de moyens (4), pour la mise en place d'une façon non décollable d'une languette d'extrémité (3) de l'étiquette (1) sur une surface prédéfinie (B) d'un article, lesquels comprennent une encoche (5), qui est présente sur l'étiquette (1) à proximité de ladite languette d'extrémité (3) et crée une discontinuité le long du profil de l'étiquette (1), ladite encoche (4) ayant une forme telle que la languette d'extrémité (3) a une forme en U avec deux appendices parallèles à la direction dans laquelle on soulève l'étiquette (1), de façon à accroître la résistance au décollement de ladite languette d'extrémité (3).
